Where do I begin?! All Day Fit has literally changed my life! Cassie + her team have created such an inclusive environment that prioritizes overall well-being + creating healthy habits! I've been part of the Strong Academy program for almost a year now, and I've never felt better mentally AND physically! I am proud to say that I have been training with All Day Fit since the beginning. It has made such a significant difference in my life. I am one of the lucky ones who started off with Cassie's personal training and now I am a devoted member of Len's 630 am virtual Strong Academy group. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be the kind of person who looked forward to starting their day with a workout (as opposed to 3 cups of coffee) but on the days I have Strong Academy, I bounce out of bed looking forward to spending an hourĀ with the most motivating and energizing team. And the vibe I get stays with me and helps me through my work day and personal life.Ā Ā Strong Academy is perfect for anyone at any fitness level. With varied and interesting programs that can be modified to accommodate a beginner, or challenge even the most accomplished fitness guru, it is guaranteed you will leave the class with a sweaty sheen and a huge feeling of accomplishment. When I made the switch to online because of the pandemic,Ā I was worried about losing all the progress I had made before Covid but the coaches ensure you continue to grow and build (and no, you can't hide behind your screen- they are watching you!). My form has continued to improve and I constantly learn new skills to help me meet my health and fitness goals. In addition to form and fitness, your coach and team will also support you with things like nutrition and a daily dose of positivity.Ā All Day Fit provides more than just trainingĀ  - it is a community of people who support you to be your best and to be healthy and strong (body and mind). All of the coaches truly care about the community and devote their time outside of the workouts to social events and community initiatives. All Day Fit is inclusive, welcoming and there is a place for everyone. Whether you've been contemplating incorporating fitness into your schedule or you've been working out for years, joining All Day Fit will bring something new and wonderful into your life. Hope to see your smiling face at 6:30am!

I could not recommend the team at All Day Fit enough! Iā€™ve been taking random classes with Cassie for the last few years and finally committed to a program May 2021. This was the best decision I made for myself. The structure of Strong Academy was exactly what I was looking for. Not only do they ensure the program is challenging for all fitness levels, they also focus on other important habits that impact overall fitness such as, hydration, nutrition, sleep, and things outside the gym that brings joy. This holistic approach is what other gyms ignore, and what sets All Day Fit apart! The coaches go above and beyond to answer questions, set up time outside of workouts to ensure everyone gets the individualized attention they need to feel confident and comfortable at the gym (virtual or in person). All Day Fit is a community where everyone is welcomed and we cheer and celebrate small wins together. The Strong Academy program is perfect for anyone looking for accountability with their workouts in a fun and encouraging team setting.

I started strength training for the very first time in my life with All Day Fit and now I'm a huge fan of lifting heavy things! Both my coaches Len and Sarah went above and beyond in each and every session to answer any questions I had and paid attention to my form and posture for every workout. ADF is a tribe of all health conscious, fit and active people, its really a feel good place. What I like most about ADF is that they keep track of each and every workout in detail, which includes nutrition, rest and activity outside class. They keep in touch and send positive reminders to keep the momentum and continue the healthy choices as much as possible.

Cassie and all the entire team at All Day Fit are amazing! From your first day they welcome you with big smiles, high energy and somehow already know your name. They do an amazing job at meeting everyone where they are at and are awesome at helping you learn and grow and build confidence in exercising and weight lifting. I highly recommend Strong Academy for anyone who is interested in learning more, finding a community that holds you accountable and is looking for a positive environment to work out!

Cassie and all of the wonderful coaches at All Day Fit have created a program and environment that is absolutely incredible. I was a huge skeptic of group fitness programs and personal trainers before I tried All Day Fit. No matter what your fitness level is, you will see yourself grow with everyone in the program. I cannot wait for my classes every week!

The crew at All Day Fit are one of a kind trainers whose encouraging energy and individualized attention (despite being a group class!) helps you not only gain strength and fitness, but you also become part of an all inclusive community where your goals are celebrated no matter where you are starting from. Without doubt they will welcome you to the gym by name and there will inevitably be high fives, positive energy and "good jobs" thrown around during classes regularly. They take injury recovery seriously by working with healthcare professionals when needed in order to ensure the exercises are safe and strengthening for a speedy recovery <3 Each week your weights and reps are recorded and a trainer will provide suggestions based on how they saw you train the previous week to help you always continue with momentum. Their strategy of consistency and commitment to 3 months at a time also is a game changer to see your fitness levels improve overtime. Couldn't speak more highly of them :) Shout out to Sarah and Cassie for being so great!

Before I joined All Day Fit, I was always scared and discouraged to do any strength training. This was because I simply didn't know how to properly lift anything and when I tried other classes in the past, the coaches didn't give me the attention I needed because the class was too large. I joined Strong Academy this Fall and I'm seeing muscle gains on my arms which I thought was impossible before joining ADF. What I really like most about Strong Academy is the culture. Coach Cassie & Coach Sarah make sure each and everyone of us feel a sense of belonging and are motivated to do our best. I really appreciate their energy, friendliness and genuine interest in helping us reach our goals. I also like that there are TWO coaches in a smaller class size setting. Throughout the whole class, the coaches will come to each of us for some individualized attention by (1) encouraging us (2) correcting our form so we don't injure ourselves, (3) suggesting modifications as needed, (4) pushing us to lift heavier weights when we're ready.

Iā€™ve always considered myself a non-athletic person but after the pandemic I really needed to reclaim some strength and flexibility. Working with Cherise at All Day Fit has completely changed the way I think about myself and my health. Cherise has guided me through the process of learning how to train and now Iā€™m in the gym regularly and even working out at home. The professionalism combined with the warm welcoming spirit at ADF works for people at all different levels and ages and abilities. Iā€™m committed to Cherise and this group for the long run and highly recommend it for you.

I have had the pleasure of being a Strong Academy participant for several years. The virtual 6:00 am class is energetic, fun, positive and challenging for every member of the group. The coaches tailor the workouts to specific individual requirements as needed. The variety of exercises keeps the class fresh and motivating. The accountability helps you see your personal progress and keeps you focused. The ADF workout is definitely an energizing way to start the day, physically as well as mentally. I look forward to every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning!

All Day Fit is easily the best community I have ever been apart of. Their infectious energy is truly unmatched and the team truly cultivates a healthy and welcoming atmosphere, which helps to keep you consistent and accountable.Their programming is really well planned and delivered to allow you to progress to whatever goals you may have. I joined, only expecting to increase my physical health but instead Iā€™ve gotten way more than I bargained for, and then some. For that, I will always be grateful for the ADF team and the ADF community for all the work that they do!

Throughout university and the (many) years that followed, I had a haphazard, casual relationship with my personal fitness. I would sign up for an intro offer, try the place out and eventually lose interest. But in 2018, I wanted a change and I found a female-friendly gym with what looked like a great community nearby. It wasnā€™t long before I looked forward to seeing Coach Cassie and her team on Saturday mornings. The pandemic threw me for a loop though and fitness was not a driver for me. Until I got an email about Strong Academy. I signed up in January 2021 and now have a great group of friends in the virtual classes under the fabulous Coach Slopes. Iā€™ve never felt better about my health, my fitness and the evening classes work great for my schedule. Coach Slopes is super supportive and also very accommodating of my hearing disability (writes out all the exercises and demonstrates). I look forward to every class and canā€™t wait for the next round to begin.

Iā€™ve been at ADF since April. I love a lot of things about it, but most importantly is that the well thought through structure and aggressively maintained culture both drive consistency. I havenā€™t been this consistent with my workouts since highschool sports. Youā€™re in set classes, at set times with the same group of people. You get to know each other and expect each other to show up, it builds accountability and a team mentality. They develop the workouts methodically, actively collecting and applying feedback based on your needs. You get individual attention to make sure youā€™re doing it right, modifications for injuries and they even take into account what you may want to work next. The structure has you doing the same workouts on each day of the week for four weeks, and you build each workout week over week - improving technique and strength. After a month the workouts change, but theyā€™re an evolution of the previous month. After 3 months the entire program resets and focuses shift. It keeps you interested, engaged and constantly improving. All thatā€™s without even mentioning how great the coaches are and their genuine investment in your success. Thanks for a great first 1/2 year!

I've been working with All Day Fit for about two months now and I'm so pleased I chose them for personal training. Their staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and take a common sense approach to everyday fitness. I especially appreciate how personalized and adaptive my program has been - I really feel listened to and that my needs are considered. Shout-out to Len for being especially awesome!!

Iā€™m a new member. And this gym is really special and unique. The staff are so supportive. It doesnā€™t feel like a meat head gym. The business is run by women and compared to my last gym, that was testosterone U (šŸ‘Ž), itā€™s a night and day difference. Great music, great classes focusing on strength increasing exercises. Vital for older individuals. Iā€™m considerably older than most of the clients and feel totally welcome and comfortable. 10/10 Come check it out !!! Mike.

