I am a new customer at Step by Step. I was there 2 days ago, had a great experience from start to end. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, and Erik (the chiropodist ) was amazing. He delivered superb service and provided excellent care to my feet. I am very happy with the level of service that they have provided to their customers. Definitely will go back. Thank you!

I came here to have my ingrown toenail treated. They were able to book me an appointment fairly quickly. Erik is very nice and professional. He listened to my concerns, assessed my condition accurately, and had it treated in no time. He also patiently provided me with all the details regarding other treatment options. Great experience. Erik was very thorough on the analysis of my plantar fasciitis. He explained the condition, treatment plan and what outcome was expected with the custom orthotics. He also detailed what parameters one should use in buying new shoes. In the end he analyzed my gait and identified old injuries. Very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Step by Step.

I have been going to this Foot care clinic for the past 3 years. The service is always excellent. The receptionists are very welcoming. They always try to accommodate you. The podiatrists are also professional. In each visit, I go to, at the beginning of it, the podiatrist will assess with you what it needs to be done. Also, they give you some tips to maintain your feet in between the visit. Lastly, the clinic is very well located, 5 minutes walking distance from Queen subway station. I highly recommend to anyone this foot clinic.

I've spent years searching for a foot clinic that makes plaster custom orthotics... And let me tell you, several foot clinics have conned me 'claiming' to know how to make orthotics. No orthotics should be produced by measuring on a scanner or stepping in a foam box; it doesn't take the proper measurement of your feet. Trust me, I have had my unfair share of wrong orthotics. I found out about this clinic because I had an ultrasound appointment right beside the clinic, so I gave them a call! Voila! I got in quickly and couldn't believe how friendly and kind my entire experience had been. The Staff are awesome!!! And I LOVE my new orthotics! I can finally wear shoes again, and I mean all types of shoes! And getting adjustments is easy! If you're like me and are fed up with being conned by 'fake' foot clinics, call StepByStep, and they will take care of your feet!

Very friendly and professional service. This was my first visit/assessment. Staff are attentive and the verbal explanation of my issue and the proposed recommended treatment was explained very clearly and was also provided in writing. I was able to have a treatment while on the initial visit. I can highly recommend this clinic based on my first experience today. No pressure re upsell.

After many years of great service, it is time to write a review. Best foot care I have ever experienced, and in this time of COVID-19, everyone works hard to ensure both staff and customers remain safe. Al has worked hard to ensure all his customers get the prompt attention they need, and that they are able to walk out with pain-free feet. Hanifa looks after everyone from the moment they walk into the office, and Eric went out of his way to make time when I called due to an infection under my toenail. So grateful for the care he took to ensure I remain pain free. Thank you all.

Excellent service, I have tried another place closer to home and I realized it is worth the trip to downtown. I have been a client of Step by Step at least for 10 years. In three different occasions Step by Step have saved my toe nails. They also educated me in terms of how to take care of them. Thank you Connie for the excellent work! The receptionist is super nice as well and makes your visit pleasant. She keeps cleaning everything to make sure it is Covid safe. I strongly recommend this place.

I receive wonderful care here from its kind and competent health experts. The well-being of my feet has improved dramatically. Also, my new orthotics are extremely comfortable and supportive in just the right way! Highly recommend! ALSO, I wore a knee brace to prevent recurring knee dislocation, with accompanying swelling. this chiropodist told me i had arthritis in my feet and there was nothing i could do except spend $700 on orthotics and splints. i went to a different chiropodist and was told i do not have arthritis and i do not need splints, and was given exercises, a taping regime for my foot, and a better deal on optional custom orthotics.
