I have been a patient of Dr. Robb since December 2020. I have had 2 egg retrievals and 3 transfers. I recently experienced a miscarriage and asked if I would be able to switch doctors within the same clinic, to someone else. The communication on team Robb has been horrible since the beginning of this year and given this recent loss, it has been very triggering. I was advised (after my first failed transfer in November 2021) by Emilie (nurse) that many people switch physicians and if this is something we wanted to do it wouldn't be a problem. We decided to stay with Dr. Robb a bit longer. When we found out about our miscarriage (just a couple of weeks ago) I addressed this to Dr. Hannam (who was the physician on call that week). We expressed our concerns and we also spoke to another nurse (I cannot remember her name). They both said it was completely reasonable to feel this way. I also know patients within the Hannam Fertility Centre who HAVE changed physicians (therefore I know this CAN be done). Today, I received an email and I quote " The other specialists have now told me they are not comfortable taking over care". So our option are to stay with a team we are not comfortable with or to go to another clinic. I am so disappointed in this clinic. I should also mention that I never had a follow up with Dr. Robb after my first failed transfer. Does anyone still care about patients here? Hannam Fertility Centre, I would strongly urge you to look at your reviews the last 6 months and see how much it has gone down. You have made me feel like a burden and that no physicians want to work with me. It is extremely hurtful. Infertility is extremely difficult and challenging. Not only financially, but physically, mentally and emotionally. We deserve to feel like our team and physicians have our best interest at heart. I do NOT recommend this clinic and I will be sharing this loud for everyone to hear. I only did egg freezing so my review can only speak to that but I had a good experience with Dr. Gilman. It was my first time and I felt like she put me on the best protocol for me to optimize towards high quality mature eggs. Adjusting things throughout stims so I wasn't overstimulated or under. I was happy with my number at the end. The team there were very supportive throughout and I felt like I was in good hands. If you want the best experience I would say be ready to ask questions when the nurses call you, about your numbers, what they mean, what to expect and more. I felt like they didn't give that information up readily but were generous when you asked questions. Helped me feel better about each step.

Hannam is a top notch fertility clinic. We experienced a failed IVF cycle at another clinic in Toronto and after switching to Hannam the treatment and experience was night and day. Not only are the staff knowledgeable and compassionate but the office is well run in my opinion compared to my last clinic. The doctor actually listened to us and didn't take a cookie cutter approach to treat us. She looked at our issues and created a treatment plan specific to our needs. I know that no where is 100% perfect but my experience here was pretty close to that. The office is also extremely clean and the staff from the front desk to the bloodwork stations and ultrasound are amazing. If it wasn't for them our daughter wouldn't be here with us today. I should also note that they have a phenomenal early pregnancy unit. I had a couple of scares at the beginning and they got me right in to check on me which gave me so much peace of mind to know I had that support. I would definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends.

Hannam clinic is truly outstanding! I had two treatments at Mount Sinai and after two failed cycles we were told that our only option was using a donor eggs. Then we switched to Hannam (Dr. Robb) and here we're with our healthy beautiful daughter. I've never seen an institution run so professionally. Every appointment was on time and we were never left in doubt. I can't thank Dr. Robb and his team enough. They made our dreams come true.

I recently went through an egg freezing cycle and had a great experience at Hannam. The offices are beautiful and well organized. The lab is top-notch. Dr Arthur is amazing and her nurses are really, really wonderful - professional, empathetic and helpful from start to finish. Communication by phone and email was seamless and they made me feel really well cared for. The actual procedure was a lot easier than I thought it would be - I slept through it! When I started this process I wasn’t sure I would do it but I feel really good about my decision and am so relieved to have eggs saved for my future.

