Sehr gepflegter und sauberer CP mit angenehm ruhiger, familiärer Atmosphäre und netten Betreibern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großzügige Parzellen mit kleinen gepflasterten Terrassen. Sanitär einfach, aber sauber. Schöne Spielmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein auf dem Gelände. Gute Lage für Radtouren entlang der Maas oder durch das Leudal. Kleiner Nachteil: man hört die A2. Zum Ausgleich dafür hat ein Camper am Abend wunderschöne Akkordeon-Musik gemacht. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

It was quite busy on the campsite and the toilets/showers were cleaned every other day, which was not enough. One toilet roll holder was jammed, there were only 2 toilets for the whole campsite for a day and a half! The bicycle shed with charging points for e-bikes is nice. WiFi wasn't good and the host was going to come over to help but it didn't. The highway from Maastricht to Eindhoven is clearly audible at all times. (Original) Mooie camping gelegen vlakbij De Maas en dichtbij Roermond met zijn outletcentrum en de gezellige binnenstad. Vanuit de camping kun je mooie fietsroutes maken die je zelf maakt aan de hand van knooppunten. Op de camping zelf zijn veldjes voor caravanners en campers. Op ieder veld staan nogal wat vaste gasten. Zij hebben onderling veel contact en je voelt je soms wat buiten gesloten als passant. Het zou beter zijn om de vaste mensen meer bij elkaar op een veld te zetten. Positief was de recycling met een vuilnisbak bij je plaats. Aan te bevelen is een afvoer onder de watertrap. Het was vrij druk op de camping en de toiletten/ douches werden óm de dag schoon gemaakt, wat te weinig was. Één toiletrolhouder was vastgelopen, waren er anderhalve dag maar 2 toiletten voor de hele camping! Fijn is de fietsenstalling met oplaadpunten voor e-bikes. WiFi was niet goed en de gastheer zou langs komen om te helpen, maar dat gebeurde niet. De snelweg van Maastricht naar Eindhoven is ten allen tijde goed hoorbaar.

What a lovely friendly, clean, immaculate camp site, a 25 minute bike ride to Thorn. Shame we could only stay 1 night.

Clean and tidy site, hosts were friendly. There are many permanent residents on site. Decent hot showers and dish washing area. Plenty of bike trails in the area too.

In onze ogen is dat mede bepalend voor de goede sfeer die op de camping hangt! De camping mag dan wel kleinschalig heten, maar in onze ogen ‘grootschalig’ in wat de camping aan zowel oud als jong te bieden heeft! Daarnaast zijn de kampeerplaatsen ruim en afgescheiden door een goed onderhouden coniferenhaag en iedere plek heeft een eigen afvalcontainer, riool aansluiting en heel belangrijk…… een eigen watertappunt ! En wat wij ook als prettig ervaren ….geen gedoe met douche of warmwatermuntjes bij het afwassen! Kortom….de camping verdient in onze ogen dan ook echt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir waren 14 Tage auf dem Campingplatz hier. Sauberer Platz mit netten Leuten. Gepflegte Parzellen mit Strom, Wasser und Abwasser. TV haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr ruhig, die nahe Autobahn störte uns nicht. Trotz Hochsaison kaum belegt. Wenn der Platz voll wäre wird es eng mit Toiletten und Duschen. Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Holland, Belgien und Deutschland .

Super Platz mit richtig tollem Service. Die Betreiber sind sehr, sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit! Vielen lieben Dank für die gestrige Hilfe und die Fahrt zum Arzt!

Wir waren Ende Oktober für eine Woche auf diesem Campingplatz. Wir waren fast alleine auf diesem Platz und hatten eine wunderschöne Parzelle mit Südseite. Der Platz ist relativ groß, und alle Stellplätze sind mit Hecken abgegrenzt. Bei Wind ist man daher recht gut geschützt. Der Baumbestand ist relativ groß, Äpfel und Kastanien sind überall. Der Wohnwagen steht mit den Rädern auf Steinplatten, und ebenso das Vorzelt oder Sonnensegel. Strom sind 6 A oder bei Zuzahlung 8 A abgesichert. Sehr schön, man bekommt seine Mülltonne hin gestellt, der Rest wird getrennt, und gegenüber dem Sanitär entsorgt. Überhaupt ist der Platz sehr gepflegt, so auch das Sanitär. Duschen ist im Preis enthalten, die Kabinen sind geräumig. Es gibt zwei Hallen, extra für die Kinder und mit Minigolf ausgestattet. Fahrräder und auch E-Bikes können geliehen werden. Es war nun sehr wenig los, der Platz ist aber ruhig, auch wenn die nahe Autobahn zu hören ist. Uns hat es nie gestört. Die Gegend läd zum Radfahren ein, der Ort Older selber ist aber sehr ruhig. Einkaufen kann man in Weert, oder bei Aldi in Thorn, das leicht mit den Rädern am Kanal entlang zu finden ist. Roermond muss man auf jeden Fall besucht haben, auch mit den Rädern gut zu erreichen. Hunde sind auch willkommen, aber auch Kinder werden sich dort wohl fühlen. Wir planen für Anfang Mai den nächsten Besuch auf diesem Campingplatz, der nur 100 km von zu Hause entfernt, uns Erholung bietet.

Ein sehr schöner Camping mit netten Besitzern. Saubere Sanitäre Anlagen und schönen Plätzen. Einiges wird hier aktuell erneuert und auch aktuell erweitert. Für Wohnwagen, Wohnmobil sowie Zelt ist ausreichend Platz. Kommen gerne wieder Danke 👍😊
