This is one of the best Winners' in Toronto. They have a lot of stuff arriving every day, but also there are a lot of people visiting this place so you should keep coming frequently here to find the best stuff. Very well located, decently organized with good work hours. Pros: - a lot of stuff coming every day - position right above College subway station - close to other similar stores (Marshals vsbd another Winners) Cons: - a lot of buyers

Bed mite or flea infestation!!!! I bought a set of two pillows for my bed still in plastic the side of bag was open to feel the pillows. I washed them and used them that night. I felt a bite and a small itchy bump. In the morning I had 3 more small itchy bumps. I vacuumed my mattress and washed the pillows again and all my bedding and dried them on high heat. Again I was bitten. After 4 nights of this I threw the pillows out and am now washing all my bedding. I had to vacuum my mattress again and spray with diluted vinegar. I hope it gets rid of them. Such a hassle not even worth trying get a refund. I've wasted enough time. Never have I had this happen before. Buyer Beware!! Edit: it's been almost 3 months since purchasing flea infested pillows from this Winners location. Unfortunately a few fleas lead to a quick infestation of my whole apartment. I even had to get rid of my couch and spent so much money on pesticide. Today pest control came to spray my apartment it was impossible to resolve on my own. I hope this is the end of it. Buying overstock from random dirty factories is a risk to the customers. I will be reporting this to the health department.

Huge Winners. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here so it surprised me how big this Winners was. Especially if you compare this store to others in the downtown area. Many things here. However, I noticed a lack of children’s clothing. Maybe I missed it. Definitely no children’s shoes.

One of the most organized and huge selections Winners I have been. Customer service in fitting room and entrance were great. However there was only one cashier when I was lining up for cash out, fortunately it was not busy on that evening

Stock has diminished of late and probably due to our ongoing pandemic situation but you can still find good deals such as these pillows and pillow covers. (pictures below) Clothing wise you will find a good variety of regular sizes. Unfortunately if you are a XXL or 44" waist or above (for pants/shirts/belts/etc.,) this isn't the place to shop. Fair selection of shoes and various knick knacks. Entrance located on the south west side of Yonge and College with easy access for those in mobility devices or if you have a baby carriage.

Busy location close to TTC subway station as well as the College streetcar. The store is relatively big and set up similarly as other locations with clothing in the front and houseware, shoes, and food products at the back with the check out on the front side area near the entrance. Great store for people looking for a good deal.

Best Winners in Toronto in my opinion. Large store with even larger product selection. Easy to get to, as it's right above a subway stop. Lots of really nice finds can be had here, as they carry lots of brand names. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a discounted deal on clothing.

Be careful!! At this location, they do accept worn clothes as return and they will resell them on the shelves. I just got one shirt with a restaurant receipt in the pocket. Please do NOT any clothes without the original brand tag here. The Winners price tag can be removed and re-tagged.

I love this store got a bunch of great products then headed to the cashier Jack. I asked him a question and he pretty much snapped at me his energy was so rude .His customer service is terrible no warmth no smile just bitter. Very shocking actually. It Really turned me off…I will avoid him at all cost next time to make the end of my shopping experience a good one. STOP being so crusty Jack get your act together you’re in Customer Service and how about smiling and saying hello. Thank u

Very big well stocked winners but the staff in the changing room were extremely rude. My younger sister and I were shopping and she was bringing a few items back into the changing room for me after taking some away so we stayed within the 10 item limit, and when questioned she explained why she was taking more in after bringing the same number out. They were very confrontational very quickly, eventually they realized she was correct and let her through but not after loudly saying “well she’s not very intelligent” to each-other as she walked away still in earshot. My sister is quite young and this was very hurtful for her to hear. This is extremely disrespectful and disturbing behaviour and I hope moving forward this type of service won’t be tolerated.

They are great with their clearance section just that even the clearance gets pricy on your pocket. They have all bathroom essentials, skin care, cosmetics and perfume. They also have good clearance collection of shoes and winter collection of shoes boots and coats. They also have good jewellery and scarfs. I have liked their innerwear and athletic outfits brand Nike, adidas, Calvin Klein and under armour. I also like their skin cosmetics and other things too. It’s just walking out from college station and has awesome tim hortons next to it.

this is my first time going to winners do I did not know what kinda store this is and the concept. I asked this old lady if they had a new trash can at the back since the one they had was dented at the top. The lady rolled her eyes at me and said "THIS IS A DISCOUNTED DEPARTMENT STORE" I asked her if these were second hand and she said NO we sell things at a discount really angrily. she didnt help me check. When i went to check out the cashier was super kindly explained that they are able to discount items if it is damaged because it was unlikely that they had new ones at the back. He was so kind!

Excellent staff and selection of Runway designer shoes, clothing, fashion jewelry and bags.

Department store focused on selling clothes. Kt offers very big discounts, but the quality of the prices is somewhat low and with a limited amount of clothing. It works in the same way as Marshalls and Target, so you can know what to expect when going to these types of stores.

Once again even after I mentioned to double check the tags it was never checked and now I have to waste money to go back and forth to get the tags taken off…who will cover the wasted time and money for transportation not the employees or the store but the customer… what an inconvenience and incompetent customer service person who is supposed to be trained to handle a simple check out that is technically a no brainer.. the fact that it wasn’t even busy that night just boggled my mind.

This store is great! Great location, selection and great staff! I live down the street and also come home from work at College Station so it's super convenient for me to go to this location and I know it's their flagship store. If you want to find good finds for less money go here. It's a very busy store though so don't wait to get something you want if you can get it now and then you can always return it if doesn't work out. You can also sign up for the loyalty card which gives you extra time to return items. They have a fantastic return policy so even if something was bought months ago you can still return it and get a credit. This store goes through stock quickly because it's so easily accessible to so many people right at the subway. Excellent shopping experience!

Terrible customer service! I was shopping here one evening when I was in a rush since the store was about to close and didn’t check that an item was scanned twice on my bill by their cashier, who was super inefficient btw. When I came back here before 10 days to get a refund on the duplicated scan, the lady in-charge sounded ignorant, didn’t apologise at all for something which is an error on their behalf, made me feel as if it’s entirely my mistake and went on to tell me what I should’ve done(and I quote “call the customer care before since you can’t just walk in here and say something like this happened”), incase this HAPPENS HERE NEXT TIME. The management should really look more into training it’s retail employees at this store.

It was Friday 22/12/23 It is evening time around 7:pm…something I went to the collage winners to return which is get smaller for me sweater so I stand the line and I meet one lady front number one. I think she is a manager of that young & college winners and she took my sweater, and she checked with the workers Winners company has the returning rule but this lady she checked with the workers and one short guy workers come to me and said there was two but now is one. I just buy one sweater there is no two and they say we can’t return this , the first time I get this answer from the winners company but I never had before like this answer and like this problem I don’t know why this workers return back to me the sweater not to return, so I am not unhappy with the stores and the workers and the first lady I meet the manager so they should fix it this thing which is not a winners behavior ruls when I buy it at the stores, it looks for me it’s bigger but when I bring at home it gets smaller. I never worry even a single half day, so why they did this to me. I don’t know so this company should talk with this workers. thank you !

Lots of new products. Glad Covid-19 restrictions are being relaxed. You cannot beat in-store shopping.

This is a good location, lots of deals. ALL LOCATIONS are different and this location is pretty good for deals and stock. Staff very friendly and good service.

At College Park, this Winners is a winner. It is by far one of the best that has most of everything. True it can be under stocked at times, but this is because the area is busy. I would encourage their management to frequently fill up the shelves especially in mens underwear and bedding section. And also pay some attention to the clearance section as it is almost non existent. Thanks Winners.

It's a world trying to get every dollar it's refreshing to have a store that's focused on saving your dollar. I love that all the big brand names can be found here and how you can get something for a third of the price. Definitely my favorite place to shop ❤️

Congrats! You have Officially lost a Loyal Customer! utter disrespect and unprofessionalism, maybe due to lack of proper training or the overall corporate and store's culture! Bought a Massager for $112 discounted for $10 initially, for it being opened box. When I get home NON of the hummer heads fits, brought it back for an exchange; since it was sold out; I asked for a further discount as it is now an OPEN BOX and DYSFUNCTIONAL product. Shamefully I was given $5.65 additional discount (after hours or that's what it felt like). Let me tell you that it won't even cover TTC FARE leave alone going twice to the store and taking time off my daily life at such times. Maybe a bit of help and compassion would go a long way. Again thanks for the $100 dysfunctional product I own now. p.s. (The Gentlemen behind cash #11 was understanding.)