Excellent fertility clinic! I highly recommend Hannam fertility. Our physician at the clinic, Dr Paul Robb was attentive, thorough and precise in his approach. He presented realistic options to us and was candid about the probability of success of the various options. (Appreciated in an industry where some unscrupulous clinics take advantage of peoples hopes). The care at Hannam is individualized, not a one size fits all approach (which I hear can be common at other clinics that focus on seeing large volumes of patients). Dr Robb tailored a plan to address our fertility challenges. He was supported by an excellent team of nurses and other health care professionals who were efficient and communicated promptly throughout the process. The facility is also beautiful and centrally located in Toronto. It took a while to get an intial appointment but well worth the wait. We are extremely happy with the outcome, we welcomed a healthy baby girl in the summer. We highly recommend Hannam Fertility!!

Dr Robb and the Team at Hannam have been absolutely amazing through our IVF journey to our healthy pregnancy. They’re a constant source of Professionalism, compassion, and support just a call or email away. They’re my recommendation to family and friends. And I cannot thank them enough.

I could not recommend Hannam Clinic more! My journey has not been a short one but the team was patient with me to take the process at my speed. They never pushed or forced further intervention. It was an extremely well oiled machine for a busy working couple. The facilities are beautiful and put you at ease whenever you visit for various reasons. The staff is so kind and professional - always on time and always share a ton of information for you to review. They also have an integrated team which makes it easy to access resources such naturopaths, mental health professionals etc. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and they have helped me immensely during my early pregnancy to feel comfortable and navigate next steps. If you are thinking of pursuing Hannam I highly recommend it!

When my husband and I started this journey with Hannam, we were met with information, honesty, sensitivity and more compassion than we realized we needed. At every stage of our IVF process, through egg retrieval to transfer, Dr Robb and his nurses made us feel comfortable, confident and taken care of. The quality of care provided by everyone at Hannam was gold-star standard and for such a vulnerable service, I cannot say enough for the miracles that they provide. From the first conversation with Dr Robb, his goal was to help us have a healthy baby and his confidence became ours. I just wanted to update everyone that I am 5months pregnant now. I really am glad that I changed the fertility clinic. The doctor there was very supportive and positive and I conceived in the first month naturally with no medication whatsoever. I know everyone's case is different but trust yourself and don't fall for any tricks or if someone is pushing you for more invasive procedures without trying by yourself for as long as you can. I have had a terrible and extremely stressful experience with Hannam. I was trying to get pregnant and I have mild PCOS so I wanted to go to a fertility clinic to get some help. Every meeting with Dr. O'Connell has been stressful as she kept pushing me to say yes to more invasive treatments. I was extremely overwhelmed from the start but I never got any reassurance from her. She has absolutely no empathy and she doesn't seem to care about what we go through mentally. All she cares about is making money for the clinic. I haven't even tried to get pregnant for 6 months and she let me know that it is highly unlikely for me to get pregnant by myself or even with IUI(I never had any IUI treatments done for her to decide IUI wont work for me) and then she kept pushing me to get IVF treatment as that is the only chance for me to get pregnant. The staff were helpful but every meeting with the doctor only made me feel worse about going through all these difficulties to get pregnant. There were numerous days where I cried myself to sleep as I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel and I would never get pregnant. IVF was not an option for us as we are young and we don't have that kind of money to spend on getting pregnant. I couldn't take her negativity anymore so I changed my fertility clinic. The doctor there was shocked by looking at O'Connell's diagnosis and she was surprised that I was given so much medication where I should just be trying by myself as my husband and I are healthy and do not have any big health issues. I was even given medication for diabetes at Hannam when I don't even fall under pre-diabetes category. Ladies, please take care of yourselves and when you find such negative people trying to influence you and your choices just get away from them. I am not pregnant yet but I am hopeful as I now have a doctor who is empathetic and who cares about my mental health as much as my physical health.

