Cafe Coffee shop

👍👍 I can not say enough good things about the prettiest coffee stand I have ever seen in my life! Don't worry guys, it isn't so foo foo you won't pop in! We had the honor of coming on opening day morning and meeting the owner Andrea and her lovely staff. They have drive thru access, also walk up count... We had the honor of coming on opening day morning and meeting the owner Andrea and her lovely staff. They have drive thru access, also walk up counter and inside seating as well. Bring your pooch, super dog friendly! My husband got a breakfast sandwich, our son got a dairy free hot chocolate and I got a glorious sugar free latte. I want all the mugs and goodies inside, so perfectly decorated. I even took bathroom photos, because why not? Come pop in, welcome them to the neighborhood. I can see this being a regular spot for us especially in warm spring weather to sit outside and enjoy a delicious drink and/or snack. Welcome to the Briggs Community, I for one have been waiting for you!

Usually come here once or twice a weekend, as it’s walking distance and the coffee is great. Super friendly and fast service, great coffee, and convenient location. Wins all around.

This coffee shop/drive-thru is by far one of the best places I’ve ever been too. Coffee is so good and yummy. The food is just like any coffee stand food. Their smoothies are super yummy too! Service has always been really nice as well! Girls are sweet and kind! Met the owner one time and she’s so kind and sweet! I’m not from the area but I love to stop by and get a coffee when I’m in the area!

All of their locations that I've been to have been amazing! I love the energy and kindness that the ladies show here. I have met many different staff on my visits and I have only had great experiences. Hailey was super warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel like I wanted to come back again. Their drinks are amazing and they have more flavors than some of the other places I have gone too.

Went Saturday morning 9/3. She struggled a bit with our 2 drink order. Both drinks were lacking in flavor. Not as sweet as we are used too. We didn't say anything because we felt bad for her. They are usually much better.

I have loved this place for my early morning coffee stop 🩷 I love the coffee and their style and they never burn my oatmilk! The only thing is, recently the sleepy 5⭐️ barista has been replaced by a peppy upselling window girl. Im sorry, I chose this stand and not Dutch bros. If she doesnt stop asking how my day is going at 7am, I probably won't be stopping here at 7am. Bring back the sleepy girl! She got me... 😩

Good coffee mostly every time. But had my drink turn to the consistency of yogurt. I have never had this happen. After bringing to the attention of the employee the next day, I still paid over $7 for my drink instead of making it right. Disappointing.

Very disappointed in their hot drinks, not even sure they steam the milk. barely luke warm?? the cold beverages i've had here have been outstanding, (lotus, iced coffee etc) so it's unfortunate that the hot coffee beverages are gross. I've had two different baristas and both hot drinks were not good. Steaming milk is a big part of a hot espresso drink, so either their machine needs maintenance or their steaming process needs adjusting.

The barista was awesome, so five stars service alone, but their coffee is also super good. I recommend the Southern Storm in latte form. :) Their burritos are made by a local Mexican place, and I'm not sure where their cinnamon rolls are from, but those were a hit, too.

We aren't big on "fancy" coffee, but we drop into these places from time to time. The service was excellent. The drink was well-made and tasty, not burnt, nor overly sweetened. The price is why we don't visit these places, favoring our own drip coffee in a thermos for the sake of our budget. I can't fault them for prices as they're a local operation, but I think they're still on par with the Starbucks just down the road. The coffee was better on visit#1 than any I have had at Starbucks over the years. I would definitely go back here for coffee when in the Yelm Hwy area.

The weekend batista is sloooooooow. Prepare to wait 15+ minutes to get your coffee if there is one car ahead of you, and I have waited 20 minutes more than once.

Honestly this is my new favorite coffee places! Both my mom and I are kinda coffee snobs and found this place absolutely delicious! Not to mention the barista was super sweet! Will 100% be going back!

Lovely baristas made my drink super fast and were very friendly! I found out they are under a new owner since December who is trying to make improvements. Happy to support a local shop with fair prices!

I went to Evergreen Valley Espresso for the first time this past Tuesday and let me tell you I was very very impressed from the moment I pulled up the staff treated me with such kindness! I got the Tropical Kiss drink and it was soooo soooo soooo GOOD! I say it's better than the Passion Fruit Guava Drink at Starbucks! But that's my opinion! It was summer in a cup and I loved it!!!

This is my "go-to" local coffee shop since moving to the area in August, and I have not been disappointed. Coffee is great, food is great (breakfast burritos). My only complaint is that the service tends to be slow, but it seems as though they might be chronically understaffed, they always seem busy.

The prices are too high for an Olympia stand in my opinion. I went to a coffee stand in Puyallup & ordered the same thing I use to get at the Briggs location. At the stand in Puyallup, my drink was $1.50 cheaper & they use better quality white coffee than this stand does. The owner does not care to accommodate their regulars & charges them for an extra they would like in their drink that is not even the full amount of what they charge for an extra. Going for the very first time ever to two different coffee stands, I was not charged for what I want as an extra because it’s barely anything. Once again, never had been to these stands before. But I was a regular at this stand & was charged. I spoke with the owner about this situation & the way he answered was pretty much not customer service based, it was more like, “I don’t care that you are a regular, I just want money”. What I want extra, definitely would not even be noticed as being gone to where I should be charged. Also, it’s a veteran owned stand. If you ever go there or if you are currently a customer, you should ask if any of the profits are donated to help support his fellow veterans that are in need. Most likely…. NO!!

I just got a membership at the YMCA next store and when I stopped in one night after going I didn't know what I wanted so I asked the barista if she could surprise me with something chocolatey, she made the bestest iced coffee ever I never wanted to finish that cup, she was so sweet and talked so nicely to my kiddos. I love how it's right there for when I need it!!
