If you are looking for a great spot to enjoy a late night meal with your family, this is the place to be. We had a hard time finding a suitable restaurant in the downtown area, as most of them seemed too crowded or noisy for our liking. But when we came here, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and the cozy atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and friendly, even when our kids were making a lot of noise. They brought us our food quickly and checked on us regularly. The food was delicious and satisfying, and the portions were generous. The kids had a blast with the kids menu, which had a variety of options and fun activities. They also gave us some complimentary desserts, which were a nice touch. As a bonus, there was a Tesla super charger in the same parking lot, which was very convenient for us as we own a Tesla. We were able to charge our car while we enjoyed our meal, and save some time and money. We had a wonderful experience here, and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a family-friendly and quality restaurant.

I was brought the wrong burger. When I pointed it out they took my burger back and added onion straws to the wrong burger and brought it back instead of making what I ordered. After I pointed out it was the wrong burger they denied making the wrong burger. I had the exact same burger at another location less than a week ago and it was wonderful. Sad this location has such poor service. I will not be back. The first burger is what I got from the location near the mall, the second burger is what I received today. Go to the Applebee's near the mall.

Chicken was flavorful & TENDER. Ribs were delicious, too, and they made good fries & the potatoes were creamy. Also, the wonton taco appetizer is bombalicious. Very busy tonight but managed to snag a couple of seats together at the bar.

I had a delicious steak dinner and soft drink with my wife. This location has been a hit with us for years. I noticed some new staff and their courtesy and care of the customer is exceptional. Smiles and quick seating and food served quickly. We get what we order and I like that in a restaurant. We will continue to return frequently . Great place for dinner date, family get together or a hang out at the bar seating. Give this one a try, you will like it.

Applebee’s is pretty consistent with decent service and good food. The menu is decent and the burgers are pretty good. The drink menu is good as well and prices are not bad. We had JP as our server and he was friendly, quick and thorough! I will certainly go back soon.

The food was fine as usual. The waitress forgot our silverware and when we asked for some it took awhile before they brought them. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't.

Terrible terrible restaurant. The shorted our smoothies, they shorted our beer cheese and our alfredo, the cheese curds were cold. They didn't wrap my wrap and only included one chicken tender on the whole thing. There's not one thing I could say was good. Never again.

We ordered online tonight. I ordered the blackened salmon but when we got home, there was a steak inside! Couple things, not only was I able to come back and get a whole new order, they gave it to me without feeling bad! Wendy (manager) came out to my car & greeted me with such kindness. Every time we go there, the whole staff has always gone above & beyond. Great food with fast service & clean tables. On a side note, the steak was also made well. As a pescatarian, I’m impressed. Thanks guys!

BE AWARE if you share a drink with another legal adult at your table you'll get your drink taken!! Went to this applebees to get food and drinks and relax... first off, the shark bowls are HUGE, absolutely delious, but huge. Everyone who got alcohol showed ID, and due to the large nature of the drink, 2 people shared one (both over 21).. our waitress then informed us if we didn't stop sharing, our drink would be taken and we would be asked to leave. Personally, since we were paying for the beverage, and everyone at the table showed valid identification, i find this is incredibly ridiculous. Not to mention our waitress was really unkind and snarky. Bad visit.

Honestly you guys need to know about this place before you go. I've been coming here for well over 5 years and over the last year or so, their service has gone into the sewer. The food isn't bad. But they should be adding to the menu and keeping things new and fresh. But they don't. Absolutely horrible service. We've gone in and waited 15 minutes to get offered drinks. And it wasn't even close to being busy. It's been longer than that even. The Lacey location is better. But this location needs to get it together and learn that service is the most important thing in the job. It's literally a service job.

we felt rushed to order, food was good.. place was clean, this store has a lot better food and service then the one at the Capital mall...

We went for the all you can eat shrimp and ribs special. We went at about 2:30 on a Thursday so it wasn't very crowded. Our waitress was very nice constantly checking to see if we wanted more shrimp and ribs.

Went there today. Ordered some mozzarella sticks and fish and chips, and it all came out in a timely manner and was lovely. My waitress was also most kind and polite, checked on my drinks so I was refilled as well. Good folk and good food, can't ask for much else.