Don’t be fooled by their location or office. Yes their office is nice and modern but organized, but they lack full investigation. They don’t even complete a thyroid panel as part of their screening blood work when a woman’s thyroid health affects her fertility. They only care for IVF and that you’re a candidate for IVF otherwise don’t care to help you with the reason for your infertility or how to help it. They also tell you appointment times, don’t ask you what time is best for you. The nurses on the phone are rude. Dr. Robb rushed through the initial assessment, made assumptions without doing testing to confirm. The assessment is not thorough and wait times are way too long to get a follow up. Communication is minimal. Their nurses don’t share any information other then when your next appointment is whereas at other clinics they explain the results of the test you completed.

I’ve had a terrible communication experience through most of my care at Hannam having done natural cycle monitoring, IUI and 2 failed IUI cycles all self funded with Dr Arthur and her team. Communication with Dr Arthur is sparse and with lack of empathy . The embryology lab forgot to call me after 7 days of waiting to update me in regards to number of embryos that formed blastocysts. Two weeks later, I get an email report regarding my abnormal PGTA results 9 mins on a Friday afternoon before they close so I cannot reach anyone to discuss my devastating results! I am shocked by their communication and lack of compassion for a large centre that charges more than the other large clinics in the GTA. Please go elsewhere!

Don’t go there if you’re thinking about your health. After embryo transfer, my wife finish in Mt Sinai Hospital at University Ave for 5 days WITH SEPSIS. Thanks to my GOD THAT WE'RE still alive. Now in Europe IVF Doctor sees a problem and scar that Hannam Fertylity Centre makes five years ago. I called the woman who did that. She transfers me to my Family Doctor....Disaster and bad experience. We still have a nightmare....

I never write reviews, as you can see this is my first time but I felt I had to share my experience with others so that women can make an informed decision as fertility is such a a stressful and emotional time. I was a patient of Dr. Robb and am appalled by how his team dealt with simple things such as scheduling an appointment. Firstly, we completed all of the required testing that was requested of us prior to my initial consult with Dr. Robb. For some reason my husbands results were not received by him. At the initial consult he stated that his team will look into getting the results. Fast forward to cycle monitoring and waiting months for a follow up only to receive a cancellation the day before my appointment because his results were not found and that he had to complete them again. I don't understand why this check was not completed earlier. To make someone wait months for a follow up only to cancel is so unprofessional but the cherry on top of this is they sent an e-mail appointment with a new appointment date without calling to first see if I am interested and second to see if I am available. They did have the time to call me to confirm though. This seems counterproductive, don't you think? Why wouldn't you call someone BEFORE you make an appointment for them. Do you think people do not have lives and that we will drop everything we have going in our lives just for an appointment? No. This is common courtesy which this clinic lacks. When I asked why they would go ahead and schedule an appointment, the nurse who called said its based on the Doctor's schedule. Whatever the reason, you don't just cancel someone's appointment only to reschedule it for them without contacting them first. So unprofessional!! This kind of experience makes one not trust the clinic. For blood work and ultrasound appointments, they do this too!! They literally tell you a time to come in for. Excuse me? How about asking what time works for me? This is just courtesy!!! It seems this clinic feels they can do whatever they please on their terms and thus they lack client service. So sad, because women invest a lot of time to attend these appointments in addition to the emotional toll it takes on them. The nurses I dealt with were not helpful. These are common trends that I have seen based on other reviews. They don't share the results of your blood work or ultrasound with you. Communication has been sparse with different people e-mailing you. The nurses performing the blood work are nice but there is lack of privacy as the rooms are right in front of the patient waiting area and you can easily hear conversations and often see someone getting blood work. I took my blood work results to my naturopath and she asked why certain blood tests weren't conducted. It seems that there was quite a few blood tests that should have been conducted to have an overall assessment of fertility....this makes me wonder if they have a full picture of my health or just seeing if I am a candidate for IVF. Take what you will of my experience, but I felt the need to share my experience so that other women can make an informed decision.

