This place is very weird. We got to our room and the AC didn't work properly. Then we realized there was no phone in our room (literally every hotel I've ever stayed in has a phone for the front desk). It looks like they tried to renovate in our room after something happened, and put this thing on the wall that has holes in it so the light from the bathroom shines right through it. The beds are uncomfortable and very old and noisy. The bathroom door doesn't close properly and is damaged at the bottom, and the bathtub plug doesn't even plug so you can't have a bath. The sink doesn't drain properly and is plugged with I'm assuming hair, and there's also no blow dryer for your hair. Also just found out that the bathtub doesn't drain properly either, and fills up fast with the drain open so you have to shower fast so the tub doesn't overflow. Beginning to think the water is dirty as well, as every time we turn the sink on these dirt marks appear afterwards. The entire place is just very outdated and definitely not 4 star worthy, and definitely not worthy of the $230 per night you have to pay. Find something else. The staff was nice after I went down a second time to tell them about this after they didn't do anything the first time I went down to the front desk. Just don't even bother, find somewhere else.

We’re from Ottawa and have travelled extensively across Canada and the world. The Hyatt Regency Toronto is among the worst hotels we’ve ever experienced. Came here in early August 2022 and left dumbfounded at the (lack of) service. For over $500 a night we expected a decent room and some nice amenities. Instead we arrived to a room with no toilet paper, soap or shampoo. Room was small and sullen. Every time we took the elevator, we had to wait for long periods, including standing in long lines and waiting before one arrived. Check-in also carried very long lines. Breakfast room service provided the wrong order 2 separate times on the same order. I’ve never stayed in a luxury hotel before where I’ve wanted to just leave before my stay is up. Although the service manager was pleasant and reimbursed us for the room service issue, I just don’t feel that the hotel should be charging such high prices if it cannot live up to the quality of the service expected.

My parents were here for a conference from BC and my dad collapsed in the restaurant last week. 2 days later, he passed away. The hotel was absolutely amazing taking care of my Mom. My husband and I are from Hamilton and spent a night here to be with my Mom. The hotel covered the expense of our room and also took care of our breakfast the next morning. Every staff member we came in contact with, was compassionate and showed genuine concern and sympathy for what my family was going through. Thank you all so much for everything. We hope to stay there sometime under much better circumstances.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Let's start with the rooms. Some guests commented that the rooms were small and dated. While I didn't find them extremely cramped, I could see how some might feel that way. Additionally, maintenance could use some improvement, as there were a few minor issues in my room. Moving on to the bathrooms, they were on the small side, and cleanliness could have been better. This was a bit disappointing as cleanliness is crucial in any accommodation. On a more positive note, the location of the hotel is fantastic. It's conveniently near the city center, making shopping, sightseeing, and dining options easily accessible. Public transit and the train station are also close by, which is a big plus for travelers relying on public transportation. In terms of service and facilities, I found the staff to be friendly and professional. The reception staff, in particular, stood out and were very helpful during my stay. In summary, this hotel is a decent option if you're looking for a well-located place with friendly staff. However, be prepared for somewhat small and dated rooms, and keep your expectations in check when it comes to room maintenance and bathroom cleanliness.

Very dated and the lobby is not set up for people with luggage/strollers. There was no ramp, just stairs right in the front door. There were no automatic doors which seemed very odd. The two-level Starbucks didn’t have a ramp either so we could find no way in and out without having to lug suitcases up stairs. There was a wheelchair lift that was broken. The lobby has a very 80s feel to it, and there were no toilets near the lobby, you have to go down another set of stairs. Our room, a suite on the 15th floor, also felt in dire need of a refresh. We had two people on the king bed and a third on the pull-out sofa, but the bedding in the closet for the sofa was only one thin blanket covered in long hairs—no sheets or pillows. Had to call housekeeping at 1 AM for a replacement set of sheets and clean blankets. It came quickly but maybe they need to properly check their spare bedding is clean, and provide enough bedding (and towels) for the amount of people listed on the booking. The view from the room was great, and the AC worked great, plenty of space in the suite but very dark. The main living room of the suite felt like a cave! No main ceiling light, just dim accent lights in the corners. Didn’t feel very cozy. And way overpriced. Wouldn’t return. There are more modern and cleaner hotels for half the price.

