I
have
been
training
for
2
months
with
Onur,
primary
coach
of
Honor
Athletics.
At
the
very
beginning
I
wasn't
in
a
very
good
shape
because
over
the
last
12
months,
i
abused
junk
food
and
did
not
worked
out
a
lot...
so
i
have
decided
to
put
back
on
my
boxing
gloves.
Well,
honestly
i
am
lucky
because
I
have
met
Onur
and
i
can
tell
you
that
he
is
more
than
a
simple
coach,
this
guy
is
very
professional,
he
will
get
to
know
you
and
will
give
his
best
to
help
you
reaching
your
goals
and
improving
yourself.
After
only
2
months,
2
sessions
per
week,
i
can
really
see
my
improvements.
You
will
practice
real
boxing
exercises
to
work
on
your
agility,
quickness,
cardio,
strength
and
more.
Onur
has
all
the
training
gear
very
helpful
to
work
on
particular
movements.
And
like
if
it
wasn't
enough
for
you,
you
will
also
enjoyed
the
training
spot
which
will
put
you
in
the
best
mood
to
start
working
out.
