Hourglass Workout

Gym

😐 Tried a class and it was good. Not really difficult but motivating and fun. The Toronto location doesn't ace any classes Friday to Sunday aside from 1 weekend warrior class that is always full. So really you can go 4 days out of 7 if you want to work out back to back mon-thurs or you might get lucky... People often mention Hourglass, class, instructors, classes,

I love hourglass. I haven't been able to see results anywhere else or with my own workouts, but after 3 months I saw huge changes. Would recommend to anyone. The only think I don't like at this gym is it's pretty dirty. I'll wash my hands after class and the water is brown in the sink. Wish they'd do proper cleanings at least once a week.

My favourite gym in Toronto! They have multiple locations in the GTA. I joined the gym after receiving special trial pricing at the Women's Show. I fell in love with the workouts and the energy of the team after a couple of classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they make the workouts fun. I have noticed great results after 2 months (x4 a week). Highly recommend it!

I've been a member with HourGlass Workout for over 5 years. One of the best Bootcamps in the city for Men and Woman. Lyzabeth and her team really know how to push you. They embrace CURVES and BOOTY. Come here to define your bodies shape and build yourself up physically, mentally and emotionally!

I’ve lost 30 pounds and transformed my body in less than 12 months with circuits, resistance and weight training. Lyzabeth Lopez is a true professional, well known and highly recommended trainer - featured on the cover of various fitness magazines. Each class is different and the music is up tempo. Very motivational. Cardio will not get you the results that you would get with resistance and weight training.

By far the best gym I have ever gone to. The instructors leave an impression on you every single time with their knowledge and dedication to make you WORKKKK A SWEAT. Facility is always maintained well and they offer a variety of classes through out the day to accomadate any schedule. I have nothing but good things to say about this gym and highly recommend it every single time to any girl friend I know. When anybody asks me were I do my workouts I am proud to say HOURGLASS.

Hourglass Workout is def the best bootcamp in Toronto.... workouts are challenging and fun! All the downtown instructors and rest of Hourglass instructors are knowledgeable and they pay attention to everyone in class. There are alternative exercises always provided for those with injuries. Can't say enough good things about Hourglass, i would recommend the program to women of all fitness levels!

Hourglass workout is the best place to regain your curves especially for active mature ladies. You know how it gets harder to make changes as you get older. You can do it at the Hourglass Workout like I did in only 3 months.

Tried a class and it was good. Not really difficult but motivating and fun. The Toronto location doesn't ace any classes Friday to Sunday aside from 1 weekend warrior class that is always full. So really you can go 4 days out of 7 if you want to work out back to back mon-thurs or you might get lucky if you get to actually sign up on Saturday. Can't justify the cost of $200/month when there is no towels, small change area and lack of options of when you can go. You are better off going to fit factory as they offer more options or going to a world class facility like Equinox with towels, all Kiehls products and classes by top qualified instructors like spin, yoga, boxing, boot camps, and have average 1( class options per day. I would join hourglass if they lowered the price to $100 or offered classes on fri, sat and Sunday.

Hourglass has been such a positive life changing experience for me. The hourglass program has helped me transform and tone my body in a short period of time. Lyzabeth is an amazing instructor to work with, she has a beautiful personality and while training she always takes time to spend a little one on one with everyone in the classes. I’ve been a member for the past 8 months and Hourglass has become my happy place! The encouragement and motivation I receive from my instructors weekly keep me going.

She has such a loving personality and beams with enthusiasm whenever she steps into the room. Hourglass has become a second home to me and I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat!
