The level of service and friendliness of this store is almost unreal and I can't really compare it with any other store (music store or other) after living 7 years in the Netherlands. The Customer service is much much appreciated, the prices are competitive and the store itself is a pleasure to be in. Keep up the good job guys !

Excellent customer service! I was interested in a Martin guitar and asked for some additional photos, videos and sound demos of a certain instrument as I could not test it in person (due to the distance between my location in Germany and the shop being located in the Netherlands). Communication was always courteous and all my inquiries were answered promptly and in the best possible way. I would unreservedly recommend Souman to anyone looking for a high-end Martin guitar.

Top service, brought my Taylor guitar unfortunately the neck was twisted, they contact Taylor office Amsterdam, send for me and received and they call me when it’s ready. I am very happy with the service. Michael and Paul are top guys they know what they are doing and very professional and also easy to talk with. Contact with WhatsApp work perfectly Ard great person. Anytime I need anything, i head on over to Muziekhaus Souman. Their team is always friendly carries on a conversation, or offers a cup of coffee. Repairs are also very affordable! Great place to go for instrumental needs!
