Update: Speaking with management was no help. Sure.... Jackie was apologetic, she mentioned additionally training would take place, but all in all.. it was an awkward conversation; she invited me back but there was NO mention of any compensation until I brought it up... A "discount" was offered but at how much? WHO knows. I am so unpleased and turned off, and definitely do not want to waste my money coming back for the same awful service.. not unless the same package (my mom bought 2 as a gift!) is offered to me to make up for my time wasted the first time. If Jackie is the one training people... I understand why service is the way it is.... I have been dealt with in great ways... and poor ways.. this was one of the poorest.. she did not want to work with me .. Jackie is business orientated .... not customer. I would like to come back and be offered the same package at no cost... Again I repeat, go elsewhere if you can.. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Spa: overall the spa was nice, clean, and had a consistent theme going. On the smaller side - accommodates 3 people at a time it seems (3 massage rooms, 3 manicure/ pedicure chairs, etc)… I was the only person there at the time and couldn’t imagine being there with other people would of been congested and too much to me. Massage: relaxation massage was okay, have had better; was slightly inconsistent, what was done on the left side and the right side was totally different and random at that. The music stopped a couple times and I was in silence… eventually it was turned back on, the massage chair was extremely squeaky and made noise during the massage. Facial: the facial was nice, no complaints the products used left my face feeling clean and fresh! Manicure: my entire manicure was done with latex gloves on which was really weird and uncomfortable… The scrub wasn’t lathering into my skin properly because it was being rubbed in my the gloves… my entire spa session was done with no gloves on so why now.. I kinda of wanted to get up and leave, didn’t want the manicure. I chose the colour I wanted for my nails and she actually told me it was too close to my skin colour….. (Very brave statement to make in my opinion! Also an opinion I did not care to hear). She continued to tell me.. she is someone who tell they’re clients what’s going to make them look pretty…. To top off the “lovely”service, my cuticle oil was put on by a fully dressed (coat, boots, scarf, hat) and ready to LEAVE spa therapist, who’s last words to me were “I’m not trying to rush” …. (Note: it’s March 4th, the day it dumped snow, I understand you want to get home.. but I came down here in the same weather conditions you did…. and it made me think if service is always like this or service was like this because I came down on a snow day!) I was going to use the amenities they had but decided to LEAVE because it seemed like I was holding the spa up or something…. and had a sour taste in my mouth… I tipped out of decency, but I am turned off at the service that can be provided now a days.. it was beyond poor save your money! too expensive for what’s offered.. To add a few more comments: 1. I was sent an email at 2:50pm reminding me about the 24hour cancellation policy, (my appointment is 2:45pm tomorrow… thanks for sending me a timely reminder 5 mins after the 24 hour mark…) 2. When I arrived at the spa, the front desk was dealing with a bill discrepancy with another guest that was just leaving, ekkk

I had an amazing experience with their staff and place. Everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. The jacuzzi and sauna was also very enjoyable 🙏❤️ I'll comeback for sure! Thank you a lot specially to the person who made me the massage 💆🏻‍♀️

My partner and I had such a relaxing time at SpaZen. We arrived early, and spent some time lounging and in the hot tub. We were the last massages of the day, so we had the place practically to ourselves! So so nice. Massages were great, and they really listened to what we had to say. We can’t remember our massage therapists’ names, but whoever was working until close on February 16th deserves a raise!

I had an absolute wonderful experience here while visiting Toronto. Very professional as soon as I walked in the door. Every room and hallway I entered was neat clean and beautiful. My massage was extremely relaxing. I will definitely be back to visit!

Absolutely loved my first spa experience there! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Would be better if there was a sauna. 60 minutes is not enough,it was great, go for as long as you can, you'll leave wanting more. Thank you so much Hannah! I got a 60 minutes relaxation massage Tips: bring a swimsuit to go in the jacuzzi and to shower after. There are reading materials,but you can bring a book too. Don't do anything after the spa, just get a room or go home and relax.

What a wonderful massage with Yanina. She was fantastic. I left there totally relaxed. Very clean spa. Staff is great and prompt at taking you in. Really nice experience. I can't wait to book my next massage.

Friendly professional staff, clean facility with a concerted effort on creating a relaxing energy. Their services and client engagement exceeded my expectations. An oasis in the heart of Toronto, I would absolutely attend again!

Very relaxing feeling the second you walk in, the RMT's are very qualified and are extremely professional and friendly. Decent size hot tub that you can use either before or after your appointment, change rooms are well kept and clean and they provided you a key to use the locker while you are there.

Got a RMT massage done and enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub before my services. What a calming environment and lovely customer service. Facilities are very clean. My massage therapist really did a great job and I have less back and shoulder pain. Thank you SpaZen!

First of all. The two ladies up front including Natasha is amazing they greeted us with a smile and showed us around the spa and where to put our cloths in the locker room. The spa is a bit small. But still very nicely layed out. I happen to go when it wasn't to busy so it was nice and silent. The hot tub in the middle is very very relaxing. I picked the 45min relaxing massage and 45min pedi package for my girls birthday and she loved it. When going there. the person I strongly recommend to do your services is Yamuna! She is very nice and really caters to you. She is very amazing. My girl said her pedi and massages are 5stars lol. Overall PROS: Amazing staff a lady in the front desk. I didn't get her name including Natasha are very welcoming. YAmuna best massuse along with other services. Very nice and relaxing layed out spa plus you get a glass of campaign! CONS: SMALL space, no sauna room around the relaxing area. Unsure if they have it in the massage rooms upstairs. Bathroom is small and had a weird smell. Same with my girls side. She said the same. Nothing terrible just need a tiny bit more attention. Over all I definitely recommend to anyone to go there!!! Messages are so amazing!! You would love it!!

Great staff and a beautiful little place with a hot tub and sauna. Had a couples massage with Ami and Cori who were both great!
