The route is also very beautiful and the children really like the extra information. It is of course also very cool if you wal... People often mention museum,

Beautiful museum that shows the illustrious history of the Horse Artillery Corps, from its founding in 1793 to the present. Part of the furnishings comes from the former ChassΓ© barracks in Breda. The museum has various paintings that show the Yellow Riders - this is their nickname better known to the public - during their actions during the battles in which they were involved. Furthermore, uniforms from different periods of existence can be seen. More recent images are from 1999 (Kosovo) and this century (Afghanistan). In short: the Museum of the Horse Artillery Corps is definitely worth a visit.

A super fun and informative museum. The staff are very cordial and like to have a chat. The children are transformed into soldiers complete with blouse headgear and make-up. The route is also very beautiful and the children really like the extra information. It is of course also very cool if you walk on a real defense train.

Small museum but very enthusiastic staff. Must be combined with the artillery museum. Then you get a good picture of the Dutch Artillery.

We come from Dwingeloo, stand in front of the gate, the museum is closed! Without further ado, back to Dwingeloo! Check the (limited) opening hours carefully in advance! We will be back!

How it was? No idea. At 4 o'clock we were no longer allowed to enter, even though it was supposed to be open until 5 o'clock. Fancy a date, gentlemen?
