After walking around the Capital and Capital Lake, five miles worth, I was looking forward to a meal at The Spar. Unfortunately, no one greeted me, even to say the hostess would be with me shortly. The two people at the bar were preoccupied trying to figure out which bar patron had ordered what. I went two doors east and had a wonderful sandwich at Schwartz’s Bistro. Got to sit outside and enjoy some more sunshine. Highly recommend them! The wheat sourdough was delicious!

Nice little corner bakery coffee shop with a laid-back atmosphere and really really nice staff. I grabbed the bag of day-old bagels there was like seven for three dollars which was really good deal, and they still taste fresh and got a large cup of drip coffee which is really good to. Have to give props to the staff that were here today because I shared my grief of my father passing away two days ago and they were very compassionate, listened to and it was healing for me to share and have somebody listen and respond the way they did so I send a big thank you to them!

The first time I came, I wanted coffee to help curb a migraine. I called ahead, and I was able to get a coffee to go 15 minutes before close. Today, I got coffee and settled in to work. I noticed your barista helping a visually impaired lady sit down to enjoy her coffee. I commend you on having a great local business with a wonderful staff! I highly recommend this location to people for lunch, coffee, chatting, and friendly service.

Weird customer service. I asked for a salmon bagel and with cream cheese with chives. The counter person handed me a bagel with cream cheese. When I reminded them of the salmon, they offered to sell me a second bagel. Bagel, it's probably a downgrade from frozen bagels available from grocery stores. I went to school in New York. I was hopeful for a good bagel in Olympia. Bagel, I expected hit or miss. The weird service, I didn't expect.

I've been here a twice now for a bagel and I love it. Super quiet spot off the main strip in downtown Olympia and they have some pretty good pastries too. They have Kombucha in a fridge against the back wall as well if you're into it, which I am.

Looking for a bagel & lox with a good cup of coffee? In Olympia, this is the spot. No, the bagel is not going to transport you to NYC but they are good in their own way. The options of toppings are numerous covering the sweet to savory. The coffee is true to the PNW, delicious. The staff are nice, the atmosphere very casual, the prices a value. For those who need to get some work done, the WiFi is excellent, lots of tables and several outlets.

Quirky downtown bakery and coffee shop with excellent bagels, quiche, cookies and much more. If you are familiar with San Francisco Street Bakery, then you'll know them (same owner).

I've overheard great things about the owner as a person in general. So, that is a plus to be in support of a business for. * They have good prices and I love their berry cream cheese pastries. I get more excited when I see them on the day old rack. It feels like a very comfortable environment to socialize with a friend or partner in. (Not loud and Noisy) * Again, The employees seem to appreciate their boss as a person. So, that makes me feel good about revisiting again and again to support a small business. Don't let the short menu fool you; they've got some of the best bagels I've ever had. Great coffee, as well, but the lox deluxe really is a serious highlight of my week. Friendly service, great atmosphere, good location, though finding nearby parking on a busy weekend can sometimes be a bit of a challenge

Semi-busy Saturday afternoon and we stepped in to a packed Schwartz’s. Very chill atmosphere, not too many tables, all full, and several with the now common single person taking a table with a laptop and papers spread out. Oh, well, we took our sandwiches outside and enjoyed the people watching. Tasty lunch and the pickle! So good, so good. Almost forgot! Peek in the back and check out the almost hidden bookcase full of books! How many delis have one of those?

The bagels are really delicious! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside — not too dense so it doesn’t fill you up before you finish it. My favorite part is the different flavors of cream cheese! Yummy

Warm and friendly. Bagel with hummus was delicious. Coffee was good, and a free refill. Super close to the transit, so it's a good choice for the coffee after the bus ride

A great study spot, or reading location! San Fran Street bagels are great. Not my favorite chai, honestly, but they have a good London fog.
