    This is a particularly nice Starbucks. The coffee was nice and fresh. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The place was busy with lots of people but the way it was laid out it did not feel crowded

    Absolutely LOVELY PEOPLE at this location! From management to the folks at the counter, Everyone is kind! I love the coffee and I can charge my phone! Iñ/outdoor seating, plugs everywhere and a bathroom when you have too much coffee!

    Normally don't have much to say about franchises like Starbucks or McDonalds, but I was pretty irritated when the staff at this location got the size of my drink wrong and then proceeded to openly, in front of me to hear, make fun of me for requesting that my drink have extra whole milk in it. Only to get the correct size, that still didn't have as much whole milk as I wanted. Pretty frustrating. I'd suggest a different Starbucks location, like the one that is 2 minutes away across the bridge, unless you are in a time crunch.

    Staff: Outstanding & Tentative Bevies: Delicious & Quickly Assembled Atmosphere: 4/5 because the staff keeps up but sometimes there are patrons that should be thanked for their visiting, then encouraged to head out. Some of the patrons take advantage of whichever "you can stay all day" rule Starbucks has happening for their customers. It's not helping the staff and you can see it on some of their faces. It's not the staff's fault, they unfortunately need to navigate it as if they worked outreach. My two cents isn't worth anyone's breath, so keep your change. Tip your baristas just as you do your bartenders because they are working to keep this place clean and in order.

    Extremely friendly service, always consistently get our drinks correct (the beauty of Starbucks is supposed to be the consistency regardless of the location and this location nails it!). A bit of a tough place for them to be located but they’ve done well trying to navigate the challenges.

    We didn't get food but in this scenario I'll rate the coffee as the food. That being said, this little Starbucks has never disappointed. My wife and I came in to grab a couple coffees and the service was excellent. The woman who took our orders was sweet and totally chill and our barista made our drinks flawlessly. She made them with love, and for those that call bull, I mean my wife asked for extra whipped cream and this girl knew she meant load up the cup with whipped cream. The whipped cream literally stood on top of her coffee like a soft serve ice cream. Our drinks were delicious and the atmosphere I appreciate is usually always very chill and relaxing. Absolutely love this little place.

    The card machine was down and they had one tiny sign on the intercom that said it was cash only. they absolutely should have put a sign up somewhere else at the START of the long drive thru line.

    Check your drink! I ordered a Latte (one pump mocha) today at the drive-through and got a hot chocolate (made from powder). I suspect deliberate deception here.

    Slight issue with the restrooms, but that wasn't the employees fault and they were prompt in addressing the issue when I brought it to their attention. I was on a road trip with my niece. Facility was clean, service was prompt, and employees were attentive. Will stop here again when in the area.

    Sassy blonde headed barista handed me a trenta sized drink with the lid not fully attached then rolled his eyes when it almost slipped. I’m sorry barista, next time I’ll remind you to seal the cup before handing it over. Also, I think we have different definitions of “light cream”… I guess I’ll go be slightly less disappointed at the Starbucks across the highway.

    My pink drink was curdled looking. I've never gotten one that looked that way. My breakfast sandwich was thrown together with half of it on the left of the bag and half of it on the right and partially overlapping looking like a freaking venn diagram. And the barista literally wiped the counter off with the same napkin that he handed to me with my food! 🤢

    I always get to tell the staff, "Thank you for your hard work!" It's because it's true. They nail my drink every time, and I always have substitutions. I am a hard core fan.

    How shocked I was to ask my husband to go to get me a coffee and when he went he had his breakfast in his hand when he went to go put it in his back pack the employee comes and looks over and say making sure your not taking anything. Thank you for assuming he was homeless. This is not the first time I’ve seen this staff act this way towards customers. I understand we are in a highly homeless area but I am the manager of a restaurant near by and I know you can never judge them unless they don’t buy and don’t pay. So thank you for making my coffee and accusing my husband of theft. Stereotyping is ruining how people act at this location.

    This location was very disappointing. There were about 12 baristas supposedly working but not doing anything but stocking cups and filling up syrups instead of helping paying customers. The drive thru was working great but I walked in to order. After waiting for someone to take my order I had to wait and wait for my order. They handed it to me and I took it outside and found it was someone else's order. I waited at least 30 minutes. Long enough for my husband to order Arby's and eat it. Your quiet quitting is not working for you. You just lost a paying customer and I will tell my friends not to ever go here.

    I rarely go to Starbucks, but someone gave me a gift card. I got the pumpkin spice frappuchino. It tasted like dish soap so I asked them to make it again. Still tasted like soap, so I guess that's just what it is: a pricey, watery, bad milkshake. The people working were really nice, though. Can't say I'd try anything else except maybe the coffee.

    Not sure how an order for a basic vanilla latte gets mistaken for a shaken espresso, but it did. It took a bit longer than I would have liked to get one of several employee's attention to get it fixed, and it was fixed in a timely manner. What I ordered was actually good.

    I really like the location, but the wifi is so slow that I cannot do my homework. The wifi speed is 0.32 mbps download speed, and my videos are constantly buffering. So annoying.

    Coffee was good, they made it quickly, and staff was friendly. They were doing a lot of cleaning things that were loud, a couple of times I winced from the sudden noise. I am sensitive, but I know I'm not the only sound sensitive person who goes to coffee shops. Was overall very pleasant regardless. (:

    In the drive thru, staff thought it was a joke to tell me Starbucks card machines were down nationwide, obviously a lie as I went a block down the road and got my drink. Since most people rarely carry cash, I had to wait in line to leave. A long time customer will never return to that store.

    This location hasnt been that great lately. There was really friendly staff before. I had a really bad drink last time and today my sandwhich was mangaled. The top half looked like it was 5 broken chunks pieced back together in the press. Depressing moment when part of my sandwich hit the floor.

    My drink was made wrong. I was at the drive-thru window, and I let the cashier taking my payment know that the milk substitute was incorrect, but with an attitude, said you didn’t say that when you ordered your drink, and I have to charge you again. She took back the drink, charged me another 7 dollars and some cents and still managed to mess up the order. I mean, nvm about paying again, but please be respectful, especially the drive-thru staff.
