I had a terrible experience with the fossil store manager Muhammad while shopping today along with my wife and 3 years old daughter. We found the store staff extremely cooperative and helpful until we came across Muhammad at the payment counter. Who from the very beginning came across grumpy and unprofessional. On complaining regarding his rude behaviour he kept saying “you’re taking too long and wasting my time”. I couldn’t believe he’s saying that to a customer in-front of a lot of other people. I couldn’t understand how could I waste his time in 2 minutes of interaction whereas the other sales staff gave me good 10-15 minutes in selecting the watch. He couldn’t take it well and rather than being professional he kept threatening to call security on me to remove me from the store. I was there with my family and he kept disrespecting me in front of everyone, although I kept reminding him he was being unprofessional and his attitude was wrong. I told him that he’s got a beautiful name but a very rude and arrogant attitude. I was having a great day with my family and this guy managed to ruin everything within minutes and caused us mental stress. This person’s attitude is not right for the customer facing role. I am a fossil lover and got a collection of Fossil watches however I’ll ensure I never walk into this store again. Disappointed and stressed due to pathetic and unprofessional customer service and that too by the store manager.

Amazing store, amazing friendly staff. They don't allow more than 10 customers inside the store as a covid precaution, but still they'll give you all the attention in the world while you're browsing. So hats off for that. Plus products are personal choices but this Garrett HR Gen 5 watch i picked is amazing and working smooth and fine. The straps are a bit pricy, but I got one from this Fossil Store and others I already had. Overall good experience with both the shop and product.

Went to get the battery changed, they damaged my watch. Lack of expertise and they told me someone will call me to discuss the case, but no one called me. This store dont care for customers..Imagine being a watch company they just damaged someone's watch and have no answer to it. I could have gone to any other watch shop, however, I went to Fossil expecting high quality of service.

First rate service! My wife, son, and I just came in for an engraving and possible watch repair at the Square One location. Urvi and Mohamed both took good care of us. The engraving was easy to choose and done immediately and the quality was perfect. Unfortunately, my old Fossil watch couldn't be repaired at the store, but Mohamed informed me of my options and I ended up with a new watch which I am extremely happy with. My wife also bought some jewelry for a close friend. Urvi and Mohamed were very kind and receptive to our needs and explained everything clearly. We are very happy with their service and will be sure to back again and recommend to others! Thanks Fossil!

Hope i can give zero stars for customer service. Asking me to send my watch to Texas USA at my expense. They don't service fossil semi automatic watch in Canada.... the team at Mississauga Square one location were not friendly to explain. Good at selling but after sales service sucks... also the staff started laughing on my back asking with Asst Mgr. Seemed they made fun of my issue... VERY RUDE... NEVER BUYING AT FOSSIL AGAIN

This fossil store has amazing customer service. Visiting this store during the holiday season and then after to get our watches adjusted, every visit was a pleasure. I cannot express how refreshing it was to be greeted warmly by the staff and to be helped promptly even when the store was very busy. More stores should follow their business model. I would definitely recommend going to this store especially this location.

I bought a smart watch from this store, after 6 months I had an issue with the battery, I went to the store to ask because it’s still in warranty, they said I need to send it to Fossil repair, I sent it and paid for shipping and they kept it for 3 months and guess what, they sent it back in a same condition, I’m really disappointed about this very bad customer service

Just went into Fossil with my sister to do an urgent pick up and Daria really went above and beyond to assist us. She quickly made an exception to have our item ready in 5 mins! THANK YOU Daria for putting your customers first and assisting us so quickly. We were impressed to be in and out of the store in 5 mins during Black Friday weekend!

I bought a replacement watch band which fell apart after 2 months of wearing. They claimed to have e-mailed my receipt which I had no record of and were unwilling or unable to find the receipt with my e-mail, credit card number and date of purchase so no replacement was offered. Very poor customer service. I recommend to make sure you have a receipt before leaving the store since you will need it when your watch falls apart.

In July, I came in to the Fossil store to change batteries in two Fossil watches. Tyler, the manager greeted me and took in my watches. When he came back he informed me of 2 defects in my watch where the smaller arms fell off. He told me about the repair warranty and said it would be covered. I filled out the repair paperwork and when he went back in to photocopy it, he came and said "You know what, you don't have to wait, I'll replace the watch for you for the same model and brand new". I was very happy to hear that! Not only did Tyler take care of my first issue but went above and beyond to make sure I was not dissatisfied. I stand by with Fossil being a watch brand that I trust. Thank you!

These people went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our Smartwatches. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again for future items. They really care about giving good service. They all deserve a raise for dealing with unruly customers during the pandemic, some of the stories I heard they had to sit through was appalling. Give these associates a raise please!!!