I have just started with ADF and immediately see where it differentiates from other gyms. The people are friendly, the coaches are supportive and amazing. The classes are built to help you progress and improve and get stronger. Where, in other gyms, you become lost in the crowd and never get real proper instruction on how to do things correctly, at ADF they make sure to give everyone focus and ensure you are using proper form, are progressing in your training and are using the right weights and equipment for your level. It makes a huge difference to know you are doing things the correct way. Overall great experience so far. I'm sticking around.

I found All Day Fit through a friend and joined Strong Academy soon after which was my first time back to a gym 2 years post partum- it is such a welcoming and positive environment. The programs are built to build you up and the team is always there to support you. I couldnā€™t ask for a better experience!

All Day Fit is one of the best teams and communities that you can join. The coaches are so knowledgeable and easy to work with; they create a tailored program for you and take into consideration all of your fitness goals and health situations. I have never enjoyed working out in the past, but they make it an enjoyable experience. I couldnā€™t recommend ADF more if you want a sustainable workout experience and to join and amazingly supportive community.

Joining All Day Fit is the best decisions Iā€™ve made for myself in years. This is more than a workout - itā€™s a community of awesome, fun people who make working out a good time. Last Friday I did NOT want to go to class, but hauled myself out of bed anyway. Within MINUTES of starting class my tired, depressed mood had disintegrated and I was just happy to be moving my body, surrounded by supportive teammates and coaches. Cannot recommend ADF enough!

Iā€™m proud to say Iā€™ve been a member of the ADF community for several years. Iā€™ve been fortunate enough to be previously coached by two inspiring individuals, Cassie Day and Jahmeek Taylor, through in person strength classes and the All Day Athlete Program. Most recently, I joined the virtual Strong Academy Program with Coach Len Dā€™Silva. I cannot recommend this program enough, there is an emphasis on functional movement that will not only help you throughout your day to day activities but will set you up for pain free movement for years to come. Whether youā€™re new to strength and conditioning or a seasoned expert, Coach Len creates each program with your goals in mind and meticulously executes it three days a week in a virtual environment. He brings his wealth of strength and conditioning knowledge with each set and he is able to provide you digestible cues to ensure proper form/progression. Not only that, youā€™re in a supportive environment with a small group of teammates keeping you consistent and accountable to your movement goals. If youā€™re looking for a program with credible trainers who adhere to the highest standards of exercise science, education and safety look no further than All Day Fit, their incredible coaches and programs, such as, Strong Academy!

I was a part of the very first strong academy sessions and was instantly impressed by how organized, thoughtful the programs were and enthusiastic the coaches were. After taking a hiatus and going to train a few other places, I have returned to the all day fit community and strong academy. Iā€™m equally impressed how much theyā€™ve improved their already great format. It really is the greatest weight training group training Iā€™ve attended (after exploring many). I appreciate everyoneā€™s commitment to form, the ability to regress when injured and their holistic approach to fitness. They consider how other life events impact training and create a lot of mindfulness around that. Iā€™m glad to see this community continue to build and grow in such a diverse way. I like seeing different genders, body shapes, ages in our classes and this community is really something special ! Check them out !

Joining All Day Fit's Strong Academy program has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The incredible coaches, the supportive community, personalized workouts, and the flexibility of the program truly make it one-of-a-kind. āœØ I've always felt intimidated by strength training, but ADF has helped boost my confidence in both form and technique! The set program schedule keeps me accountable and motivates me to stay consistent on my fitness journey. šŸ’ŖšŸ¼ I can't recommend this program enough ā€“ the ADF team is the best!

Started here with RAD and then later joined Strong Academy. Had some strength imbalances from running and am now better than ever. The instructors and community here are amazing, with great technical pointers and personalized advice. Really fun people to be around. Definitely recommend!

I started with All Day Fit in their online hub in January 2021. I'm so happy that I did. I love their holistic and body positive approach to fitness and wellness. With All Day Fit, it's not just a gym - you're part of a welcoming, diverse and inclusive community. They started offering virtual evening Strong Academy and I jumped on that real quick, and I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the structure and the accountability of the program. It's great that they also focus on developing other important habits. Coach Slopes is a such a joy to be around. She is thoughtful and attentive. Having a knee injury, Slopes has been very helpful in giving me modifications and exercises aimed at helping me get to pain free workouts. I can't wait to continue along my fitness journey. I DEFINITELY recommend them!