I booked an appointment a week before the date. It was cancelled an hour before. I called to ask for details as to why and was told that the person was talking to someone else and would call back right after that conversation was done - that was two weeks ago. I called back twice and sent three emails during that time and all messages have been completely ignored. Setting aside that cancelling a meeting 1 hour before isn't ever acceptable, I still don't understand why it was cancelled and, as said, now I am being completely ignored. Anyone/anything capable of this is capable of far worse and I would suggest everyone avoid a group with this clear lack of care and core values.

Please avoid going to this money-chasing clinic, my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Robb since December 2016. During the past 6 years Dr. Robb regularly told us that we will have twins and triplets and we wasted over $30000 and also he officially got all our subsidy money by taking our signatures but the result was back to back zero because they work hard only to get people's money. They do not care and they do not work properly. Dr. Robb has so many unprofessional and rude nurses who do not respond to patients' calls and emails and they tell white lies. I am 25 and my wife is 23 years old. I wish I could give all our money to a charity organization instead of these giving to these thefts. Shame on you!

Hannam fertility gave us wrong information and wasted 3 weeks of our time. We moved from US and had our embryos in US and asked Hannam Fertility to do the satellite monitoring for us. The team registered us for satellite monitoring and gave us appointment 3 weeks later and when we went on our day of the appointment they didn’t even care and made us do a zoom appointment in the clinic with Dr.Arthur who mentioned that we don’t do satellite monitoring. If that is the case why do you intake patients, make them come to your office, do a zoom call with doctor ? You could have told this on the first day itself and we could have gone to other clinic. Dr Arthur just didn’t care and was not even apologetic that it was a mistake on their end, she was completely inconsiderate and least bothered. We spoke to one of the nurse who was really good but most of the staff just doesn’t care. My suggestion please avoid this clinic and avoid Dr Arthur.

First and foremost I am PREGNANT! I am forever thankful towards Hannah fertility because of that. Doctor Hannam himself is amazing but in all honesty his nurses could use some common curiosity. I felt like the process could be upgraded a tad bit. The lack of communication between the nurses and myself was frustrating. We are not all coming from medical school so we do not understand everything unless it's explained multiple times. However I was always given the chance to understand even though sometimes they had an attitude about it. I'll assume they are overly worked but who knows.

I have three children through this clinic and natural conception program. Dr garbedian helped me initially. I have pcos and was almost infertile. But, the team helped me have three children. They are my world. They checked on my pregnancies as well. We moved far and they communicated through virtual communication and be still assisted me. I’m eternally grateful and thankful. My children in a frame two boys and our princess!!

Malicious practitioners warning! CPSO report filed! Do businesses have a PIP? This so-called "fertility" business definitely needs to be put on one. The recent 5 star reviews are all from accounts that only have 3 or 4 reviews, something doesn't feel right, maybe getting something in return for the positive review? So many negative reviews and not enough decency by the Owner to respond to any, tells you a lot of what they think of people that are paying their hard earned money to get such a horrible experience! Looking at their fake "positive reviews" they would rather gaslight and make you think that you are the problem and not them. There are many great businesses, unfortunately this one is not it, Shame, what a waste of my time, by trying to get these so called professionals to take my, and looking at all the negative reviews, all patients seriously.

Had a great first visit with Dr Atwal, she laid out the process very clearly and helped us feel confident about embarking on this journey. The clinic had a very warm atmosphere and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. The admin staff was super enthusiastic and answered every question we had!

Superb experience so far at Hannam Fertility Centre. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about you. Communication has been clear and they explain every step thoroughly (I tell everyone they work like a “well-oiled machine”.) When in doubt, I can email or place a phone call and will get an answer back right away or within 24 hours- this isn’t to be taken for granted as I know many clinics aren’t so responsive. I am a teacher so receiving the daily afternoon calls are tricky, but the nurses are very accommodating with calling during times that I am away from students. It’s been about two years since starting our journey at Hannam and I am very grateful for the positive experiences (both on natural conception and Ivf teams), very highly recommend. Only downside is that it seems to be a bit pricier with some things than other fertility centres (E.g. sperm wash) but in my opinion worth it for the quality of care, location, and very clean and comfortable facility.

