Rachel is the best. She's personable, funny, and kind, and she somehow knows exactly where to put her hands to relieve tension. She isn't messing around-- she puts on some real pressure and actually works out those nasty knots until they feel better, which is always what I want in a massage.

I love spending time with my pal, Jenifer. She is excellent at everything she does. I just got my second laser hair removal treatment and it is working very well. Gone are those pesky hairs on my chin. I recommend it.

Laser hair removal is a life changer!! I tried everything on my bikini area including shaving, waxing, epilating, etc. and all would leave me with painful razor burn or ingrown hairs. I starter laser hair removal last summer and the results are amazing. I paid $300 each time for the extended bikini/brazilian laser hair removal and had 7 sessions over 8 months. After the first couple of sessions, the results were visible, and by the last couple it was down to small patches of fine hair. I didn't find the laser to be too painful and any pain would be done within a second, and the total session would last probably 10-15 minutes. Jenifer did my services and would always check in during the session to see how I was managing. She was super professional and informative every time. They needed to get a new laser at one point that caused my session to be rescheduled and the minor inconvenience resulted in a discount without me having to ask. This place is very clean and everyone who works here has been great. Now I'm deciding when to start doing laser hair removal on my underarms because I am so happy with the experience and results!

Jenifer is interested in her clients and goes above and beyond. She has been very accommodating of multiple reschedules due to unrelated health and family issues. She communicates clearly and ensures any treatments are within medical recommendations. Jenifer makes you feel personally cared for. You are not just another appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about Derma Medical spa and the staff. First of all, everyone is so down to earth and genuine. I feel truly cared for every time I go. Secondly, I’ve never felt like they have tried to push me to do anything outside of my comfort zone. They’ve always listened to my concerns and have made valuable suggestions (but they don’t overdo it, everything has been modest and reasonable). They are also very honest. There have been instances where I make a comment about my face and what I think might need to be done, and they have been awesome about validating my concerns but also giving their professional recommendation when something might not be needed (aka they don’t try to profit off of your insecurities). I love coming here and have been pleased with my services so far. I feel like if I was ever unhappy, they would take it seriously and help with my concerns. I also have to shout out the customer service team as they are so friendly and helpful and make you feel special/welcomed every time. Y’all are the best!!!! I wish I could give 100 stars.

I just received my third massage from Gretchen at DermaSpa. he is incredible!!! Gretchen is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of body care - nutrition, physical therapy, alignment, you name it! I love Larissa, not only is she the epitome of professional, she is also an incredible injector and knows her business. I appreciate how she audits my file and is well prepared when I arrive. Larissa always keeps me on track with what is due for maintenance. She is a real gem and I can't imagine having anyone else managing my needs. Lindsay was incredible! She pays great attention to detail and symmetry, is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and she’s super super personable. She did an incredible job, she’s my go to!

Service at Derma is Excellent and they have great staff. My only issue with the Spa is their policy when changing appointments. I recently called the spa to ask if I could move my appointment to a later date, this call was 5 hours before my scheduled appointment. The receptionist said “ No problem, I will get that moved for you”. Later that day I received an email from derma and was blindsided with an Email and $100 charge. There was absolutely no mention of this fee while on the phone with the receptionist that processed the reschedule. If the receptionist would’ve let me know he was going to charge me $100, I wouldn’t have changed the appointment. I felt slammed and blindsided by the person that handled the call. I did escalate this to Dermas director of operations and explained the entire interaction and sadly, no resolution could be reached. No accountability was assumed, even though there was no mention of the fee during my call with their team. I still have a very uneasy feeling two weeks after the occurrence and will proceed with caution when interacting with their receptionist team.

Very happy with their services. Injector (Lindsay) was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything beforehand. Business was clean and nicely decorated. Front desk staff was great as well. They already had my Alle account looked-up and asked if I wanted to use my points towards my services. Extremely happy with my visit. I would definitely refer them and look forward to using them again.

I feel every time I go in to get the same injections done the price goes up, not only am I paying more but some of the perks that I was getting close to receiving have been taken away. Everyone is very nice, and the office is beautiful, but every few months going in I'm finding myself paying $50 to $100 more. I know that pricing on everything has gone up but not knowing how much you will be billed until you get to the counter for the same amount of injections you have been doing for years can be frustrating.

This place was great! The front desk receptionist are extremely friendly and the office is inviting. Jessica, my Aesthetic Nurse, was amazing! She was very thorough in her assessment of what was needed, based off of listening intently to my wants. I'm very happy with the result and will be going back soon.

I’ve been seeing Amanda at Derma for Botox for years! She is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does, not to mention an absolute sweetheart. I always look forward to seeing her and our brief catch-ups; she honestly brightens my day. Also, 30 minutes is never enough time! 😂 And of course, I leave feeling less wrinkled! Win, win!
