The food ordered took ages to be delivered and that too never matched the menu. They will play loud music to 11pm and as a guest, who has come to take rest in a hotel during his tiring visit, wouldn't be allowed to sleep till they stop. I literally pleaded with folded hands to bring down the volume so that i could rest and sleep after a long day, but nothing helped. I felt helpless and was subjected to this torture and humiliation by this hotel. I literally wished I hadn't chosen this hotel ever. Everything that I have shared is my personal experience.

The service is poor. Staff lack manners to females even though I paid for my room. The breakfast buffet can or should improve 🤔. Please talk to your staff on Manners. Won't be coming back sha

I stayed there for a weekend and the rooms are nice but I suggest you checkout the restrooms before lodging. Each rooms other has a different setting, check out the rooms to find the best for you.

Spring Hill is what it says it is - Spring! It’s refreshing, warm and welcoming ambience is guaranteed to make you return here every time you are in Asaba. From the reception to the rooms, everything is cosy. It does help that it is still quite new, so everything is in spanking shape. The rooms are cozy and warm. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Complimentary breakfast is offered and it is good. The only downside is the loud music in the nights from the bar. If this can be looked into, then this will definitely be the go to hotel in Asaba. It is also located in Asaba’s GRA, so most places in the city are easily accessible from Spring Hill. It is also 10mins to the airport. Loved it here and I will definitely be back, anytime I am in Asaba.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service. The staff are very welcoming with smiling faces and good relationship with customers. The manager is also friendly. Good and secured location. Room is very neat and spacious, 24hours power supply. Nice breakfast as well. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back if opportunities come. First Stay- Spring Hill Hotel & Suites is a nice place. Classy with nice interior. Polite and courteous receptionist. I had their wonderful goat meat pepper soup with yam. It was so nice, I almost requested for another plate. Would recommend they work on their room service, it’s a little too slow, maybe they were shortstaffed that day or fully booked but they need to work on it to avoid service failure. Second Stay - Room service was delivered on time. Yeah, you would noticed the rating reduced. I’m totally dissatisfied with the rules at the restaurant, this is 2022 and they expect you to dress up for a meal, I wore a free shorts and a free polo to have breakfast and was told I can’t have my meal cos I wasn’t properly dressed, it reminded me of a church warden. I was shocked 😂 Well never ever am i visiting there again and I won’t recommend, every establishment is looking for a way to serve customers, if they have such rules, they should also make provision for breakfast elsewhere for a customer who needs to eat and don’t have spare clothes, maybe at the pool side or a different restaurant. Same way they have smokers bar and non - smokers bar. Me where like food and they made me lose my appetite 😒

Ok... So I'm all about the nightlife here. Beautiful scenery. Loved it. Music wasn't too loud either and you could actually communicate or chat with friends or company without screaming. Cold beer 🍻 likewise 😊. Already made it my number 1 spot in Asaba

Look like a nice place but the wait time to be served at their pool side is forever and the staff are not courteous. But they still offer entertainment of some sort though i have issues with the entertainer who after their performance come seat to seat carrying out begging of some sort

Ahh this is one of the Best place I have been and there's enough comfort. The pool side is always interesting on Mondays and Saturdays, where there's a price for the best singer. Fun filled moment

Comfortable rooms. Good service. They are expanding so you may hear construction noise. Rooms with balcony have outdoor ac units there so the balcony will be useless.

A very beautiful hotel in Asaba. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The poolside bar is good. The food is also very good.

Staff nice and friendly food was nice, hotel not too expensive. For double room we were only provided 1 towel and if you need hot water you need to shower early.

It's a nice place but things are very expensive there and plus charging you every time they serve you dish or water in the room which you are lodging with them is not cool if they can make an adjustment it will be nice

Lovely hotel. Nothing to complain of about light and security. There's a complimentary breakfast buffet (not enough choices, but the food tasted good). I had 2 issues though-upon arriving (I got there at about 2:20), the room I had reserved wasn't ready. I had to wait for an extra hour to get the key. Also, I ordered a plate of noodles and it took almost 2 hours to get to me (the person who brought it up said the kitchen was extremely busy). There's also some construction going on, so expect a bit of noise (nothing terrible). Above all, I'm definitely staying here next time I'm in Asaba. The rooms are clean and spacious, and I felt safe.

The rooms are spacious, clean and conducive. The staff are friendly and well mannered. It is a good hotel to visit when you visit Asaba. Plus they offer a buffet breakfast. 24hours light ✅

Nice and helpful staff. Environment was neat. Good lounge and pool with either DJ or Live band. Food was yummy too! Only things I didn't like was the elevator not working and the construction noise beside the hotel

The hotel is located in a good and serene environment with a great access road. There is ample parking space. The staff were impeccably dressed, professional, courteous and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy too. The bathroom was sparkling neat and the shower had good water pressure. They had a variety of meals for breakfast which was buffeted by the way. The wifi connection was slow/poor though. In all, I will recommend it hopefully Ng they maintain their facility and services.

It's an exquisite hotel with beautiful rooms and a nice ambience. They have a poolside bar that's an attraction and makes staying worthwhile. The staff here needs customer service training as it appears that they don't understand the rudiments of service or what the hospitality industry entails. Asides the staff, it was a jolly good stay.

Rooms are clean but service is poor . The service team needs to be trained. Also, you pay a tray charge every time you order room service, even if it’s just a bottle of water. Breakfast could be better but isn’t bad. Then there is the noise . If you are looking for a quiet getaway , this is not the hotel for you. If you don’t mind the noise , you’ll enjoy this hotel.

Absolutely amazing. The customer response is second to none in Asaba. Ambience is great too. Definitely worth staying in when you visit the city of Asaba

Wonderful food, great ambience, nice rooms that are quite pricy. Excellent customer service. There’s a bar at the pool side and there’s live band on some days.

Very friendly staff ready to assist, the rooms standard is comparable to what you can get abroad. Very clean sheets on the beds. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing
