I bought glasses here back in December. I recently had a fall and broke my nose and completely scratched my new glasses. I brought them back to see how much new lenses would cost me and Jelena, who is amazing, offered to replace them for free. They just got a customer for life. Amazing customer service. Everyone here is super friendly. I highly recommend.

My partner recently got an eye exam here and we had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sam Baraam and the staff at 360 Eyecare. Dr Baraam is caring, knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. We felt much more reassured after a visit with him compared to other health care professionals who can sometimes be dismissive of patient’s concerns and unclear about how they are going to help you. It was a breath of fresh air to be under his care. I would recommend him and the rest of the 360 Eyecare team to anyone who is looking for an optometrist.

Very clean office, showroom and examination rooms. Reception/Front Desk was professional and kind - and they were able to direct bill my insurance on my first visit. Dr. Baraam was very kind and attentive and gave me all the information I needed to be able to leave my appointment with the products and knowledge needed to solve my acute issue - which is noticeably better/almost completely resolved less than 24 hours later. Thank-you 360 Eyecare!

Dr. Baaram is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I go to him to have my eyes tested, but more importantly he also takes care of my mom who has had cataract surgery and is borderline diabetic. She is doing really well and Dr. Baaram is ever the voice of encouragement for her. Thank you!

***UPDATE-I got the same exam as what you wrote here for only $100.00. So your fee is absolutely over priced!!!!! I am not a patient because of your over priced fees. AND I am not experiencing hardship. What an insulting thing to assume. Whether $240.00 or $277.00 your company is a rip off!!!!!*** They charge $149.00 for an eye exam!!! Way over priced.

I had a great experience from the moment I came in. Easy to book an appointment, thorough exam, very knowledgeable doctor. The sales staff were eager to help but never felt pushy. Overall excellent first visit. Would definitely recommend.

Eyes felt a bit off, very blurred vision so I decided to book my first ever eye exam. Beautiful atmosphere, professional and very kind staff and Dr. Baraam was wonderful. I'm happy they have the technology to check the entire integrity of your eye health. I would highly recommend!

Really happy with my experience here. They were able to see me quickly due to a medical reason, but I also discovered for the first time in my life that I now need glasses. One thing I would’ve preferred is a more thorough explanation of my prescription and what it means as this is all new information for me. I did figure it out because my husband wears glasses, however, I would have appreciated more information from the office themselves. Otherwise, everything was great!

I had my first eye exam with Dr Gill yesterday. I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years, and this was the first time I did not feel rushed at all. Dr Gill answered all my questions with kindness and patience. Courtney actually listened to my concerns and needs to work through my options and worked a plan based on my needs and wants. And Kelly was kind and gentle and attentive. I’m so glad to have found 360 Eyecare!

Very quick and easy service. I went in for a routine eye exam and got a full breakdown on what was happening with my eyes (it had been 7 years since my last appointment). Very pleasant service! For those that would need it, there's plenty of street parking, right across from a ttc bus stop and it's quite visible on the street.

Great experience at 360 Eyecare - Beaches. Took my teenage daughter for a routine eye exam and found out she needed glasses. Dr. Baraam took the time to explain to both of us the importance of getting glasses and strengthening her eyes. She was not thrilled about getting glasses but Jelena took the time to show and recommend options that she thought would be best for my daughter. So many cute and stylish options. Highly recommend.

I was searching for a new optometrist for an eye exam, as I knew my prescription was out of date. Their office was friendly and efficient. I also brought my mom in for her eye exam, and they took such great care with her. My lenses were so good, I have taken in other older frames, to have the lens replaced. Far better quality than previous clinics that I have gone to.

I purchased a pair of Maui Jim prescription eye glasses from 360 Eyecare. They are the best sunglasses I have ever had in my life. The comfort and clarity is amazing! Did another yearly eye appointment with 360 again. A professional experience as always. Very accommodating schedules. Last week I noticed my sunglasses had a missing screw so I called in to see if they could look at them. I was able to drop right over. They fixed my glasses and had me out the door in less than tens minutes. These folks are great !

A great local provider! After breaking my glasses, I called 360 Eye Care and got an appointment the same day. I had a problem free experience and the staff and Optometrist were very approachable and professional. Their COVID safety measures made me feel comfortable and safe, and I even witnessed the cleaning process for the tester glasses, which was meticulous. Would recommend to anyone in the neighbourhood who is looking for an optometrist.

I booked an eye exam with Dr. Sam Baraam after noticing some blurry vision while trying to read from far away. The exam was quick and easy, and I received my first prescription for glasses. The team was helpful in finding me some frames to try and allowed me as much time as I needed to make a decision. I now have my first pair of glasses that look great and I can clearly read street signs while driving again!

I was looking for a new optometrist since moving to the east end. Luckily stumbled upon 360 eye care where they were able to book me in within 24 hours of my phone call. The doctor was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The nurses and staff were also knowledgeable and accommodating. The pricing was fair and in the end I ordered a pair of new glasses (old pair was lost) at a very reasonable price. Will be going back for prescription sunglasses in the next month or so.

I've been getting my eyes checked here for awhile. Annual eye exam is always quick and proficient. Lovely office enviro and this visit I got some great help picking out new eyeglasses and even got a complimentary adjustment on my old frames.

Dr Baraam is great. However, the staff can be more helpful. Please stop giving pushback to your patients who ask for their PD measurement because not providing your patients with their P.D. measurement puts them at a greater risk. It's twice now that I have had to argue with the staff just to get my PD measurement after paying for an extensive eye exam. If you want to prevent your patients from buying eye glasses online, then let them know that you won't give them their PD measurement before they pay for an extensive eye exam. They were trying to send me home without my PD measurement. Out of frustration, I called eye clinics in Leslieville and Beaches, and all confirmed that they don't mind providing P.D. measurement to their patients.

I am very happy with the service and advice that I received from Dr. Baraam and the staff at the 360 Eyecare Beaches location. With Dr. Baraam's advice and referral to an eye specialist, we were able to resolve an ongoing issue that I had been experiencing for over twenty years. After seeing several optometrists, Dr. Baraam was the only optometrist to properly identify the issue. He referred me to a specialist who resolved the issue with a ten-minute procedure. After-surgery care was also super thorough and I always felt followed closely and taken care of.
