This is the hospital you want to take your children to. Place is designed with children in mind. From the child-friendly reception, with its mural or cartoon characters, to the play area with a trampoline and slides, you know your child will be comfortable while being cared for. The doctors are qualified with specialist pediatricians available 24 hours. The laboratory is equipped, the nurses are well trained, all staff a courteous and helpful. I know a hospital visit is usually fraught with worry and tension. It's not fun having to bring a sick child to the hospital, but I'd rather have my son here where he feels more comfortable, and I have the comfort of knowing that he has specialised care around the clock.

A children's hospital with a difference in terms of service patients treatment. Well designed interiors, well furnished and colourful spaces and state of the art wards. Waiting areas and Play areas are provided for children. Ample space for car park is also provided. Service covers children from age 0 to 16. Delieveries are not carried out here

Generally good service. The hospital is fairly well equipped, always clean and staff are courteous. There are always Pediatricians on duty and there is 24/7 power. Can be quite expensive though there are options to get services with certain types of Medical Insurance. Overall, a recommended place for medical care for Children.

The hospital is a SCAM. HORRIBLE scam. Horrible experience. The clinic fleeces unknowing and unsuspecting parents. My son was there recently for about 3 days and billed about N50,000 for antibiotics alone. Total bill was over 300,000. Outrageous when you begin to look at the details of the bill. Find somewhere else. Somewhere else you really know.

The service is very slow, and some of the staff are mostly non-challant. They are really disorganized. This clinic is over-rated, take it from me or pay a visit to see for yourselves.

Used this hospital when they were located inside the St Catherine's hospital. Their services are ok. The doctors are professional and quite good with kids. They however always admit children even for what is perceived as minor and they are not cheap. They do always insist on a follow up visit after they discharge the children which may mean that they are thorough.

It's a very good hospital for kids especially when you compare them with other options you have. There's usually some delay on their busy days, especially when you have to wait for lab results and stuff but I'll generally give them more than pass mark.

My sister uses this hospital and not only are their services poor, but the have no regards for human life, this hospital refused to admit twin babies that were born premature and fighting for their lives just because of 400k even after their father had begged to give them 150k initial payment, they spent 4hours there begging and even the owner of the hospital refused outrightly, how can this be a children hospital when they have no care whatsoever for children lives all the see is money not patients...its really heart breaking..

This is the best of its kind when it comes to children's Healthcare in Nigeria ( not an exergeration). My experience with them really shifted my paradigmn into the knowledge that Nigeria has one of the best medical personnels in the world. Our only curse is our ever disappointing government. My children were (a set of twins) born at 25 weeks in Upth with some levels of significant infections. I must confess that the medical personnels at upth were also wonderful far beyond my expectations but they lack essential medical amenities which proves my aforementioned points about our government. Upon my arrival to Tehila, the warmth welcome we received right from the gate man to the receptionist rekindled my hope. The doctors immediately swung into action while I continued with documentation. The next day, I was told that some traces of blood was gushing out from my son's back and they immediately subjected it to a test. Within one month, my 25weeks old children that were weighing about 0.7 kg when they came were filled with life and vitality. As I speak, those 25 weeks babies are now one year and three months without any form of deformity. My conscience will never let me rest if I don't share this testimony. Folks, in my kindid experience, Tehila is better than the best. Though pretty expensive, but remember it's privately owned and thus have no support from any source except from their patients.

The doctor that attended to my son today didn't show professionalism like other doctors. Pls the doctor should be patient in attending to children.

Don't take your premature babies here, They will die. I'm very serious. They only care about the money. We paid a sum of N600,000 despite that you can only see your child through a glass in the NICU, The nurses and doctors are desperately clueless, while my premature baby was in the NICU, my husband had to repeatedly tell the nurse that the baby monitor wasn't on, only one baby flannel was used throughout for 10 day without washing. Tehilah killed my child, her skin was riddled with needle marks. The hospital called us at 11pm to come to the hospital for my child that died due to their negligence during the day. The doctor on duty couldn't explain what happened, he kept stuttering and to to top off the pain, the nurse in the NICU even had the guts to offer us a carton to put the baby's body in.

Welcoming staff, clean environment, but they should discuss with other property owners near them and fix the main access road

Came in with my child at 8:30am , saw a doctor and waited to do some tests, results are out and it’s 11:35 I have not seen a doctor. It has been a recurring and bad habit in this hospital. Do parents have to spend their whole day just to get healthcare. Even when I went for vitals, the nurses on duty were chitchatting until I called their attention. It’s appalling and disheartening to say the least. We can’t pay for services and beg to receive the services. Staff should know that patients are the reason why they come to work. Rain your staff properly please

Beautiful, clean but terrible services and time wasters. The hospital organisation is a mess, you complain each time you go there because the waiting time is too long. I got to the hospital by 6.51am, was sent for vitals 10 mins after, got to the desk for vitals and there was no nurse on sit to attend to me for about 15mins. I saw the doctor after a very long wait, was sent to the lab by 8am, waited more than an hour for review, complained and finally went to see a completely different from the doctor who attended to us at first who was just acting lost in the system. The doctor did the review for more than 20 mins and I waited some more to pick my medication up. Spent about 4 hours at the hospital😩

For exceptional care and compassion for children, Tehila Children Hospital is the best. The dedicated staff, child-friendly environment, and expertise of the medical team truly made a challenging time more manageable. I’m impressed with their commitment to children's well-being.

One of the best hospitals I have ever been to in Port-Harcourt, the environment is clean and serene, the staff's hospitality and empathy is second to none, their services are excellent and I love how the doctors pay attention to details when consulting. Definitely a place to experience πŸ’―

The waiting time in this hospital is very long, the coordination from the front desk is not efficient especially during the day. I was there this afternoon and spent more than 1hr 20minutes without seeing any doctor for my daughter . I have to tell the fair lady receptionist that I have to go as I have other engagements ,she didnot care at all as shown in her expression as I was going out. I wasted my time there I saw your response,am suprised at your defence. I gave that review for improvement. Am the one that brought my daughter and not my wife. I signed into your register 1.18pm and not the time you quoted and left 2.37pm as I have meeting to login online at 3pm. The receptionist never attended to us as she looks confused with other issue she was pushing. I have made such complain in the past about long waiting time to one lady that looks like supervisor or so. Your hospital can do better as per front desk officer's attention considering the best in class facility you have over there.
