This guest house is self-check in system. You will receive 5 different notices from the manager in advance. According to the information, you open the entrance key box and enter your room. The room is clean, the price and the location are good.

The guest house is situated in a central place that is easy to go from however the place is also in one of the poor neighborhoods where you find a lot of drug users and beggars. I had room number 3 which was big and the bed was comfortable but it wasn’t clean!! I found a huge cockroach in my room. Also the ac can’t be controlled from the room so only the manager could adjust the temperature so my room was sometimes too hot and suffocating or too cold Wichita means freezing in Toronto

Area is not safe, home is very old and unclean, and bed 🐜 bugs are there too. Avoid this place.

Good budget accomodation close to downtown Toronto. Clean, with an easy check-in procedure and friendly staff. Only small issue was my mattress was rather uncomfortable, half of it was kinda caving in. Still, at that price for your own room, I can't complain much!
