I hauled a soy latte to go, pretty yummy but a little too sweet and fake kinda tasting. The beans aren't the best sourced but it's enough to get the job done for an office commute. Support local businesses!

This is a nice Second Cup location with an excellent light meal facility. The also have Pinkberry frozen yogurt onsite. There is ample seating for working on laptops. It is a cozy student hangout with free Wi-Fi and is reasonably quiet for studying. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible, clean and well maintained. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Staff are friendly and courteous. Recommend the frozen yogurt for a nice healthy treat.

Spotted a mouse inside tonight (Oct 2). I informed the staff. The staff already knew and said they're "still waiting for pest control to arrive". Please tell me, what responsible restaurant owner would keep their doors open in this situation? Interestingly, after doing further research, this location has a terrible health inspection record. There is a long Reddit post about this location too. This place is disgusting.

I'm in the middle of my PhD dissertation and, as you can imagine, it's very stressful. So whenever I feel my min going out the window, I head to Second Cup Café. The staff is great and the coffee, along with the ginger molasses cookies, are the best in town. Keep up the good work.

Great place to have a healthy break during the day. It has a refreshing vibe with great structure on the inside and the outside part of it.

I usually enjoy Second cup brewed coffee batches. But I wanted to try a new taste and ordered Candy Cone White Hot Chocolate ( as we are getting closer to Christmas), it was a waste of money and taste...it was so sweet and minty, warm not hot. Just leaving this review for others to let them know as I threw it away after the first sip.

Situated in a good location in downtown Toronto. Over the past years, I observed that their prices were getting more expensive. After the pandemic, the options on the menu are not the same as before. Certain options shrunk in size and became more expensive! Some places have fresh bagels but this location does not anymore, unfortunately. The coffee and hot drinks are good while their sandwiches are really expensive. I used to love their croissants and especially the chocolate almond one which they don’t offer anymore. The chocolate truffle cake is amazing. The staff are very friendly.

Nicest second cup in the downtown core. Great staff, was served by LJ and his colleague. Both were courteous and well trained. The ambience/ decor of this second cup is fantastic.

My favorite coffee place in this city. They are so sweet here! So nice and kind. The coffee is the best. I come everyday. Fave place! And they always give my puppy a puppy cup! So sweet! And they are super friendly to kids!

I can't believe I've given this branch three chances, just trying to be fair, and here's what I've experienced: 1. The crew is absolutely terrible when it comes to noise. Most of the time, they're laughing loudly, talking at the top of their lungs, and having phone conversations that could wake the dead. It's beyond annoying for everyone here. 2. And don't get me started on the coffee prices.5 dollars for a simple coffee. Fine, I can accept that, but what I can't accept is the crew breathing down your neck when you want to add a bit of cream or milk to your coffee. Seriously, why do they need to monitor that? If you're looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee, get some work done on your laptop, or read a book, this place is an absolute nightmare! And heaven forbid you add 20 cc of cream; they'll have you under a microscope!