The reason I got this hotel and paid 500 a night was because it stated, high floor city view, we got the 19th floor but the only views you see are other apartments. The room was modern but kinda small. I am very disappointed, I asked to be switched to a city view and was told they no longer have any due to all the buildings around them, THEN TAKE IT OUT OFF YOUR DESCRIPTION, no discount offered for false advertisement and not meeting the requirements. You pay extra for parking, extra for breakfast. For a 4 🌟 hotel, sure doesn't live up to it. I will definitely not be coming back However, the bar tender was amazing and the drinks were super delicious, I highly recommend the Sangria.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto was marred by a truly horrible experience, primarily due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the hotel's employees. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff's demeanor was far from welcoming. During check-in, the front desk staff displayed a complete lack of courtesy and patience. They were dismissive and seemed uninterested in providing assistance or answering questions. This lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay. The restaurants and house keepers were equally discourteous. I spoke to only nice front desk agent (female with butterflies in her hair) about the rude house keepers on my floor. She was apologetic and assured me that she will pass on my concerns. I had a particularly unpleasant encounter when I dined at the hotel's breakfast restaurant. The server was not only inattentive but also openly displayed impatience when I asked for recommendations or made special requests. It was a stark departure from the level of service I expected from a Hyatt property. The overall atmosphere of the hotel seemed unwelcoming, and the employees' attitudes only worsened the experience. It was disheartening to see such a stark lack of customer service skills in a renowned hotel chain. I understand that every establishment can have its off days, but this experience was far below the standards one should expect from a hotel like the Hyatt. I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address the issues of rudeness among their employees to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests. Until then, I would caution anyone considering this hotel to be prepared for a less-than-pleasant experience with the staff.

The hotel is under whelming to say the least. The rooms were incredibly basic, not much to them. The bathroom was tiny, a serious lack of mirrors to get ready. The hotel pictures make the bar and lounge area look incredible but not so much in real life. The bar barely had any alcohol and the food selections were terrible. We did use the roof top pool which was much smaller than it appeared online, but it was warm and clean. Ample towels and a great sauna. The gym was good but super busy. The location is what was so amazing being right on King St gave us a lot of options of great night life options to visit. And so I guess when the location is so great the hotel doesn't have to keep its self looking great.

I had a very short stay at The Hyatt Regency. The staff with whom I interacted were very friendly and helpful. My room was nice and had many amenities. The lobby is interesting and visually appealing. The hotel seemed to be a short walk from a lot of sights. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's just a fantastic place to stay! Close to literally everything! It would be a great venue for large group meetings, weddings, or just anything at all! It's a class act in every way! Would definitely return again and again! If you had to come to Toronto for work, there is a great set up in the room for remote working! The food is fantastic! The service is welcoming and friendly!

Picked this hotel due to its location in downtown Toronto's entertainment district. The rooms were decent and comfortable, nothing fancy.... there's a safe and good size fridge as well... there was complimentary water bottles every day after the room was cleaned( cleaning staff did a great job tyding the room). Wished the headboard was closer to the bed, pillows kept sliding back. Front desk staff and concierge were so nice and helpful! Pool is only open in summer time, as it's an outdoor pool... our view was new condo buildings being built. There's a Starbucks located next to the main lobby... this hotel is within walking distance to so many places! Would definitely stay here again!

