Doctor Frank is amazing. He is super nice and give extra tips for your teeth. His hygienists as well are really nice. I don't really like going to the dentist but the team makes your journey better. I would def recommend Dr Frank for your teeth routine. I had to see him for fillings and some fixes after and it was always a pleasure to see him + it did not hurt!

Really fantastic clinic, all the staff and Dr’s are top notch, one of best cleanings and fillings I’ve ever had. Finding a good dentist can be a challenge and feel lucky to have found one who’s honest and truly invested in patient health and well-being! Can’t recommend enough.

Dr. Frank is probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. Great guy, super knowledgeable, caring bedside manner and really good looking and funny. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Also, I appreciate how efficient and easy they make scheduling and processing insurance and payment.

The entire Invisalign experience was very good. Doctors and staffs are all very friendly and do their best to help you. I go the unlimited package which was great as after the first round, I wanted a more perfect result and my plan covered the additional 7 sets. Few challenges in regards to the secondary Insurance (as my initial insurance wouldn’t cover) and submission of invoices in the beginning with the monthly payment plan, but I moved to paying lump sum and submitted my invoice once which made my life easier.

I have been coming to this office for dental for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and welcoming I also did the Invisalign treatment after neglecting my retainer routine for years after braces. They worked with me to fit it in financially and it's been a great journey 👍🏾

So kind and helpful! I’ve just switched to City Dental after a long period of time since going to the dentist. Dr.Frank and Rana have been so amazing, informative and patient oriented. So glad I have them to help me take care of my dental health again. For anyone who is nervous or worried, this is where I would recommend! Love it here.

I was told my insurances would cover my invisalign cost, and even had a payment plan laid out. It turns out, it was done completely differently and after I complained about it, I was told management would contact me... they never did. I had many incidents where I called to ask about it, only to be told someone would call/email me...they never did. I've had to go in several times to get fillings and adjustments after my retainers and I feel rushed and still have problems with my end result. The time between my last invisalign tray to my retainers took way too long, and I just felt they never really cared.

Great experience at City Bay Dental. I have been coming here for the past 3 years. They are very professional and friendly. I also recently completed my Invisalign treatment. It was seamless and easy. Rana was amazing and always has a cheerful and positive spirit. Definitely recommend anyone to come here for Invisalign or any dental treatments.

Part #2 After I was told that I would get my full refund. Which they refuse to give me... I met with Dr. Sunny gill lol we had a very aggressive/low vibrational conversation and I was not satisfied. He refused to return my money back that I was told I would receive. I want other customers to be careful dealing with these kind of people. I do not recommend City dental to anyone Unless you want bad service, and to be scam out your hard working money. He failed to take responsibility And blame his past Employee That’s was working for his company. Just beware!