The Hannam Fertility Centre is truly outstanding. Their compassionate staff, personalized care, and state-of-the-art facilities surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended for their life-changing support.

Could not have had a more wonderful experience. The clinic is beautiful and the staff are absolutely sensational. We loved our time with Dr Taher and immediately felt at ease in her expert care.

The fertility journey is a rollercoaster but I feel so fortunate to have gone through it at The Hannam Clinic. When you walk in you are greeted by the nicest girls who direct you the beautiful clinic. I found Dr. Robb to be very kind, profession and thorough. His nursing team was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Nurse Meghan was exceptionally helpful, kind, attentive and responsive every step of the way. Victoria made every ultrasound exciting and fun. Even the days when I felt terrible and wanted to cry on her table, she was reassuring and calming.

Just came on here to leave a 5 star review for this clinic because they deserve it. A lot of people look at google reviews prior to registering with a clinic and base their decision on reviews, I think this clinic deserves the full 5 stars I am leaving ( if I could leave more I would). I worked with Dr. Tom Hannam himself alongside his team and they are by far the most kind, caring and supportive team. Fertility journey is not an easy journey and there is no doctor in the world that can wave a magic wand and get you pregnant. My journey took two years, 4 failed transfers ( pregnant on my 5th) and two surgeries to get my beautiful twins. In all this, Dr hannam and his team never gave up on me nor did they rush into more transfers without figuring out the problem after each failed transfer. Yesterday I was able to email them a picture of my twins, shortly after Dr. Hannam called me himself to congratulate me… after trial and error and months of hard work we both were waiting for this conversation. I highly recommend this clinic, they truly care about their patients.

I rarely engage in writing reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel compelled to share my experience in order to help other individuals, particularly women make well-informed decisions regarding an immensely significant matter. The process of undergoing IVF is inherently accompanied by stress and emotional strain, and regrettably, my encounter with team Gillman only served to exacerbate these burdensome sentiments. Having previously experienced a successful pregnancy through IVF with another exceptional team, I decided to pursue another transfer in 2020. However, despite reaching out to team Gillman and conscientiously following up on numerous occasions over a period of six months, I received no response. The lack of communication during this protracted interval became especially distressing as I found myself having to relocate to another country, consequently intensifying the complexities of coordinating travel arrangements and satellite monitoring. Eventually, team Gillman got back to me and we proceeded with transfer plans. I coordinated satellite monitoring at a local clinic, although they subsequently alleged that my results arrived a day late, a claim I find highly dubious given my direct confirmation with the satellite clinic. Consequently, my arrangements for flights and accommodations were rendered futile as my transfer was abruptly canceled. because of the lost results. During the phone call I received from Shana, a member of their team, her demeanor was marked by rudeness, insensitivity, and an aggressive recommendation to seek assistance from another clinic, since satellite monitoring was not a service they provided. Evidently, my unique circumstances did not align with their standardized approach, resulting in an utter lack of accommodation and, in fact, a two-year delay in my plans due to their misleading representation. Subsequently, I proceeded to send four additional follow-up emails to the nurse manager, but regrettably, my attempts at communication have remained unanswered. At this stage, my primary desire is for my eggs to be transferred, yet team Gillman persistently squanders my precious time. I still wait for a response on how to get access to my own embryos so that I can transport them to another clinic. If you are seeking a clinic that provides individualized care with compassionate and empathetic professionals, I implore you to steer clear.

After experiencing a devastating loss in my 24th week, I reached out to Hannam Fertility and started my journey with Dr. Robb. This was the best decision I could have made and I will forever be grateful for this place, the doctors (Dr. Robb) and all the wonderful staff members that I came across on my journey to becoming a mother. The clinic itself is very professional, but most importantly they are the BEST at what they do and are very accommodating and caring while doing so. I never felt like a number, I felt that the staff was always invested in our end goal and were there to see it through and that meant the world to us! Fertility when challenged, is not the easiest thing to deal with but Hannam made it a lot less stressful and supported me through and through, even when things did not go as planned. But in the end, I got two rainbow babies and none of that would be possible without Dr. Robb and this place! Worth every penny and will always recommend Hannam Fertility to anyone experiencing any type of difficulty getting pregnant or looking into family planning!

Our family grew from 2 to 5 with the help of Dr. Hannam and his entire clinic. Throughout our fertility journey we always felt supported, heard and helped. Everyone was very understanding and acknowledge and even through COVID times accommodations were always made to help us feel safe. We are truly grateful for our miracle family and thank the kindness of everyone at the clinic.

My husband and I are beyond grateful to Dr.Tom Hannam and his team for their brilliant work, superb clinic and outstanding patient care. I went from very poor results in my first round of IVF with one low grade, genetically normal embryo at another clinic to 10 strong graded genetically normal embryos in my next cycle at the Hannam Fertility clinic within 3 months. We are now 38 weeks pregnant and feeling very blessed and grateful.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Hannam (both the Ottawa + Toronto locations). Working with Emilie in Ottawa was such a pleasure and I highly recommend choosing Hannam for any of your fertility needs. Working through fertility is naturally stressful, but the entire team at Hannam was so patient, informed, and willing to spend time with me for all of my questions. I could go on all day about how great my experience has been, and continues to be! 5 stars!

We have frozen embryos with Hannam but will transferring them to another clinic. The communication with our team has been spotty at best for the last 7 months and there have been so many mistakes and instances of serious miscommunication. There were five different mistakes involving medications, including the trigger shot. The manager of the nursing team, Anne, is also unresponsive and apathetic. It's unacceptable given how much more expensive this clinic charges for their services. After any failure, there is no follow-up from the doctor (Dr. Garbedian) or the team.

4 years ago I visited this clinic and now we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. We visited many clinics, but were greatly disappointed by them. The staff at Hannam were kind, patient and provided facts that helped us make the right decision. Thank you Dr. Hannam.

Careful: -good clinic if you’re doing IVF through them in Toronto. -if you’re using a partner clinic like Shady Grove DO NOT GO VIA HANNAM - go direct. Why? 1/ they write a loopholes into the agreement where if you abort due to Down syndrome they will take your $ and deliver nothing. In the USA you get a proper guarantee of a live healthy birth and you CAN abort for health reasons like Down syndrome. 2/ the team - use them direct and they’re on the ball. Go via a partner and they put the worst people on, ghost calls, you can’t even properly book in for ultrasounds or get results without calling with unknown caller since they will screen you and totally go limp. This happened with us as well as our friend. Best to just use Shady Grove in the USA.

I truly cannot even find the words to describe this clinic and the staff. They are outstanding. My doctor was Dr. Robb and my nurse was Meghan and they were fantastic!! Meghan always explained things to me and made me feel at ease. Dr. Robb is an outstanding doctor. The facility runs like a well oiled machine. You walk in and you feel like everyone knows exactly why you are there and what’s going on with you. The communication between staff and departments is seamless and timely. You never have to wonder or call to follow up or send emails that go into black holes. They are responsive in every single way and you are never left waiting. Their professionalism, compassionate, and kindness are out of this world. They know how stressful fertility is and how much of a financial commitment it is, and they demeanour and attitudes just put you at complete ease. The ultrasound ladies are the sweetest, the nurses who take care of you during ivf retrieval and transfer are wonderful, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming. They know who to hire there, that is for sure. But I have to say the biggest of all thanks to Dr. Robb and Meghan and whomever else works on his team behind the scenes. The absolute best people! And don’t even worry about appointment times. It is not like other places where you are constantly left waiting to be seen. I can honestly say that 98% of my appointments I was in and out in a very timely way. The one or two times where I was left waiting a little longer, the staff were so apologetic and explained why. You pay more at this clinic but you truly pay for what and who you get. I came to Hannam from another clinic and let me tell you, the difference was immeasurable. When you go through fertility you want stellar doctors, flawless and timely communication, attention and care and these folks have this in spades. Dr. Robb and his team successfully got me pregnant with my first and I graduated from their care early this week. I’m sad to leave them as I wish I could just have them care for me all the way to birth, but I will be back in the future to have my second. I look forward to seeing them all again soon. Thank you to every last person I came into contact with there, you guys are truly stellar.