One of my favorite places to go with my family, they have never made me feel awkward for having my toddler or him as a baby. I recommend this location. Food is always good they even got the babies food out first so he could start eating right away.

AMAZING service!!! We took our 1 year old son there for a dessert for his birthday and they initially said they didn't sing but would accommodate us. The WHOLE staff came out to sing and our son loved it. Thank you so much for making his day special. Highly recommend!

Last night my kids and I went to apple bees for dinner . We were getting ready to be taken to the table when the gal at the front told us “ we don’t give the children utensils unless you specifically ask for them ..” so initially she only grabbed utensils for me .. when I told her that’s never been a thing before , she aggressively grabbed two more sets ( for a family of four) and said , “fine I’ll just take whatever I have left up here ..” she then went to take us to a table initially , we got there, she said “ never mind it’s not been cleaned off yet, let’s go the other way” so we turned and followed her the other way .. where she took us to yet another dirty table . She called for the table to be cleared, while we awkwardly stood in the aisle waiting .. they cleaned the table .. HOWEVER! Left all the food the food under the table from the previous diners .. “ we will come back and clean it , just sit here “ k.. well.. they never came back . Now, on to the food we placed our order and waited about 30 mins for the food. As we where waiting , one of the waiters brought plates to our table that I clearly knew I didn’t Order , I politely told him it wasn’t what we ordered, and then told him what we DID order . He was very rude , rolled his eyes and continued to tell me it was for this exact table . The table next to us happens to look over and goes , actually that’s our food . The waiter turned to them and placed their food , not even extending an apology for his rude behavior or attitude Now our food .. my favorite thing to Order there is the chicken Alfredo with broccoli.. ordered as usual.. it came and immediately I was disappointed just from the presentation.. I went to take a bite , all the noodles where one giant clump dumped on the middle of the plate , all stuck together. Tried a bite , and the noodles were EXTREMELY MUSHY! My kids wouldn’t even eat them .. mushy , clumped together noodles , with ALMOST NO SAUCE. I ended up only eating the broccoli and the chicken and leaving the noodles piled on the plate . Needless to say, we have WAY better experiences at the Applebees by the mall, both with food quality , cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff . Will not be going back to Applebees off sleeter Kinney way anymore .

The food is basic heat and serve and not the reason we go to Applebee's. We go for the margaritas and to chat. The hostess was very nice. We sat in the bar area. The service is usually good but we got the server who didn't smile. Didnt say much at all. I got the feeling she was having a bad day so benefit of the doubt. It was late lunch so no crowd. Boneless wings were dry and Asian chili sauce was too hot even for me. It is at the point were staff just doesn't seem to care at all. I have done food service for years so I am not someone who doesn't understand what goes on in a restaurant. I should know better than to come in at 3.

Just received delivery my daughter ordered because she wanted to do something nice for her mom. Simple hot wings and fries. Fries were ice cold, no ketchup anywhere. Wings lukewarm with 2 sauces, taste still to be identified! Overall, nasty!

Our server Sandy was AMAZING. She anticipated my wife needing more tea and brought it over. She checked in with our table a satisfactory amount that wasn't too much but also wasn't too little. The food is good but the good service made it taste even better. She was polite and even made sure we were aware when a substitution was going to cost more and exactly (or close to it) how much it would cost. Very polite staff here and good atmosphere. 10/10 would come back to this restaurant when in town.

Fairly easy to order online, pickup, and eat at home. But an order was missing. I called, they offered to double the order and upon arriving back to Applebee's the manager handed me two free appetizer coupons. Win win for a minor mistake. We shall be back!

We sat at the bar, very dark but the bartender was great. Very friendly bar atmosphere. She took our order, my wife tried a strawberry and banana smoothie while we waited. Food took less than 30 to arrive. We used our $50 gift card added a few extra dollars for a tip and left.

This is our go-to place to eat. You can't beat the happy hour and we're rarely disappointed with our service there. Bought 2 bourbon steak dinners medium rare. Both were over cooked and a bit tough ambut the flavor was there. Very delicious. Not disappointed.

