Pizza is delicious but took 40min+ instead of 15min as I was told, no apologies, staff not wearing masks or wearing them wrong…

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza on the 7th of february. Now it is past mid-march. The food was never delivered due to bad weather and I was never informed that it would not arrive. I called the next day to make arrangements to receive a refund or a new order. I was told it would take some days to get a refund. It never arrived. I called again and gave them my payment details, nothing arrived. i called again to ask end of february and an employee told me it was done by him personally. Never arrived. Every time I call I am told. "Oh, I have no idea the manager is not in". Seriously pathetic service.

Good vegan pizza, but over 40 minute wait time due to a promotional event. Friendly staff.

So, I ordered from here 4 or 5 times now. Twice I ordered when they had the 1+1 promotion, and each time the "free" pizza was almost empty. This is just stupid.

Always fast with making the pizza. The pizza's are good for the price, nothing special.

Staff was amazing, they got us Chipotle bbq chicken wings when they weren't on the menu anymore! 😍

Takes nearly 2 hours to deliver pizza multiple attempts to ring them and either don't answer the phone or hang up. When pizza was delivered not warm and no apology or explanation my advice to somewhere else and save your time

I placed my order and already the second time the delivery guy was unable to call me. On other restaurants it always works. I did not even get my food. Really bad service!

Food was thrown around because it was a mess. Food was cold. Ordered at 20:30 to be delivered at 21:15. The actual delivery was at 23:15. Called to make an complaint. Got waived away by the delivery persons. The fries where cold and not eatable. Got stuck on the carton box. Very bad delivery

After a wrong order said they would change the pizza on the phone, but then they didn't. So we had to order another pizza because they messed up
