    1. This Jack in the Box is rarely open past 9PM. They were closed, yet again, around 9:30PM today. The stated operating hours are NOT correct, this location is NOT open 24 hours. 2. The staff, when they have been working, have been rude on multiple occasions and act like you are inconveniencing or bothering them. 3. While the location appears to be closed at the drive thru, the location clearly has employees on site, except many just seem to be playing on their phones. 4. There have been tons of reviews talking about these random closings. There are also multiple "concerned" comments from management responding to these aforementioned reviews. It is plainly obvious that the store and regional managers do not care to fix this issue as this has remained unaddressed for at least a year. Management, please change your hours to "we'll be open whenever our employees feel like doing their jobs."

    Owner explain to me why in the eff this is still going on at 8-14-23. Are you that bad of a person to work for? What in the Eff is your malfunction? Last two pics were taken on 11-17-23. Owner why are you such a terrible person your employee's hate you?

    Worst drive through experience. Stopped after work because I was tired. Had to wait over 5 minutes before the first car in front of me was acknowledged. The guy at the drive-through wasn't rude when taking my order, though I had the sense that he didn't want me there when he tried rushing me through after I ordered one item. Drove up to the window and there was no greeting, only a repeat of my total and a hand waiting for my payment. My card came back no receipt. Guy walked away, again without a word, and stood by counter on his phone to wait for my order. When it was ready, it was shoved out the window with a glare because I wasn't immediately ready to take it. No words. Made it home, opened up the food, and the pictures show what resulted. The sausage breakfast jack is a higher charge than the ham (2.99 according to receipt I found against a soggy burrito wrapper, 2.79 according to drive through window prices), yet I was given the cheaper item when I paid and asked for the more expensive. My grande sausage burrito? I'm at a loss for words. I decided to go to this Jack in the box because 3 out of 3 times the other one kept giving me the triple meat one instead. Wrapper holding burrito was completely greasy, burrito wasn't even attempted to be folded into something that could be held. The tortilla was soggy, and ripped in many spots. Sausage burrito? Well, there was ONE sausage. It had so long in the warmer that it was hard as a rock! The triple meat I kept getting had more sausage. If it had been during the day when there was manager available, and I hadn't wanted to go straight to bed after a long work day, I would have gone right back and demanded a full refund. Absolutely appalling food, and while I don't expect 5 star hospitality from fast food, I would at least expect some combination of a "hello", "thank you", or "have a good night" at the window

    Dirty, slippery feeling floors, food was cold, slow service. I was there with my sister for lunch. She got to order her food, and I had to wait for the guy to come back and take my order, which probably took about 3-5 minutes. My sister got her order, and we were sitting diem waiting for my order to be called. It seemed like I had been waiting for quite a whole. I got my receipt out to see what time I had placed my order, and it had been 17 minutes. I went up to the counter where there was now a girl up front taking orders. She looked at me like, "What do you want?" I told her I had ordered over 17 minutes ago by the time I came back up. The guy who took my order got it and handed it to me. As I was starting to eat, my fries were very salty and cold, as well as my hamburger. I feel like all they care about is drive-through orders and don't care much if you come inside to eat since it will take more time for them to serve you. I only saw 3 staff members there, so maybe they were short staffed, but still no excuse to wait that long for your order. I think the cooperate office needs to come and fix some things or just remodel. I'm sure there are probably issues throughout the rest of the restaurant as well.

    Update 2/5…. closed at 9pm. For years, this location is randomly closed. No signs, just a chain and a garbage can across the drive thru & front door locked, but lights are on inside and staff is in there. I have tried so many times to give this location more chances because it is the closest to my home. But i’m completely sick of it. Even when it is open, the order is wrong or the fries are ice cold. I could get past the random closure if it was once every few months, but it seems to be EVERY time I try to go there. Tonight it seemed to be closed at 7:00pm. I understand the whole world is short staffed but this is getting ridiculous. PS if you paid your staff more, you would probably keep your employees longer and wouldn’t be so short staffed. Also, if they are going to close randomly, at least turn off the online order option in your app.

    Orders 2 sausage croissants. Receipt shows 2 sausage croissants. In the bag was 2 ham croissants. Not the 1st time I received wrong items here.

    Even though the order took apprx 20 minutes, I felt really bad for the 2 employees working that night. Only 2 employees? How can this business last? I think the issues come from the top...owner. This rating has absolutely nothing to do with the workers. They were very apologetic and respectful about their inability to keep up with the volume of customers. They finally had to put cones down to block the drive thru. I also noticed that the lights outside were not on. I wasn't sure if they were even open. Anyway, the food is good and fresh.

    Avoid this restaurant at all costs of you want your food warm and in a timely manner. Ordered on the app, waited 20 minutes for them to 'take our order' at the speaker. Waited for another 5 minutes only to get cold food. Next time I'll order from the chain burger place and have cheaper warm food to go in less time.