Great service, the managers always make sure the food is to our liking! Thanks Wendy for fixing our order, we ate all human. The best part was how kind you were to remake something. Food is served hot, and drinks are nice and cold! Always happy servers. And I can appreciate that, it's very hard to wait on people that love to complain.

We went on an evening that wasn't too busy. No long wait or anything. As I walked in to meet family members a gentleman walking out with a baby said "good luck, hope you have better service than we did" then proceeded to tell me "we waited over 1.5 hours for our food and everyones fries were cold except the baby (around 1 years old) and his fries were too hot. Service was slow, and they were not even busy. " I stayed because my family members were already seated and ordered drinks and appetizers. The service was slow. Waitress stopped by and noted everyone needed refills and then must have forgotten about them. When we did get our food, fries were in fact cold, burger was pink to where it was pretty much undercooked (asked for no pink) and refills on water was almost non existence (only got one refill of water). I asked a waitress, walking by for an extra plate of fries for my younger brother, and she said she would let our waitress know, but that never happened. By the time our waitress finally came by, I asked her, and she said she would check with the kitchen. About 15 minutes later or more, she finally brought the fries out. Across from us, we noticed a family also very unhappy. When the manager walked by the gentleman stopped him and asked nicely "can we please just get boxes and a check we've been waiting a long time and honestly just wanna get outta here" the manager apologized and brought them what they asked for and gave them a discount, which was great. However, I mentioned to our Waitress that the burger was pink, and she noted it and said, "Oh yeah, it looks under done. I'll let the kitchen know," and nothing came about it. The burger was cut in half, so more than half that burger got wasted, and we just paid and left. It was too expensive for the slow service and bad food. Left a little note about the cold fries, empty ketchup, and pink burger with a ☹️ face. Won't be going back for a long time!

Matt (Bartender) was awesome and the presentation of my Bourbon street steak (minus onions, as I requested) was phenomenal. Keep up the great work!

I will NEVER return to this Applebee's. I've had inconsistent service here over the past several years, but my most recent visit picking up two burgers, boneless wings, and a salad was totally unacceptable. First the wrong bag was brought out to our car. The server said MY name but the name on the bag wasn't mine. I was told they would bring out the correct bag, and 15 minutes later they brought out my bag but it was missing half our order. I have now been waiting 40 minutes past my pickup time. We finally received a bag with two burgers, boneless "wings," and a salad only to discover later it wasn't the salad that we'd ordered, the customized requests on the burgers hadn't been followed, and the "wings" were basically bad chicken nuggets. My previous visit was dine-in and I wasn't entirely happy with the food quality then either so I am done here.

I am very upset yo look at my burger I got to go, what is this!.....literally got no sauce this is just great thank you, seriously whoever made my sandwich....like dude fr I had a really bad day and this is like the cherry on top thank you so much

Took forever to get our food. Waitress just disappeared for over 30 minutes. 3 tables served at the same time, even though we were there a good 45 minutes before them. Crazy. Was not happy

The worse Applebee's I have ever been to, by far. I will never come back. I'm sure the HEAVILY local (regulars?) clientele can more than help the owners of this Applebee's cover the monthly rent. (Btw, I didn't take your land). My South American brethren also suffered under the violent , conquering Europeans. (I don't need to say more). If you don't know what I'm referring to, then you have bigger problems. GOOD LUCK 👍 🤞 with your restaurant....you might need it.

It's an Applebee's, so the food is obviously not going to be stellar, but this place does it right! We keep coming back for the Chicken Wonton Tacos, certainly worth a try. Service has always been excellent. Quite honestly this place has become a great lazy date night location!

Okay I think after multiple visits we have finally learned our lesson about this location. We will admit that there's pretty good food and there are some good strong items on the menu. But be aware that there is no such thing as curbside pickup at this location. Most of the employees don't pay any attention to who's in pickup. You can confirm on the app and even call them on the phone and you won't get service. Secondly their items when you order online that are not available at this location like for example baked potatoes. They blame the Applebee's website for the problem. We have spoken to the manager multiple times but have been promised a gift card but never received it. Overall just really bad management and employees who just don't care if your order is right or not. There are many good Applebee's around just not this one