As a 40 year old new mom, I was intimidated to hop back into a fitness program, and they couldn't have made it a better experience. All Day Fit has been one of the best things that came into my life during the pandemic. Their virtual strength training classes have provided amazing guidance, pushed me to take my workouts to the next level, and offered an incomparable community. All of the trainers are approachable, professional and full of knowledge and cues, not to mention a ton of fun. And many of the people I regularly work out with virtually are now friends.

I had such a good time at Strong Academy this past fall. I participated in the in-person sessions at HQ, and it was so nice being in a welcoming gym environment. The facilities at Training Lane are great, clean, and safe. After spending over a year at home in the pandemic, it was refreshing to connect with others while lifting heavy weights! Jacq and Sarah were great coaches and even better motivators. During my time at Strong Academy, I was working through a chronic injury and Jacq was very helpful in providing alternative exercises that would still push me and allow me to work through the program alongside everyone else. It was cool to see my growth through the program and it was also helpful to establish a routine of carving out time to exercise a few times a week. Now, I feel I have more confidence and better knowledge to exercise independently - at home or at the gym. I couldnā€™t recommend All Day Fit and the Strong Academy program more. Whether you want to switch up your workouts for a few months or pursue small group training long-term, thereā€™s definitely something for everyone!

I joined the strong academy (small group personal training) and it is been such a positive experience. The quality of the services is top notch and is light years beyond what Iā€™ve experienced in any other gym. In just a month Iā€™ve become so much stronger and Iā€™ve regained confidence in the gym. The trainers are super knowledgeable and supportive and I look forward to my 7 am classes (even thought Iā€™m really not a morning person). There is a huge community component which is exactly what I was hoping for. This helps me to stay accountable and build connections with amazing humans !

Amazing trainers, great programs, and nice people! All Day Fit is not just another gym, it's a great community with an incredible approach to fitness. I've been part of the strength training program for 4+ months now and I wish I had joined earlier :) Highly recommended!

Really annoyed at myself for not joining ADF sooner, donā€™t hesitate just start! I spent covid falling in and out of workouts which was not great for my self esteem and especially not seeing any results or improvement, I knew I needed to change my something. I had been following Cassie for maybe two years on IG and always enjoyed her real-life approach to fitness. I joined with the intention to lose some weight but that mindset quickly changed to lifting heavier and feeling stronger. I might have dropped a few pounds, but ADF has done wonders for my mental and physical health in such a short time. You know youā€™re in a safe space when the group chat kicks off about croissants. Thereā€™s a lot of support and encouragement within this community, canā€™t recommend enough between the holistic approach, holding me accountable to my goals, taking real care in form/mobility and the ever-bubbly coaches. Honestly have not had as much fun working out as I do with All Day Fit!

I joined ADF back in Nov '19 and had in person PT sessions with Skylar for 3-4 months. Even if you are an experienced regular gym-goer or a complete beginner, the first 1-2 months was re-building and learning new techniques/form/cues to build a strong foundation. All my sessions afterwards have shown great progress and a sustainable workout routine going forward. Skylar is so motivating (and funny!) and had a great eye to detect changes to ensure proper form! The past year, I decided to join Strong Academy @ Home Version after trying at home workouts for a year. This program runs via the same PT format, but in small class sizes (we had about 8-9 other members in one session). It's the best of both worlds of having the personal attention of the coach that I experience in PT sessions and having the support of the community over the course of 4 months! No matter if you are a completely beginner or have some workout background, the coaches are very knowledgeable in ensuring the programs fit your fitness level!

I've been training for 2 years at ADF now and Len has been awesome to work with. I started out not having much knowledge of strength training or exercise in general and in the last couple years have seen a big improvement in my overall well-being as well as my confidence. I would definitely recommend booking an assessment at ADF to discuss your fitness goals with them :)

I could not have found a better community. Although I have only been with ADF for a month, the coaches and my team members have been so supportive and I feel like everyone knew me from even my first week! The 3x weekly check-ins do not feel like a burden (in fact I look forward to them). From two weeks of being in the program (6 sessions) I was already drinking more water, walking better, sitting better, and feeling mentally more positive about my day to day. The accountability was a huge factor in why I joined ADF, and for the first time I do not feel anxious about heading to the gym like I have with other spaces. What an inclusive, diverse, and positive space to be in, and I can't wait to continue my journey.