Good location. Clean room that’s fairly well laid out. Lots of restaurants around and a Starbucks connected to the lobby area if you like that. Staff were friendly at check in. Complimentary waters in your room. Nice little work desk with easy access to plug-ins (always a plus). Price was more reasonable than many other nearby hotels as well (but still expect to pay a fair bit)

The staff is phenomenal and always willing to lend a hand. We had breakfast this visit and that was quite tasty and the fruit was very good. I mean my wife who is never happy with the fruit (because many places don't care about fresh food) got seconds. We will be back. The outdoor pool was open and looks like a good time. The gym is roomy and the equipment is a bit old. I imagine they'll upgrade soon and there's still plenty of machines to get your workout in.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. When I checked in, the service was attentive and friendly. The guest service staff made me feel welcome, answered my questions about breakfast, and took an interest in my stay. It was such a pleasant experience that I will consider booking again.

Very happy with our stay! Check-in was super easy and quick. Parking was straight forward and reasonably priced. Our room was clean and met our booking requests, ie hypoallergenic. Even a call to front desk for a tooth brush was simple and quick. We will definitely return to this location 👍🏽

The staff at this hotel are super accommodating and friendly. The room was nice and definitely clean, if a tad dated. In room coffee is Starbucks and is quite good. The restaurant is not operating normally because of covid and has a very short menu, it would be nice to see rotating dishes of the day even just to have some variety.

This is the worst, yet most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'm used to staying in random hostels around the world. For $500 a night, I expect better and cleaner rooms. Vents haven't been cleaned in probably years. I can clearly see the visible dust buildup on them. Some of the furnishings seem to be falling apart. Certain things in the bathroom are sticky. Pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The room is small and dated. View doesn't match what is described on the website. All I see is apartment buildings. There is no breakfast included, which is ridiculous considering how much I'm paying. How is it possible that I've stayed at 1 or 2 star hotels with better amenities and cleaner suites? The location is great, although a bit hidden. Staff is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. They're really friendly.

Our stay at the hyatt, was great the room was nice and clean. We had booked a room higher up, and were expecting a better view, since it said City View but we were not really impressed with the view. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in the restaurant was great we had breakfast the food was excellent all staff were excellent and great service

Great location. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff & thorough with their services. When I checked in, Ray at the front desk offered the late checkout option as part of my membership benefits. Although I didn’t need a late checkout that time, I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness. The breakfast wasn’t extravagant but with a decent selection. The lady who waited on me was very kind & attentive. I wish I had remembered her name.

Being a local, one does from time to time feel like changing one’s surroundings, and this Hyatt does it for me! Fantastic location, pleasant rooms and suites, friendly staff. The seafood linguine at the King Street Kitchen is excellent. And you’re only steps away from some of the best entertainment anywhere. All in all a wonderful place to be!

This was my family and I first time here in Toronto, Canada. I must say this was an amazing experience. The hotel is located walking distance from everything, and I mean everything. There is really no need for a vehicle. However, if you do decide to bring a car the hotel does provide parking for $32 extra for each 24 hour period for in and out access. Our hotel room was clean and the staff here are friendly and attentive to all our needs. We especially would like to thank Ray at the front service desk and Rha at the breakfast buffet for the legendary service. Thank you.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Toronto, and I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Rob at the front desk, who checked me in. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Thank you!

Great service. Great oatmeal. The table at breakfast was wobbly so they came over and fixed it without even being asked. They were extremely nice. Food was great. Rooms had a very comfortable bed, the headboard however had a space in between it and the bed. But the rooms were very nicely designed. The suite was big and spacious. The bathroom is alright. It has a shaving/makeup mirror which is very helpful. The hotel was overall a great stay and not just a place to put your head down at the end of the day.

