9/2022 update: still one of a few best places for Vietnamese food !!!! They have fresh noodle for Pho. Great spot for Vietnamese food in Downtown College-Dufferin. I would recommend most of the dishes. My favourite is Banh cuon as it is the closest to original taste I had in Vietnam. Love their dipping source. One down side is Cash only. I haven’t dine in yet but the place looks cozy.

This is a solid spot for bánh bèo and bánh cuốn — the rarer stuff you usually don't find in restaurants, especially in the downtown-ish area. Came here with no expectations and will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Authentic Vietnamese 👍🏻 Food was good, though a little heavy on MSG, the broth was less fatty and the meat was also lean. Good overall.

Pho Linh is definitely one of my top 3 best pho's in the city. It's been around this neighbourhood for a long time. Their banh cuon (rice rolls) are a must! Pho is always delicious and their bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) is their weekend special. Cash only though.

Amazing Pho! Cash Only! Small yet. Great place, especially for Pho. Quick service, good portions and amazing taste. No dedicated parking for this restaurant. ATM machines are present inside. Overall, a great affordable place which serves quick and amazing Pho options!

The food was OK. Thicker rice noodles and bland soup. But, they tried to have me pay 25% tips by not giving me the change correctly. When i asked for a full change so I could give them back the tips I want(which was still 20%), the cashier guy started delivering an unpleasant attitude and even being rude(as per my friend who saw his attitude from a distance)... Why am i feeling not appreciated or even being unwelcome after i paid 20% tips?! If you want to force guests or insist guests to pay 25% tips, you better start providing some sort of service. When you didn't speak a word to the guests, please do not expect the high tips! I even regret that I gave you 20% after all. You gotta work for it like other fine dinings where i pay happily 25% tips. This place is cash only as well.......Terrible experience.

One of my favorites for Bun Bo Hue. Thinks it's only served on Saturdays/weekends, $15 for a regular bowl The broth is nicely flavored. You have bits if lemongrass satay floating around. Different types of meat with a nicely peppered viet ham. Even got a piece of pork hock gnaw at. Comes with bean sprouts, cabbage and the proper vegetables (minus banana heart). Not overly spicy where you're non stop sweating, just the right amount The noodles were a bit overcooked Quick, friendly staff that also comes with cold tea. Would recommend!

Came here a handful of times, their pho dishes were okay compared to other locations, but their Bun Bo hue dish got to be their more stronger dish. Only thing I don’t really like about the dish would be how starchy/stiff their noodles are; plus not being cooked long enough. Overall service is good always right there when you need the them. Suggest trying their avocado milkshake.

Was there before closing but the food was still amazing! Service was quick and staff was friendly. Be aware that the place is cash only but there is an ATM. I also had the shrimp spring roll that was good. It was too much food so I took it home and next day I heated it on the stove and it was still delicious!

I have Pho Linh in love with this place. The Pho is some of the best in the city. The broth is very light and flavourful - normally after I eat pho, my mouth feels very dry (probably from msg) but I did not experience that after eating here. Also the beef is very tender and yummy. The service here is also very good, the servers are friendly and smile a lot! They seem to always be having fun, joking with each other and the customers. Overall great vibes at this spot! Just remember cash only

Solid, solid pho place. Pho Ga is fantastic, might be my favorite in the city. Pho is solid. Banh cuon is good and not common, so give it a whirl. Spring rolls solid. Solid, solid, solid.

This is my favourite pho in the west end! Today I got the pho bo kho (weekday special) and the broth is so delicious, with beef and carrots. The pho comes almost immediately after you order it. It is delicious every time. Cash only!

Food was okay. You can probably find better food elsewhere. We took the train from Eaton Centre down based on the reviews but it was not worth it. They only accept cash and we didn't have Canadian money with us so we had to pay in US dollars. They did not give us change despite the fact that we already paid more than the exact amount in US dollars.