What can I say about All Day Fit!? You wonā€™t find a fitness community quite like it. It is an uplifting & welcoming environment from the initial contact you make with the team, to the moment you walk in the gym. You couldnā€™t ask for a more inclusive team! Cherise at ADF has been my trainer for the last year. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, & overall just an awesome person. From building me up from the basics of movement to supporting me through injuries & my hectic work schedule - I have become the strongest version of myself that Iā€™ve been in years (maybe ever). Sheā€™s always creating challenging programs that push me outside of my comfort zone. All while encouraging healthy habits in my day to day life - sleep, managing stress, & nutrition. Truly appreciate her being a part of my fitness journey & all of the laughs weā€™ve had over the last year! You definitely wonā€™t regret joining ADF & this fantastic group of trainers! šŸ„³

I was slacking in my workouts and feeling unmotivated looking for a routine I could stick with. Thatā€™s how I found All Day Fit. I have completed 4 programs(currently in my 5th) of Strong Academy at All Day Fit and I am in LOVE!! In love with the program, the people and now a new found love for myself!! ADF has changed my mindset with food, workouts, sleep, water intake and life. I feel so comfortable talking about my body with the trainers, they are there for you and create a safe place in order for you to open up and grow. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL DAY FIT!! Being part of All Day Fit has been a total game-changer for me, especially as someone who was trepidatious about joining a gym in the first place. Thankfully, the entire team (and particularly my rockstar coach Cherise) has been super welcoming from the get-go, always being flexible to my schedule and specific goals and needs. Would 100% recommend to anyone who doesn't think the gym is an inviting space for themā€”it definitely can be when you join a place that's as inclusive as this one is!

Absolutely love All Day Fit! I've been in their Virtual Strong Academy program for almost 6 months now and it's been absolutely wonderful. As someone who struggles with accountability and showing up to my workouts, this program is SO great for me. I've worked with two separate coaches and both experiences were exceptional. A strong importance is placed on form which is something that's always been intimidating to me. I used to find that I held back in my workouts for fear of injuring myself or doing something I wasn't quite ready for. With this program it completely took the guesswork out of the workout. The coach is there to support and make sure your form is strong and if you need adjustments they provide it right then and there. This is so important because everyone is at a different point in their wellness journey. The coaches meet you where you are and work to get you where you want to be. BIG shoutout to coach SLOPES and coach LEN for being the best cheerleaders for their SA crew.

I haven't been able to stop talking about AllDayFit since my move to Florida (5 months now)!! I joined AllDayFit November of 2022 and trained with them consistently until May 2023. I had always been on and off my fitness journey until I started training at ADF which has helped me stay consistent even after moving countries. The gym, the trainers, the owner, the community and the program are all a motivation for you to show up for yourself. If you haven't been to their class yet you should try one out!

After my favourite trainer, Coach Slopes, started at All Day Fit I took a couple of classes through the Online Hub but never had a long term workout plan. In January of this year I signed up for Strong Academy with Coach Slopes and have had such a great time working out with her and our team over the last 12 weeks. They motivated me to show up even when I didnā€™t feel like it and always made me smile and laugh each class. The workout program was great, and was customized to each of us depending on any injuries or difficulties we had. The trainer also looks at your program tracking and makes recommendations and changes throughout the program. Coach Slopes was always a ray of sunshine and always brought the energy to each and every class. If you want someone who will motivate you in a positive and supportive way then youā€™ve got to try out a class with Coach Slopes!

A fantastic, inclusive group of coaches who listen to your needs and help you become strong. The 6 am crew welcomes you with big smiles and high energy that gets you moving even if you have a slow day. This is a group fitness model that fosters a feeling of community and accountability. In each session, the two coaches always look out for you, keep correcting your posture, and encourage you to take on a challenge. Each day starts with a wellness check-in, stretching and warming up before the kettlebells get in full swing. Even outside of the sessions, there are tons of activities members can join and participate. It is no surprise everyone feels very comfortable with each other, and as a new member, you are welcomed and part of it right away!

Len has been my trainer (virtually and in person) for over a yearā€¦he is a cheerleader, therapist, coach and so much more!! The entire All Day Fit team is so supportive and encouraging! If youā€™re looking for a place to train that celebrates all wins big and small, that doesnā€™t ever judge, and that supports you through lifeā€™s ups and downs, this is it! And training virtually is such a major plus! I train from home virtually 2 days a week and once in person at Training Lane . Iā€™ve even trained virtually while on vacation and travelling on business. Highly recommend the All Day Fit team!!!

Definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a motivating space to work out in! Iā€™ve been doing personal training with coach Sarah for a couple of months now and itā€™s been a great way to get back into strength training. Sheā€™s been so supportive and helped me to focus on technique and stability as well as push myself. The holistic approach to training reminds me to take time to reflect on all facets of wellness which I really appreciate in a busy week. The space itself is clean and inviting and Iā€™m always greeted with a smile!

I have been a member of All Day Fit for over two years - the longest I have ever stuck with training in any form. I have joined many classes in their online hub, was a member of virtual Strong Academy and spent the rest of the time remote training with Cassie Day. It's a testament to the community Cassie has created that I've stayed this long. Everyone is so wonderful and friendly and welcoming that you end up feeling like part of their family. They celebrate your wins and help work through the frustrations (ahem... split squats). They accomodate and adapt to your unique needs and goals, without letting you off the hook (ugh... split squats). I never thought I could successfully strength train at home, but they have created a program that adapts to me with what I have available, and with regular check-ins - on training, nutrition, and physical and mental health - I always feel wholly supported. And consequently, I have never been stronger or felt more confident than I do right now. I credit the two years of training to having had a healthy pregnancy and quick recovery. And now I'm looking forward to getting back to training with Cassie! :)

All Day Fit has been a lifeline for me mentally and physically through several big life changes, most recently, becoming a first-time-mom. Their prenatal expertise kept me safe and strong during my entire pregnancy. I signed up for Strong Academy at three months postpartum and have had the most amazing experience finding strength in my new postpartum body. The All Day Fit coaches pre/postnatal knowledge is incredible, and the accountability and community of Strong Academy is exactly what new moms need to feel their best mentally and physically. Cannot recommend coach Sarah enough for any pregnant or postpartum people looking to stay active and strong.

I recently completed the Strong Academy Winter session (my first 12 weeks of programming) and it was exactly what I needed to get back in the gym after a long hiatus. As a former competitive athlete, I found it difficult to train without a sport-specific purpose or goal and I was lost trying to figure it out by myself. ADF provided me with some much-needed structure and motivated me to show up consistently, challenge myself, and stay accountable. I really appreciate the emphasis on strength, movement, and lifestyle habits. It's a great environment for beginners as well as those with strength training experience, as the programs are modified to individuals' needs and goals. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging, and caring, and the overall vibes are positive.

Joining All Day Fit has single handedly been the best decision Iā€™ve made this year. I was looking for a more tailored and intimate training experience that also created a sense of community and couldnā€™t have found a better fit with Strong Academy. The coaches are friendly and encouraging, providing the support YOU need in each work out and pushing you based on your goals and ability. Not only that, the culture is second to none; I felt welcomed Day 1. On top of the friendly coaches, the format encourages you to develop relationships with your fellow group since you are showing up at the same time and place each week. If you are looking for a supportive environment to help you meet your exercise goals, this is the place for you!

Joining ADF has been an adventure for me!! I needed something else for my fitness and wellness journey and ADF was THAT for me. Strong academy is effective and challenging, the perfect extra push if you want to up your game. I LOVE their dynamic and how they personalized my program. The coaches are wonderful, they pushed and helped me to get stronger. I also wanted the social aspect of joining a fitness class and everyone was so welcoming and accepting, no judgements, no weird vibes, just real and authentic positivism. I love the fact that I can get the one on one with the trainers, but still be part of a group. Defiantly one of the best gyms that Iā€™ve attended in Toronto.

What luck finding this group of humans! The entire team at All Day Fit is so warm and engaging, with one another and with their clients. They've really created an atmosphere not like any other place I've trained. I've been working 1:1 with Coach Kiki for over 4 months - I started the week I turned 50 and getting back to this type of movement was the best decision I've made for my own physical and mental health in a very long time. The programs, the check-ins and encouragement are exactly what I need and I know my feedback matters to her so we can always adjust if needed.

I am in my second month of virtual Strong Academy and it has been fantastic so far! It is such a welcoming environment, especially for someone who hadnā€™t worked our regularly in a long time. Len is a such a supportive and motivating coach, and Iā€™ve already seen improvements in my form, strength, and mobility based on his feedback. Iā€™m so happy I took the step of joining Strong Academy and am looking forward to continuing to get stronger in the months to come!