The behavior of cashier number 6 was discourteous and highly unsatisfactory. We visited with the intention of returning three items, but after the first return, she abruptly informed us that we couldn't return the other items. However, I subsequently visited a nearby Marshall store where they accepted the returns without issue. Such treatment of customers is contrary to the expected standards of customer service at TJX Canada.

It's ok. Prices are reasonable. Selection is above average compared to other winners locations. However, lately, large sections of the store are just empty. I assume that the pandemic has caused some complications in regards to filling the store with merchandise **They don't have a baby or kids section despite the large size

after having a very nice experience at the jewellery counter i made the mistake of going to a particularly unpleasant and rude cashier named michelle. the minute michelle made eye contact with me she made a disgusted face, when i approached her and asked to return something michelle pushed my hand away and commanded me to give her the receipt. i understand that standing all day is exhausting, but to behave in such a violent manner is just outrageous. i’m not sure who hurt michelle but apparently it was severe enough that she felt the need to make each customer she saw feel like they were intruding on her when, quite frankly, it’s the bare minimum of her job to cash people out. to be honest, i’m so shaken up by how awful and rude michelle was, i’m going to try to figure out how to contact winners’ corporate office because this behaviour is unacceptable. other than this, if there are any nail techs in the city, please do some charity work and take care of michelle’s nails. they were horrible and added to the overall lacking-atmosphere of the store. actually, maybe that’s why michelle was so miserable and rude… 🤣🤣

I don't usually like shopping, nor going to Winners, however this was one of the best ones I've ever been in. As far as selection. I ended up getting everything I needed in one stop. Of course it also helped that I had two of my children with me helping me to shop and they enjoy shopping. So that made the experience much more enjoyable for me.

Treated myself to Saturday morning breakfast @Eggspectation Carlton Street Toronto. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. 🔥YESSSS

One of the nicer and more organized Winners locations with huge variety and good selection. Always busy with long cashier line ups, but there is really something for everyone here.

This is the best Winner's hands down. It is a busy location so it tends to be fairly well stocked. We've found some good items here. The home decor section is really nice to browse.

Fantastic customer service here! We were trying to buy a suitcase and the representative radioed another person to come who was more knowledgeable about luggage and he answered all of our questions! Kind of long line-ups at the cash but we came at a very busy time, so no worries there.

This Winners is hopping! Really busy, but quick check-out. Fast turn-over of inventory, so if you see something you like, you'd better get it now! Probably the largest selection of goods I've ever seen in a Winners.

80% of what your looking for in the city. Hit and miss for higher name brands. Known to carry off-white, Versace, Moschino, Gucci, Prada etc...search and he shall find. Lol take care...😉

Love all the staff, great selection of shoes for the most part and clearance racks everywhere prices are reduced sometimes from 189.99 to 50.00 that's an example. They have a great jewellery and watch counter (and prices are fair) . Ive found a lot of great deals here. That being said Winners, Home Sense and Marshalls are all owned by the same company so you will often times find the same inventory in all 3 stores.

Always a winner in Winners🌷🌷 Great finds, fab prices!! I never leave dissatisfied. Home Decor central :) on a recent visit found these 2 large pieces for only $22.00- well made and heavy!! Unique pieces and I snatched them both...sales rep asked where I got them...to think they were in clearance Store is extremely organized. Got some cheap bday gifts for my daughter inlaw as low as $11 for KAPPA brand.

Brand names at good prices..even if sometimes a button falls off .f$%&@ it..I don't mind if the seams off track I pretty much shop there exclusively for ma garments.

Only one of everything with few exceptions: if it doesn't fit, forget it. And if you do find something (we did finally find two good looking sweaters), you have to pass through a long double row of high markup impulse purchases screaming things like "World's Finest Chocolates" in order to reach the cashier. Very difficult shopping for what you want.

in the past i've found great pieces here. i wanted to return a pair of boots i had bought earlier today but wasn't feeling and was missing the tag (still had the receipt though). the staff were courteous and understanding and were able to refund my item no problem. BIG thanks to them 🙏🏽 highly recommend this winners! great finds here.
