A wonderful flat and clean beach with an outlook post and several surf schools. The waves were not to high so children from the age of 4 were safe to play freely even on windy days. I haven't spotted any rip currents although there were warning signs. The beach was exceptionally clean. I liked the differentiation of the beach segments by pictures. It's easier for children to find a cow, a clown or a boat than a number. On a windy day you can find a less exposed spot in the dunes easily. Only thing I missed was a toilet. The nearby restaurant has one but I'm not sure if it's opened for everybody. As friedly as the dutch are I would not be surprised if it would be.