My husband and I really wanted to dine in after a cold day in the falls to enjoy a warm meal. This was the perfect choice. As an appetizer we enjoyed the wings- they were absolutely delicious. As my main course I chose the pho with rare beef per the waitress recommendation which was wonderful. Authentic and fresh .Will come back to this when we visit falls againAuthentic as it can be My pho soup was delicious, tasty, and plenty

Sat down on Friday night one hour before closing and ordered and got my food in less than 2 minutes. XL portion was very big. 17 dollars for rare beef pho with lots of toppings. reminds me of back on the day eating up north. Quality was higher than Ginger restaurant after the pandemic. Would recommend.

Pho Linh is simply the best. Food is amazing, staff is so friendly and you get your pho in about 5 minutes flat. MUST try the Pho Bo Kho-- spicy beef Vietnamese stew--which is their Monday - Thursday special.

Very delicious and authentic Pho with a ton of great options. The place is not fancy or super clean and the staff is okay if they are not in a bad mood but the food makes it worth it.

As a Vietnamese Canadian I feel l have been to enough pho places that usually they all start tasting the same. So it takes a lot to stand out. I have to say this place has really went above and beyond. It’s a bit of an older establishment but the pho is outstanding. They don’t use those packaged dry noodles that 99% of other places use and are fresh. It is cash only but they do have an ATM there. Thank you for such a good experience.

Ordered through ritual and absolutely love this place. I got the Hue Style Beef & Pork Noodle Soup, which I believe is a Sunday special and Steamed Ground Pork Rice Flour Rolls. Everything was above my expectations - tasted like my grandpa would make. They were also kind and appreciative.

I tried their weekend special, Pho Bo Kho, which was good. The food was good, and the prices were okay. They served dishes very fast, which was nice. The only thing is a robust foul smell in the dining area. I don't know where it was coming but it wasn't nice, they need to vent that place sometimes as lots of people are crammed in one room.

My favourite pho restaurant downtown. Con is that they are only accept cash. I have never had problems with them insisting on a tip, as per another reviewer. I have ordered other dishes from them and I find their dishes to be quite authentically Vietnamese, at least more so in the city here than elsewhere. I appreciate their quickness in service; an in-out type of location. They carry sriracha. I know some locations don’t and I much prefer sriracha.

Pho Linh is always a place I go to whenever I’m in Toronto. Their prices are a bit more reasonable than some other pho places closer to the popular areas (e.g., CN Tower). Their broth is great, and the portions are pretty fair as well. The restaurant does have some smell to it, which I don’t mind personally, but can be of annoyance to others. They’re also a cash only establishment, but they do have an ATM machine in the store.

I'm eating take out Pho again and it feels like the first time it ever touched my lips. This is hands down the best Pho I have ever eaten in the GTA. Take out is a tricky proposition to be able to get the noodles separated and just right. Eat in is recommended. Always busy when you are hungry, but worth the wait.

The hype is real here!!! My fave Toronto pho spot point blank period. Broth is tasty and beefy (obviously some msg but not overpowering). Noodles are al dente and they bless with lots of fresh herbs. I love it here :)

Always make an effort to stop by whenever I’m in the mood for great pho. Haven’t had their weekend special, bun bo hue, in far too long. Pho Linh is great little family run spot.

First time trying this place out and was unfortunately a little disappointed with the food quality. The pork on “the shredded pork with minced rice” was very dry and tasteless, the rice seemed fresh but left with much to offer. Will probably consider giving this place a try in the future. Service was great though! super friendly employees :)

Definitely one of the best pho places in the west end. Not overly oily, reasonably priced, good portions, super quick and friendly service. Quality bowl of pho for sure

We were seated immediately on a chilly Thursday night in October and served quickly. The bun cuon (filled rice rolls with toppings) were amazing. The pho broth is super flavourful, noodles are slightly thick, portions are big. Ordered 2 phos and split the bun cuon as an appetizer between 2 people. Cash only.

Transit friendly not in a crowded area, enough sitting quiet and cozy atmosphere. Food was served immediately got the Pho ga with dark meat and loved it broth was flavourful, and the spring rolls were ok other than that got Banh beo I haven't tried that before it was my first time and I loved it. Overall had a great experience and would recommend it lastly cash only 💵👌