Hard to find from the street and check in is entry from a back door. Once inside and checked in, it is very nice. Our high floor room was very nice. Not a fan of the glass wall for the bathroom though. Overall our stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. Many very good restaurants out the front door.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Hyatt in Toronto. The hotel is a little hard to find, but once there, everything went smoothly. We booked a room with 2 queen size beds, and because the hotel was not allowed to bring us a roll-over extra bed, we were offered 2 connected rooms to better accommodate our family of 5. The hotel manager was very helpful and eager to resolve the issue. The rooms were comfortable, but there wasn't any interesting city view. However, our kids enjoyed playing in the lobby and feeding the koi fish in the pond. Finally, Starbucks in the building is a definite bonus when you crave a nice coffee in the morning!

The people who work here are great and always very helpful. However, the hotel is dated, and doesn’t live up to 4 star hotel standards. Honestly, the rooms are no better than what you would find at the Hampton Inn, but for twice the price. The elevators are very slow, and it seems like only one or two go to all floors. The location is great, and the metro train stops right in front of the hotel. Easy 10 min walk to the CN tower. Nothing really wrong with the hotel…just doesn’t live up to the standard it claims to be.

Gorgeous hotel. My sister and her two kids stayed while visiting Toronto. The room was very spacious, the hotel itself in the best location. It is pricey but well worth the expense to be so central and walking distance to everything that downtown has to offer. Will be recommending this to any out of town visitors

We came here for a mini-staycation in one of their luxury suites on the top floor, and it certainly did not disappoint! Right from the beginning, we were greeted warmly and the staff all knew that we were there celebrating birthdays and even planned a lovely surprise in our room. The suite is quite spacious, and the bed and sofas are all very comfortable. The hotel also has a gym and a rooftop pool that allowed us to swim under the night sky with a great view of the downtown core. Thank you again Mr. Ashok Baghel and your entire team for your hospitality and a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto!

Really nice place with great people working there. They made our special occasion extra special and Mikke went above and beyond. The room felt clean and we also tried out the gym which was just what we needed. Will definitely come back to try the rooftop pool in the summer! Thanks again

The hotel itself was good. The bar area was nice, the front desk people were great, pretty central location; we just didn't care for the size of the rooms. We asked if we could please have a room with a queen bed, and I'm pretty sure we got a room with a full-size bed. The room itself was pretty small. If you have luggage, you'll have a hard time moving around in the room.

So this review has changed many times during my stay at the hotel. At first when I arrive, I planned to give a 5 star rating. Then after staying the night, I planned on giving a 3 star rating. Then after working in the hotel for the day, I am lowering my rating to 1 star. Good: Sujin at the front desk is an angel and really helped us out during our stay. Her professionalism is a 5 star experience. The Bad: Very standard business hotel. Some lights didn’t work, room was moderately clean but not immaculate, facility was okay at best. Pillows were uncomfortable and room was HOT even with the fan at max and the heat turned down to 60. The Ugly: While sitting in the quite nearly empty hotel bar, the bartender kept cleaning the tables around me with what can only be described as PeeWater. It smelled awful. Then they kicked hotel guests out of the restaurant for eating their own food in a lobby. The bartender and manager asked the people to move to a bench 8 feet from where they were sitting because of “hotel policy”. If the bar were busy and they needed the seats, I could understand. It’s an open common area in no way differentiated from the sitting area where they were instructed to go. I was in the 5 total people “at the bar” with 40+ seats, there was no reason for such terrible service and an unacceptable display. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. Considering everything that was happening around me in the bar, the two quiet people trying to eat their food was the least concerning thing.

I've been to this hotel several times for conferences over the years. Always clean, staff is helpful. The one problem is paying for parking. The automated ticket machines on the most popular levels have buttons that are worn out. This makes it either frustrating or impossible to pay for parking. The solution is to pay for parking at the first ticket machine you find, since it receives the least use. Not the fault of the hotel, a third party manages the parking machines.

