I've been coming here for 40+ years and the one thing that has always been consistent is how caring they are. Nick goes above and beyond with not only zeroing in the right hearing aids and making sure we're supported for ongoing things like maintenance/adjustments/changing the tube, etc but I especially appreciate his passion for what he does and his honesty. I'm totally convinced by now that he knows more about being deaf than any deaf person does. I was about to buy a model that was twice the price since it has powerful features, and Nick talked me out of it saying that based on what I'm accustomed to, I only needed the basic model. He saved my hearing and my wallet BIG time! Every time I'm here, I always have the feeling that Nick & team have my back! Thanks for all you do.

Union Hearing Aid Centre is the best. Period. I travel a great distance to have my hearing disability managed by Nick and his professional Audiology partners. I suffered for twenty years using local so called "experts". After an audio-gram with the Union Hearing Aid Centre, Nick solved my problem in five minutes. I have been a client of UHAC for over 20 years. Chris and his staff have become family; I cannot imagine going anywhere else! My life has been gravely altered by my hearing loss - they brought it back with unequaled grace and extreme competence! I have suffered from acute hearing loss for over 30 years. Like most people when it started, I ignored it, until I couldn’t any more. Then, again like most people, I went to a “retail” hearing shop who claimed to be hearing professionals. That worked for a short while, until I realized I wasn’t satisfied with the results. Somewhat in frustration, I spoke to my ear/balance specialist doctor at Toronto General Hospital who urged me to contact Union Hearing Aid Centre across the street. On my first visit, I immediately realized what a hearing professional was supposed to be like. These were serious knowledgeable professionals, not just a shop peddling hearing aids. They took the time to test and assess my hearing, to discuss my life and working conditions and what I thought I needed most. It was only then that they explained how my level of hearing would impact on my life/working conditions, the limitations I would face and possible choices of hearing aids that would suit my situation the best. They also patiently answered my questions about alternative solutions. I have since happily stayed with Union Hearing for going on 25 years. My continuing experience has been exactly as it was one the first day, consummate professional advice and service. Chris Kyroglou and Nick Veronico, the owners, or one of their able assistants always quickly respond to any of my inquiries or requests for a visit. Frankly, as a business person, I don’t know how they can be so generous of their time and willing to make repairs and adjustments to my hearing aids. I always feel that they are on my side and will push the hearing aid manufacturers to make things right for me. They clearly study and understand any new advances in hearing technology and will mention to me how that might help my situation. On occasion, they have even suggested that I stay with my current hearing aids and wait until some promising new aids are available. They are noted specialists in cochlear hearing solutions and their company has for years been a leader in pediatric hearing, down to babies. They even have a centre in Toronto Sick Kids Hospital. After every visit I feel completely confident that I am being helped by the best hearing professionals available. On top of that, both Chris and Nick, as well as their staff make me feel welcome and treat me with respect whenever I visit them. Union Hearing Aid has been a part of our family since 2002. They have been the most kind and helpful team. Their approach with our then toddler who has special needs, was remarkable. They have been there to help in every way through her initial hearing loss diagnosis, from fitting her with hearing aids to her drop in hearing which led to cochlear implants. We have an able to turn to them for everything, from assistance for every aspect of her devices to support for many issues she has endured along the way which aren’t even related to her hearing! Our visit to the Union Hearing Aid Centre was absolutely incredible. The entire team treated us with incredible kindness and care. Everyone was extremely patient with us as we were asking so many questions. They did a thorough check of my little brother’s hearing and his hearing aids and made sure everything was setup perfectly, including the app on his phone. The team answered all of our questions and succinctly outlined the results of the tests. We also got lots of great ideas to look into to make my brother even more comfortable with his hearing, speech and learning. Also, the entire space is sparkling clean and welcoming, and they show strict adherence to Covid health protocols. The team truly cares.

Top notch customer service: If you are looking to get affordable 3D ear scan impressions for In Ear Monitors this is the place. They charge only $25 per ear (No extra tax). I called and made an appointment for the next day. Went in an Alex examined my ears. Unfortunately I had ear wax and had to go back to my family doctor to get my ears flushed. Went back next week and got the scans done in less than 20 mins. The process is super smooth and Alex is very knowledgeable. I had my 3D .stl files in my email 30 mins after the scan was finished. I had some follow up questions with Alex (since this is my first time trying to get custom in ear monitors) and he responded to my email right away! Will strongly recommend to every musician I meet.

My son Greg and I have been going to Union Hearing Aid centre for over 35 years. The service has always been excellent. The staff are kind, caring, patient and have a true understanding of hearing loss. They provide excellent care from the hearing test right up to obtaining hearing aids and the after care as well. Recently I tried to get the disability tax credit. I have tired in the past but always hit a road block - family doctor would not sign form, not deaf enough etc. As I am persistent in the area of disability issues I decided to ask Carol. This time it worked. As a single mom, money has always been tight. With the help of union hearing aid center I will be getting back over $15,000. This will be a great help and I now have enough money to purchase a new set of hearing aids in the future. Thank you for your on going service. It is very appreciated and thats why we keep coming back.

For past 10 years, Union hearing aid centre has provided tremendous support to my daughter. Chris has been very kind and patient to my daughter to help her adjust to hearing aids to her cochlear journey. Maria always provides the best assistance.