    Worst fast food experience of my life at this location. 35 minutes of my time, repeated my order of 3 #7's multiple times between the intercom and window only for it to still be wrong. Once they brought the food to the parking lot they forgot our drinks, I ended up having to to go inside to correct the wrong order being given to me. I witnessed 3 other incorrect orders and a door dasher cancel their order in this 35 minutes. The resturaunt was not busy and appeared to have adequate staffing.

    This store closes early unless you use GrubHub. I've wasted my time coming here the last three times around 09:00pm. I called the very last time I was there because I seen workers inside. I was told only GrubHub service is available in the late evenings. Whenever I did receive service there were always super long want times around 20 mins in the drive-thru.

    Whoever owns this store needs to hire a new manager. I went there around 1045pm. Only 2 find 1 employee working, basically. This poor lady was basically left alone on her 3rd day and expected to do everything. (There was 1 other person walking around in the back but had been there all day cause they already covered a shift also). With that being said, half the fries had been sitting out for a while, and the chicken sandwich I got was inedible. It was overcooked and hard as a rock from sitting out also. I do not blame the person left on shift alone who was taking orders, cooking, and serving the food. I blame the horrendous manager for not being able to properly MANAGE their place of business.

    Got into line at 7:35 pm on a Wednesday night with probably 4 cars ahead of me. Didn’t pull away with my food (one box of tiny tacos) until 7:53. Completely unacceptable for a “fast food” restaurant. 3 stars, only because the cashier acknowledged the long wait, was courteous and gave me 20% off.

    This was the best drive thru experience I've had at a JIB in a long time! Wow! My wife and I both had special requests on our burgers and they delighted us by marking them and making them nice and fresh! The fries were hot and salty and the experience a complete pleasure.

    I went there on Saturday at night, we were in 2nd place in the line, it took 20 minutes to order. Food took also like 30 minutes to get it. They were very short on workers, drive thru was closed. They only cared about uber/door dash orders. We really want to it there. That's the only reason we waited that long.

    Can’t get a simple order right even when I said it like 5 times. Maybe the girl with the dark hair and glasses could stop staring at her phone while she’s working and pay attention while taking orders and JUST MAYBE orders would come out correctly.

    The food was good as usual, but also, as usual, they forgot some of my food. I always check my bag, but I must have missed it this time because of the long wait time. Longer than usual and I was treated with a show of them arguing with each other about them forgetting some order of tacos.

    Food 10/10 food was very fresh and piping hot Staff 10/10 They were kind and gave my dad free coffee. Well the floor was a bit dirty but i would say this was a yummy experince also the bathroom was a bit clean as well toilets worked normaly i will come back.

    If I could give zero stars and take 5 away on general principle I would. Never open and hours stated should say “whenever we feel like it, because the owner is powerless and is just going to pretend they care when responding to online reviews.” But the one time I do find them open and order a ham croissant it’s literally one paper thin piece of ham that they charged me extra for. All this for the low price of rude employees who call you names when they think they can’t be heard through the window. Save yourself the money and literally go anywhere else.

    So, I pull thru, get told at the drive thru that the have allot of doordash and uber orders, that it is going to be 30+ min. Since when does a customer in person, rate less than orders online. I'm sorry, but if I am present and in person, I feel, I could be filtered through with some relevance. Not told to wait. Bad customer service, not the way to handle customers. Back to the old adage 'a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush'

    I used to come a lot after work and the drive through is closed every single time and they don’t let me order inside. It stays closed for hours and when I ask, they say it’s a “Shift Change”. I’ve tried at 9:30 then again at 10:15 and again at 11:30 and the drive through remains closed so how long does a shift change take? When I wait for the drive through I see tons of cars drive up and leave so idk if they know how much business they’re missing out on. Also I used to order on DoorDash all the time but now every time I do, without fail, it says they got my order and they’re preparing it, and then it just cancels as if they decided not to do it.

    My favorite fast food cheeseburger (ultimate cheeseburger) The number 6 is my go to meal. I advise calling and veryfing that theyre actually open before you make the drive if it's later at night. But if you can catch them when they're open, definitely worth the drive.

    I went to Jack in the box because McDonald's said their ice cream machine was broken. They put French toast sticks back on the menu I love those. I wish they would put funnel cakes back on to. The chicken and tater tots Muncy Meal and the ultimate sausage breakfast sandwich are my favorite.

    This location is the WORST. I have tried to give it a few chances and every time without fail they screw up the order, forget items and you sit for 30 min or more waiting for one order! It's ridiculous. Not to mention, the lobby is always closed, so you can't even go in to let them know they did wrong. You have to sit in the line all over again and wait again. Not a fan. If you want JIB, literally go to ANY other location.

    This was the best meal i have ever had at a jack in the box the fries did not taste like fish the chicken was good to but the chicken was kinda hard to pull but the order was right nothing on my sandwich i would come back again for more great work on our food

    Went to get my food through the drive thru and noticed that an employee who was off duty in pajama pants and a t-shirt- behind the counter making 2 shakes... once he was done, he got into his SUV and left. What an odd and uncomfortable experience that was... not sure why this was allowed at all. Disgusting!