Really enjoyed my stay here! A few important notes for light sleepers or guests with accessibility needs. PRO - Great location - Super nice staff (hotel & resto) - Responsive texting from Hyatt app - Cute room, nice size - End of the corridor placement great - Shower products actually smell good - Shower temperature good, pressure okay CONS - Main door paper thin, you hear everything in the halls - Glass door & window to bathroom (someone uses at night = super bright) - Curtains have some big gaps on the side - Shower water volume low - Mattress headboard design means your pillow falls down the back - 4 elevators, but 2 require the use of stairs, and you can’t choose which set you use (no mobility restriction friendly) - No braille on TV remove or room telephones

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency during my recent weekend stay in Toronto. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also had great and friendly service at the hotel restaurant which I visited twice. I work also work in the hospitality industry and know how challenging it currently is with restrictions and staff shortages, but despite all of these challenges I had nothing but a great experience during my visit. The staff were top notch.

such a shame. such a great location but OMG has this place has fell apart. won't stay again until they renovate. Was supposed to get a corner room(paid extra) did not get one as advertised in pix. No TV. repair came and confirmed the TV wasn't working(was never fixed). Tap in the sink leaking water onto the floor(had to leave towels to collect water. in room phone not working. Nothing repaired for the entire stay. Avoid Avoid until updated.

Great location. Very rundown room. Ok service. First time I'm giving a three star review to a Hyatt hotel. Not worth $300 (USD)/night. The most depressing room I have stays among all Hyatt hotels. At this price, you can get a nice boutique hotel with breakfast included.

I stayed here during a business trip so I can only complain so much, but I wouldn’t rebook here if I came to stay for fun. To start with the good, the staff was all wonderful. Shared spaces like the lobby, hotel restaurant, and fitness center were nice. The location is hard to beat - I could walk to anywhere I wanted to go. Now the not so good. I was in a corner king which was a good size but it did feel outdated. That might be okay at a certain price, but with what they charge for a night it’s not up to par. And all you’re paying for is the room - no parking including if you need it, and no breakfast. There is a Starbucks in the lobby but trust me there’s nothing worse than a Starbucks breakfast for a week straight. The view was okay but consisted mostly of looking at apartment buildings. All in all, you’re paying a hefty price for the location and friendly service but not much else.

Our stay was comfortable and had few problems. Staff was very friendly and kind! Anything we needed was prompt. We were offered an upgrade to a suite which was more spacious for a fee. Had a balcony but the door was locked and unusable which was a disappointment. The curved glass window also had a leak during our stay. The pool was closed for various reasons during our stay. First it was closed "until further notice" on a beautiful day with the perfect weather. The following day it was closed for weather. Not sure it ever opened but seemed to be multiple miscommunications/info regarding the pool.

We spent just one night for Thanksgiving 2021. We were in the spacious and super comfortable room 1659. The hotel's location is super convenient in terms of access to public transportation and the many restaurants and places to have fun, see a play or a movie function. In addition, the Hyatt hotel is conveniently adjacent to the Tiff Bell Lightbox Cultural Center.

I paid top dollar to stay at this hotel. First off, my fiance and I spent $100 at their deserted empty bar because we felt bad for them.... Then we went to our room to watch the blue jays game and within 5 minutes of us watching the game , we got a knock on the door. It was the manager, he pulled me outside to tell me we were being too noisy and that they have a "strict policy" of no noise after 9 pm. NINE PM IN TORONTO on a SATURDAY?? The whole joke of it all was that we were not loud in the slightest. I immediately assumed another room complained about us. The next morning at check out , i told the concierge that i was not happy that we got a noise complaint .... and he told me "It wasnt just you, we told 10 other guests to be quiet also... we walk around every night to check if there is noise " THAT IS ABSURD. You just disturbed TEN GUESTS OF YOUR HOTEL to tell them to be quiet???? after we just paid hundred of dollars to stay at your hotel??? even though nobody complained about anyone else??? I travel tons, and stay at many hotels and have never in my life been treated like this I will never come back and i will tell all my friends to never come here either Disgusting

Run down, all restaurants in the premises are closed. Rooms are stuffy and no maid service during the stay. My room had mold in the washroom ceiling thru the bedroom. The only good thing was the gym. I do no recommend.

