This husband and wife duo are absolutely wonderful people making healthy, hearty home cooked middle Eastern food from scratch. Quite literally, they even grow their own herbs. Nothing comes even close to their flavours and to compare them with an Ali Baba's or the like would be an insult. On top of that they are great people who live in their community and cherish their customers and treat them like family. Also, great portions! A must try!

I ordered take out. 2 lamb wraps. 2 drinks. 1 salad. Paid $58 ish. The only thing good about the wrap was the lamb. I couldn't take the veggies. Hot sauce or garlic sauce. It tasted like lamb with hummus only. It was super bland. The salad had so much dressing it made my whole car smell. For the rating it's received I had high expectations, but I guess most people haven't had good food around here. Super expensive. Immediately regretted my decision

Everything about this place screams " family love " run by an adorable duo, the place has vegan and vegetarian options with a ubiquitous flavor profile offered by sour pomegranate sauces, pickled beetroot and quality fresh ingredients. While their prices are a $2 more than franchises nearby (alibaba ...etc) The quality and quantity more than make up ! Do try their perfectly crispy baklava, almond biscotti and of course stuffed eggplant. Surely a great spot, to grab grub !

Some of the best donair meat I've had. They prepare wraps in the east coast style for those who are curious and the sauce is definitely interesting on it's own. Halal options are available and the owners were very knowledgeable and hospitable. Clean place to eat and swift service as well.

Really enjoyed my donair platter here. Great service, big portions and delicious. It's my first time trying curried potatoes and it was different but good! They also have great falafels!

Man oh man! This is by far some of the best middle eastern food I’ve ever eaten and I’ve tried lots in my day. The food was extremely fresh and left me feeling satisfied. The baklava was sweet and succulent and was the best I’ve ever had anywhere before. The only downside was the amount of meat on the plates we ordered wasn’t that much but that’s probably a good thing for my health, haha. Will be back and recommend to others.

EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE I don't usually leave reviews, but for those complaining about portions or price, please consider that everything is homemade. Even the pickled turnips and baklava. You can taste that everything is more natural here. Chicken is higher quality than other shawarma options too. Very nice people who are proud of their homemade, high-quality food.

We ordered a falafel and donaire sandwiches. We tried some samosas the beef one was great. The rice pudding was delicious also. The price was fair. Very lovely and so friendly owners. I will definitely come back.

Today, I went to this restaurant for my first time and I got the East Coast Donair which was absolutely delicious. All veggies were fresh and the meat was also great. The place itself is super tidy and clean run by an adorable couple who I loved to talk with. I will definitely go back.

Amazing food! This is an owner-lovingly-operated business, not a chain. Huge portions of delicious food and great service. They do takeout and also have a comfy little seating area. I have the chicken shawarma wrap and salad combo. I've loved this place for years and will come back again as often as I can!

And I am back. This time, I had the Donnair. Oh, is it ever delicious! Tender beef with all the great salads and rice, it is so good! Thank you for your world-class food and kindness. 🙏🏾❤️

What I got was def not chicken shawarma I honestly think I got the leftover pieces because they were tiny, overcooked. There was no taste do not trust the pics. I was so upset because I was looking forward to it 🥹

My favorite spot for shawarma, falafel, or donair. I’ve probably eaten here more than 50 times and never once had a bad meal. My favorite is the lamb shawarma but honestly everything is great here. The samosas, pastries and cookies are all really good too. Both of the people who run the place are very nice and friendly as well. Stopping in here always puts me in a good mood.

This lovely couple that runs this place are so professional and have some amazing recipes to share with Toronto. We catered from them for my son’s 1st birthday and everyone loved the food. Would totally recommend them for budget party catering without compromising on taste.

A restaurant that serves you so much that you’re so full, but the food so good that it makes you want having more. Went with a few friends for a shawarma, I was not disappointed. The best tasting shawarma in Toronto, guaranteed.

Loved everything about the place. It's run by the sweetest couple who have had the outlet for 30+ years! We have pretty much tried all the vegetarian options on their menu as well as their desserts. And have loved all of them. They make their food with a lot of love - and you can clearly experience it through their food.

These are the best people, and all their food is fresh and homemade. Delicious. I have been going here for a bout a year and my only regret is that I did not know of them sooner. 12/10 experience every time.

Yesterday I ordered a slice of stuffed eggplant, a medium-sized container of tabbouleh, and a savoury pastry, which came to almost $25. I could have ordered a meal complete with meat or fish at another Middle Eastern restaurant for about half that, and I would have had enough for 2 meals! While it was fresh and tasty, it was hugely overpriced. I got takeout.

Friendly owners, quality food, and neighborhood history. Homemade falafel is fresh, delicious, and filling. You don’t find many gems like this around anymore!

Great spot for vegetarian and vegan options! They've got the classic falafel but also an eggplant option which is bomb!

Came in as they were closing. Grabbed a donair with all the toppings. The couple who run the place were so hospitable and the food still fresh even at 10 pm. Will return to try another dish.

On a whim I decided to come here instead of going to a ”fast food” falafel place, and it was the best decision I made all week. I got the falafel wrap & it was excellent. You really get the vibe that your meal was actually made by someone who loves cooking; the food tasted fresh and delicious, the portion was large, and the staff was friendly. Going here really warmed my heart a little. Would not recommend sitting down to eat in house, however - the seating area is functional, but not very pretty. Overall, 10/10. My new fav falafel spot

Always fresh, filling, healthy and delicious! Friendly owners! Pictured here is the Donaire plate 'with everything,' the chicken shawarma with sweet donair sauce and the rice pudding! That Nicklebrook root beer they stock is also incredible.

Came in on a whim and decided to try their chicken shawarma. It was so bland and although they put a lot of chicken, I couldn’t taste any seasoning or flavour. The other ingredients seemed fresh but the pita was cold and the limited amount of sauce they put in couldn’t save it. Portion was kind of small compared to other shawarma spots and price was more expensive than others as well but I’m fine with that because it’s family owned.

College Falafel is the best place to get Mediterranean food. It's a family run business. Musa and Oljana are the kindest people ever. It's worth the experience. Their baklava is to die for.

Omg the baklava is the most amazing, beautifully tasting thing 😍 sooo much better than pre packaged store bought 🥺 turns out they're made in house too~ I also got the lamb shawarma and it tasted like everything I didn't know I needed in my life 💖 Was only going to take a few bites then package the rest to go, but once started, I just couldn't put it down. It was loaded with perfectly marinated lamb, topped with freshly chopped parsley and other veg. Oh and you're greeted super warmly when you get in, super friendly and caring owners. Super lovely experience all around. Likely one of the best shawarmas I've ever had and I absolutely love getting shawarma 😅 I don't even have a pic of mine because I ate it so fast The baklava put me a bit over budget for my meal but it was sooo worth
