Alex, the sales representative that worked with me was fantastic. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome in the store. I'll definitely go back and, hopefully, I'll be lucky enough to work with Alex again!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! The manager, Trevonti, is disrespectful, rude, and downright unprofessional; he is an embarrassment to the Sunglass Hut brand. He completely lacks all customer service skills necessary to run (or even work at) a retail location. His problem solving skills are non-existent and chooses to belittle customers while they figure out how to return or repair recently purchased sunglasses. During my interaction with Trevonti, he spoke over me numerous times while we discussed return/repair options and at one point, even shrieked "YOU NEED TO GET THIS THROUGH YOUR BRAIN". Trevonti continued attempting to mock me throughout the interaction as I asked questions about the protection plan. At one point I asked him to lower his voice after he shouted "I AM THE MANAGER AT THIS SUNGLASS HUT AND YOU WILL NOT TELL ME HOW TO SPEAK". My previous experience purchasing glasses at the Sunglass Hut location in Phoenix was incredibly positive, and during the interaction with Trevonti, I called the other location and they instructed me to leave the store after hearing Trevonti in the background; they were appalled. I feel sorry for any employees that are being trained by this so-called "manager", I feel sorry for how the company is being represented, and I feel sorry for customers who need to interact with Trevonti because it seems this isn't the first review of his behavior.

After the old manager got fired the store has taken a good turn! It kinda sucks that they’re not open more often, but it’s understandable since they’re going through management changes

I received exceptional customer service at the Sunglass Hut at Westroads Mall. The salesperson/manager was very helpful and honest in helping me find the right size/shape frame to fit my face and I would highly recommend buying your next sunglasses there!

DO NOT waste your time going in this store! Wow! The people that work in this store are clueless. I'll be honest, they're no worse than any other store! No one working retail anymore has any game! Buy your sunglasses online at Ray Ban dot com. If you are a baby boomer like me, no one meets expectations anymore!

For give me for not catching the managers name, I thought it would be on his card but such a great guy and remembered me from a year ago. He really helped my wife and I on separate occasions and very personable. Helpful to evey customer and knowledgeable.