When you look at the smiling faces of the staff at this hotel, you'd have no idea that there has been a pandemic waging war on the hospitality industry for the last couple of years. They are helpful and friendly. I would have posted a picture of our beautiful, immaculately clean room, but we messed it up before I thought of it. My daughter and I stayed there to do a bit of Christmas shopping at the Eaton Centre and do some bonding and it was absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend staying at this hotel!!

We had the deluxe room, wasn't too bad but not as expected from what we looked at online. No fridge in the room which they ended up just bringing one up at least. Location is convenient. Room was clean and the staff courteous. Not a bad experience for a birthday weekend away.

Customer service was amazing. View was terrible (there were port-a-johns directly outside of our window on the building that was under construction and the view of the 12th floor) and the restaurant/bar closes at 10pm on Saturday evening. Bathroom in our room (#1219) was extra small, no countertop or floor space to speak of, especially for the price of the room 😒. We parked at 83 Peter St and it was a very short walk from the hotel. I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but it was okay. Convenient location at least. 😳

Great location, very accessible to eaton centre, subways, great dining spots! Kelsey at the front desk is super friendly and was able to give us a little upgrade. Rooms have been newly renovated for more or a modern look. Rooms a bit small, but feel clean and updated. Thanks for a great stay!

The check-in line was very long but moved at a decent pace. The room was clean and well organized. Room service was closed due to COVID-19, but breakfast dine-in was open. Not great food prices for what you are getting/expecting because most of it was pre-packaged, but still tasted good overall. Our server was very nice and checked in on us regularly.

If there was an option for zero stars I would of chose that option. I booked days before. When I get here they made me wait 45 min they couldn’t find my room. I missed my reservation at restaurant before the game. We drove 6h ! The whole night 2h am to 5h am they was almost a party on my floor. I’m with a kid. I called for them to come tell them to stop. Nothing happened. I had to tell them and they became aggressive. The kid with me was scared. And starting at 8ham they woke up and were slamming doors non stop and talking load. I told the reception that it’s unacceptable and I want a refund. First time in my life I asked for a refund. I’m not a complainer. They told me 25% ! How does my entire experience was horrible and you offer me 25%. Why would they need the 75% for what ? LOLLLLL and the beds … it will take me a week to recover. You guys see my email if you need an audio of everything I heard in the middle of my sleep I did record it all. Before booking write to me :) I will send it to you. Almost 300$ a room for that. On God it was ghetto!

Used the underground parking through ParkWhiz to go to a Blue Jay game. Construction made it a little challenging to gain access, but that’s out of the control of the hotel itself. Hotel is close to Rogers Center and definitely is an option to stay overnight if you wanted to make a nice weekend away with a ball game as your entertainment.

The staff was amazing! So attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Great location. Elevators were a bit shady and the rooms could have had some more storage space.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was pretty good. There is an outdoor pool, its clean and warm and fitness area on the 17th floor. Location is very convenient and within walking distance of a lot of good places. My room had great view of the city

Allan at the front desk is by far the best employee I’ve ever met in my entire life. From the minute we walked into the lobby to the last day when we checked out, he gave us the most amazing service we could ask for, he checked up on us and offered us information about anything close to the hotel since we were only here for one night because of the Harry Styles Show. Even though the hotel was really busy, our young age and the fact that we kind of looked dishevelled from the 10 hour drive we just had, he still treated us like the most important clients (which by experience is a rare occurrence in such a fancy hotel.) Harry Styles may have been the main highlight of this trip, but Allan from the Hyatt was a close second, he deserves praise and a huge raise. We genuinely miss him and look forward to booking again here in Toronto and receiving the same amazing service from him. Thank you for making this very important trip the best of our lives !

