Two years ago I bought a second hand lawn mower that still works well. The first few times went pretty well. But over the months it became increasingly difficult until it was no longer possible to get it on. When taken apart for diagnosis, the engine appears to be completely worn out on the inside and beyond repair. There goes your money and a guarantee is of course not an option.

Be careful if you order there. They lie!! Bought a stove that supposedly turned out to be broken after returning it, which according to Zibro itself is impossible. This company has even been kicked off bol.com

Don't buy anything from Mr. Aalders! We had a very bad experience. The gentleman had us drive 100 km for an item that had been reserved as agreed. Upon arrival it appears that he has sold it to another buyer. Argument: the other buyer was more like you, first come, first served. Very unprofessional and does not keep appointments and also very rude with regard to communication, you have been warned!

Very nice company! Real Gardena expert and helped with great enthusiasm! Mowing robot from Gardena works great and a question afterwards via WhatsApp was answered immediately! Great guy!

No customer service at all. Have sent items back. But get no answer at all. I am not answered and am only told I can call you back.

Unfortunately negative experience, once goods have been sold, you hear nothing more. Unfortunately the goods are not as stated. Not again...

Today, July 13, I had contact with Rob Aalders from "Toolbar". The reason was that the Gardena pump had given life. Repair was not an option. Very nice conversation and a good offer. What nice customer service. From me this company gets a 10. Great!

Want to buy a ZIBRO stove from him...don't do it unless you like buying broken goods with no warranty.

Worst company ever! Shouldn't even be called a shop or seller... but a money-hungry trader! Terrible man who immediately throws the phone at you when you criticize him. And never call back as agreed. No knowledge at all, I have been messing around for 4 to 5 weeks and driving back and forth to Toolbar with my lawn mower that was not working properly and that I bought there. Out of desperation I went to another company and they saw what the problem was within 5 seconds!!!!! Toolbar shame on you!
