Excellent service! I was in the chair as soon as I walked in. Everybody is super friendly. The place is so beautiful! They offer drinks and snacks. My pedicure was fast and came out perfect.

This is my second time coming here and it’s my second negative experience. The first time I complained that they thin out the nail polish in the bottle, making it crack and flake very easily. They did that again this time, but in addition, they ruined one of my nails. I thought that I would give the store another try since it is under new management. Unfortunately, the woman who did my nails shaved down my old acrylic so much that it went through my actual nail and down to my skin. when I tried to tell her that it hurt and that she had filed through my nail, she told me “don’t worry” and then covered it up with more acrylic, which also hurt, since it was put on top of raw skin. you can see in the photo where it’s pink and red- that’s underneath my actual nail. i’ve been trying to grow out my real nails and now I have to try and grow out this hole in my thumb. on top of all of this, it was $55 for an acrylic fill- no gel and no shellac because i’m allergic to both, so just regular polish- which I think is very expensive. Even though the end result was beautiful, I will not be coming back here, and I can’t recommend that other people try this place out.

I had never been to 'Gioia' before and let me tell you, I was extremely happy with the service. I didn't have a lot of time and Mia & Haru were able to provide me with a service of excellence . Mia did my shellac manicure and Haru did my shellac pedicure. The atmosphere was pleasant and I was able to enjoy a cocktail and get a massage all while sitting back and relaxed. I highly recommended to anyone to come check out Gioia located in Liberty Village! Thanks again to all the staff and the fabulous hospitality.

Service was the perfect Sunday afternoon! They offered tea and biscuits, felt very confident about the design I showed and was very meticulously with the process. I got a gel overlay with shellac and design. My nails turned out just how I wanted them :) Will be coming back 10/10.

Gioia, appropriately named, as it is the Italian word for “Joy” or “Enjoyment” is a true hidden gem in the downtown area. I recently brought my daughter and her friend to get their nails done here and it was a joy for them. Nestled in downtown’s Liberty Village, Gioia was easy to get to, had ample parking, and seemed like a high quality place right away. The friendly staff treated us really well and offered us food and drink; they have a signature Mojito made with fresh fruit that I enjoyed while the amazing technician catered to our needs, and then snacks while my daughter and her friend got their nails glossed after the polish was applied. The atmosphere was bright, colourful, relaxing with many massage chairs to melt away the stress of the day. The clean and inviting locale and soft music gave the establishment additional depth, while the prices of their offerings were appropriate and fair for what we got, compared to the places I usually take my kids to in Vaughan to get manicures and pedicures. We will definitely be going to Gioia from now on. 👍🏻😁👍🏻

Loved loved loved the first time here! Wonderful kind people took 3 of us in for last min appointment on Sunday and have a wonderful atmosphere. Served some great drink and cookies 🍪. Fabulous artists who are very gentle with your hands

It was my first time coming to this location and I am SO impressed! The staff is beyond friendly, Jenny took her time with my nails. I got a pink chrome and I will be back!!! I was even given snacks and tea as I entered! Love it here

I come here every time I visit my sister and it’s the best shellac manicure. It lasts for weeks and never chips, they do such a good job! Everybody is so friendly and professional and I love coming here. Even got a pina colada as a treat this time!! Thank you so much!
