Went to the McNaughton Rd East Maple location the day they opened, with the service being somewhat mediocre and the food less appetizing and bland; when in comparison, to other shawarma places in the area. Disappointing. Giving them the benefit of the doubt; a few months later, I decided to give them another try and ordered the Greek salad with chicken shawarma a la carte. Meanwhile, previous to my order, the manager/owner told a customer they forgot to take out the feta the previous night and it was very cold. A few minutes later I took my order and went back to the office. To my disappointment there was no feta and olives in my salad …the whole purpose of a Greek salad! I tried calling all day with no one answering the phone …poor customer service at best. At all costs, I will not be coming back to this location and will think twice before going to a Mr. Zagros establishment.

First time here, amazing staff everybody is so kind! Tables super clean, washroom super clean!! I got the chicken Sharma on rice and sticks, it was soo good!!! I will definitely be returning and would recommend this mom and pop feeling location to all! A+

Mr Zagros is my favorite chain shawarma spot. Always fresh ingredients and they toss the shawarma in a bowl so you get the flavor in every bite. Decided to stop by this location and the staff and owner were very friendly and helpful very clean location and very good portion they weren't skimping on the toppings true meaning of value for your buck thank you. Leyla was such a great and friendly server. Our family comes here all the time when we are craving shawarma. We get the dinner plate and the serving size is perfect and generous. So tasty and delicious. I can’t stress how kind and friendly the staff is. Thank you!

Certainly one of the best shawarma spots around. Even though I believe it’s a franchise, the quality of the food and atmosphere feels intimate and family owned. It adds a home cooked feel to the food I guess you could say. Extra mention to Leyla, who offered fantastic service helping me choose what I wanted as it was my first time here. Would highly recommend

Solid place for shawarmas!! The meats are very high quality and very clean! The garlic sauce, hummus and hot sauce were top notch with fresh vegetables. Overall good experience and I would come back again if I’m ever in the area!

This location has great food and excellent customer service. The prices are also great, and the portions are quite generous. The staff are very friendly; most recently we were served by Leyla who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and is very knowledgeable about her job. If you choose to eat from here, you are in good hands. I would like to thank all the staff at this location for always producing high quality food at an affordable price, while also providing excellent customer service.

This has to be hands down, one of the best places to grab lunch or dinner. The quality of the food and the overall presentation is beyond amazing. Not to mention, the prices are decent and fair considering the portions they serve. The staff is incredibly friendly, approachable and were willing to answer any/all questions I had. Their slogan "Best Shawarma In Town" is certainty accurate and true. I'm always looking forward to come back and grab food from here. One evening, we were having dinner here with some friends, and decided to get an order of baklava for us to share. The gentleman (whose name I do not recall), gave as the container of baklava and said "It's on the house guys, thank you for choosing us". I have never found more hospitable, kind, and welcoming staff in any other fast food place/restaurant that I've visited. If there was an option for 10 stars, I certainly would rate it at that, not even a question. BEST PLACE EVER!

This location is by far the best! I used to go to the one at Bathurst and Rutherford but they are just plain rude. This location is further for me to drive but the vibe is much better. They are friendly and appreciate the business. I have never been here when the food is not fresh. I highly recommend this location.

Chicken Shawarma wrap and the best fries I had in a long time! I didn't even know that they had fries LOL These were hot, crisp and flavorful. No ketchup needed! Perfect!!!!

First time visiting. Friendly staff. Ordered the chicken shawarma wrap. No delay as there were not many people waiting. The food was tasty and filling. Would definitely stop by again and would try the bowl next time.

The food was fresh but that's all I can say. If you want good Mr Zagros go to the one I wish I lived closer to. BATHURST AND RUTHERFORD. Their wraps are thick throughout and made longer than this place. They are the best best best version of Mr Zagros. Our families will travel to that location only to buy food from now on. They are not so cheap and chincy and consistently polite. I like to support local but when I feel ripped off and cheated I will never go back and make sure people know about the real experience. My wife went here the last time and mentioned she felt like they were rude and cheap with her too. I'm annoyed with companies that double rip on us consumers. If im paying the new prices im going to the best of Mr Zagros and this place ain't it. Go to bathurst and Rutherford location.

The food was fresh and while they were busy, we did not have to wait long. I have been searching for authentic Mediterranean food and this was spot on! We expressed our happiness and the owner came over and gave us each a piece of baklava, which was absolutely amazing! The place was clean, staff was friendly and food was amazing! What more can you ask for? We do not live close to here, but will definitely make the drive out here again!

I love this place! The best shawarma in my area! They are pre-mixing all the ingredients in the bowl before wrapping them in bread. You get wonderful flavours all in one bite.

Service is only slightly out matched by the quality of the food! Portions are generous, ingredients are ridiculously fresh and they do not hold back from making your dish as you want. Back to the staff, super friendly and efficient so you are waiting impatiently. The best location this franchise across the GTA, yes I have tried a few others who weren't even close.

Amazing location for Mr. Zagros. The shawarma is always fresh, moist and absolutely delicious. Plus the staff are super warm and friendly. Fees like they are welcoming you to eat at their home. My go to spot!!!

Such fresh and delicious food I tried most of the menu and it is the best shawarma I have ever had. Their food makes you full and it tastes very very good great customer service too.😋
