It's not easy to review this shop as you just have you go there. The owners roast their coffees on site and every first Saturday of the month they have an open roasting where you can watch them roast and they're delighted to explain every detail in the process to you. After reading the amazing reviews I've decided to buy some beans for home. Quite disappointing, one bag was okay (3 weeks old), but the other already was stale. Roast date was older than a month. You'd think the owner would notice and not sell it. Especially in a shop that roasts its own coffee and understands the process.