Hannam Fertility Centre is the best/most amazing clinic for many reasons but to name a few: the staff, nurses, and doctors are all so responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely listen/care about you. Any time I have a question the nurses/doctors respond by end of day. The phone is always answered. Overall, the communication is excellent. The level of medical care is excellent. The clinic is state of the art, spotless, very well organized and welcoming. We are so happy to be working with this clinic and have had a very positive experience. We feel truly lucky to be working with the best clinic in Canada!

Although fertility is a difficult, multi-faceted subject and people will undoubtedly have vastly different experiences and outcomes, I have only good things to say about Hannam Fertility and Dr. Taher. My husband and I met with her several times virtually. Each time she was extremely helpful and didn’t push when it came to our options. After a year of trying on our own to no success, I agreed to try a medicated cycle. On the second month, after I again took Dr. Taher’s advice and gave up all the BBT charting, obsessing over ovulation sticks and trying to track everything, we finally got pregnant. The team took care of us for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy with regular ultrasounds and they were always available to answer any questions I had. Nine months later and we have a beautiful baby girl who wouldn’t have been conceived without their help. Thank you again to Dr. Taher and everyone at Hannam. You made our baby dreams come true.

We had a great experience with Hannam and Team Robb - their service was professional, courteous, and respectful and we are thrilled that our family has grown with their help. Close down already Rude people work here, no compassion and toxic behavior from all the people I spoke to. Avoid the heartache and look somewhere else. Worked with Dr Robb and his team initially. All the test were efficient and results came back with no issues so we were told to try naturally. I return after a year after no success and I was recommended to go for IVF. I wasn’t aware of IUI option and possibility of funding from the government for IVF. I was asked to put on the waiting list for funding of IVF and we plan to try IUI a few times. We were referred to Dr Taher and her team who were amazing even when everything was done virtually and mostly offsite. I was successful at my first IUI attempt and became pregnant at 39 years so I will recommend this option as a start along with an ND. I used Zeynep from their recommendations of ND and I was not disappointed as she supported me though out this process

Extremely grateful and thankful for all the support, help and guidance the whole Dr Robb team has provided. Since my first appointment the team has been responsive, empathetic, and extremely helpful. The nurses are all angels!! Dr Robb is clearly very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing, it’s a nerve wracking process but he takes the time to check in and make sure you’re comfortable each step of the way!!! I can not say enough good things about Hannam Fertility. From the moment you walk into the clinic the receptionist, the nurses from blood draw, the ultrasound techs and all of the admin are very kind and friendly. The clinic is very well organized with appointments you are in and out in no time. The Fertility journey is not easy, but Dr. Robb and his team were so helpful and provided guidance and strength through the entire process. Dr. Robb’s nursing team is amazing, they go above and beyond to explain in detail every step of the way. The team is very responsive to emails, you are never left waiting or wondering. We would highly recommend Hannam Fertility Centre and the services of Dr. Robb. We first met with Dr. Robb after an unsuccessful IVF cycle with another fertility clinic. From day one, Dr. Robb showed empathy while also managing expectations and providing clear and concise information. We started our fertility journey with Hannam over 2 years ago and just welcomed our beautiful boy this past October! During this time Hannam was very professional and up front about the fees and services. Dr. Robb was a warm doctor who guided us on the journey and answered all of our questions. My only concern was that at times the clinic was a little slow in getting things moving, from an administrative point of view. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking to welcome a baby:)
