Notifying
clients
of
negative
results
in
a
timely
manner
is
an
essential
service,
which
the
clinic
failed
to
provide.
It
takes
them
13
days
to
notify
me
of
my
negative
lab
results.
I
had
to
contact
them
3
times
to
finally
get
my
results.
Imagine
you
are
experiencing
STD-like
symptoms
and
panicking,
but
you
donβt
get
to
see
the
negative
results
soon
and
get
reassured,
so
you
doubt
if
you
have
STD
and
this
creates
mental
health
problems
for
more
than
a
week.
You
just
cannot
sleep
and
cannot
do
work,
which
is
basically
torture.
This
can
all
be
avoided
if
there
is
more
friendly
and
clear
communication
from
the
clinic.
However,
the
only
thing
I
heard
from
the
clinic
for
my
first
two
interactions
was
that
the
nurse
would
contact
me
directly
about
my
result.
No
reassurance
of
negatives,
no
comfort
words,
no
love.
I
was
very
disappointed
in
the
cold
attitude
of
the
staff.
I
also
did
not
hear
anything
back
from
the
nurse,
itβs
the
manager
who
sent
me
my
results.
I
hope
the
clinic
would
reflect
on
this
incident,
instead
of
blaming
the
client.
You
need
to
think
from
the
perspective
of
patients.
I
hope
that
this
review
could
prompt
changes,
and
you
would
provide
*better*
service
for
the
community.