Charged despite cancelling 48 hours before on a 72 he required notice - it was cancelled due to illness and wanted to protect others. Not all of society would not show up sadly; many would likely have shown up and spread illness if they couldn’t have gotten there money back! Oh well next time your enjoying a meal or drink in this hotel be aware someone may be there against there better judgment as the result of an non flexible cancellation policy.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location is perfect near all the sights and with so many restaurants around. The area is lively and really pleasant. The staff was cheerful and professional and I was particularly impressed by the room, which was bigger that it appeared on the hotel website. Great, massive comfortable bed. I’ll definitely come back

Stayed for 3 nights. Rm was very nice with great house keeping. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Enjoyed a terrific breakfast with fresh fruit on our last morning. The staff was super friendly and one of the reasons that we hope to return soon. ((: Located downtown in the entertainment district with tons of great food and things to do.

This was the perfect hotel for us! The rooms were very clean and stocked nicely with essentials. You cannot beat the location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. However, the highlight of this place is the staff. Everyone was SO nice and helpful. We are returning to Toronto in a few months and will definitely be staying here again. Thank You!

I stayed here over New Years weekend and what can I say? It was a 10/10 experience for me. The staff are SO polite and helpful. They were quick to provide services when needed. They upgraded my room and made sure my stay was the best it could be. Check in was easy and even though the lines could be long (as to be expected) it did not make for a stressful experience at all. My only recommendation is that I could have used a fridge in my room. But aside from that I highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to return in the future.

Was in town for 1 night, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded, had a nice sitting area separate from the bedroom. The room was clean, good temperature control. The sitting area in the lobby is also very welcoming and relaxing. Great location, walkable to plenty of restaurants.

We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff was great, the room was great and overall a nice experience. Specially the front desk staff Victoria is very customer service oriented. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience during the stay. The hotel location is very convenient to nearby restaurants and the main attractions. We will definitely love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt Regency. Staff was very courteous and always greeted me and asked if I needed anything. Room service options were very good and service was prompt. Room itself was a decent size, very clean and quiet. Hotel restaurants were very nice too. Best thing is the location, within a 10-15 minute walk of just about everything! Will definitely be staying here again.

Our overall stay was good, but one of the front desk clerks was dismissive and not helpful at all. When we tried to check in, he told us our room wasn't ready and we had to wait. We would get a text when it was ready. We waited 45 minutes for check in before going to the front desk. The other concierge then told us our room had been ready . Room service was excellent. Food was good.

We stay at many Hyatts due to our Hyatt credit card and this is definitely the worst one we've stayed in. The rooms are outdated and poorly designed. With limited space, the bowl sink in the bathroom is a poor design choice as there is hardly any vanity space. There is a desk area but again poorly designed. A mirror over the desk would have been helpful. The outlet at the desk fused easily and had to keep being reset. The second day of our stay a maintenance person came to our door and said they needed to check for an AC leak. He left after a few minutes and then a few minutes later he came back with another maintenance person and they were both in the room for about 15 minutes while we were trying to get ready for the day. Right before we left, we got a call saying they were sending maintenance workers up to our room because of a leak. On the evening of our third day, we got a call and email saying that we needed to move rooms so they could fix the leak. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience but after we complained what an inconvenience it would be to repack everything and move it at 10:30pm they offered breakfast to us the next day. We accepted. The breakfast was mediocre but one of the employees was exceptional. She kept checking in on us and made us a delicious smoothie. In the second room, the safe was broken. We informed them three times (they told us they had no record we requested service the first time.) They finally fixed it some time on the fourth day. However since they didn't repair it that morning when we informed them, all day we had to carry around the items we wanted to keep in there. The location is great, very accessible to most downtown attractions. However, we won't choose to stay here again due to all the issues we had.

Great location to everything, I loved being in a king high room on the 19th floor! The hotel itself I find gorgeous, lobby and rooms are so nice. Also got a complimentary drink for my boyfriends birthday. I would sleep here again any day. Starbucks is downstairs which is also a bonus.
