I
like
the
store,
but
am
very
saddened
and
disappointed
by
the
living
conditions
of
the
hamsters
and
the
lack
of
proper
hamster
supplies.
I
sincerely
hope
this
review
is
seen
and
that
the
owners
will
stock
up
on
more
hamster
friendly
stuff
and
improve
the
living
conditions
of
their
hamsters.
A
petshop
has
a
very
big
influence
on
proper
pet
ownership
and
care
by
the
people
shopping
there.
I
really
hope
Pretoria
takes
their
responsibility
on
that
part
and
help
support
the
pet
owners
to
care
properly
for
their
loved
pets.
The
hamsters
live
in
a
very
small
terrarium,
way
too
small
for
them
to
thrive
in.
They
also
have
no
proper
type
of
bedding
in
the
cage,
instead
they're
living
on
a
thin
layer
of
straw
pellets.
I
would
highly
suggest
using
proper
hamster
bedding.
The
wheels
are
the
worst
offender,
they
are
very
unsafe
rusty
metal
wire
wheels
that
have
been
proven
to
be
damaging
to
the
poor
hamsters.
They
are
also
way
too
small
for
the
animals.
Please
replace
the
wheels
with
actual
proper
hamster
sized
wheels.
I
cannot
in
good
conscience
support
the
shop
by
buying
a
hamster
here.
It
would
not
be
rescuing
the
hamster,
it
would
be
making
space
for
another
hamster
to
undergo
the
same
abuse.
Please
owners
of
Pretoria,
invest
in
an
evening
of
reading
up
on
safe
hamster
keeping
and
make
2022
the
year
that
makes
me
want
to
support
your
shop
again.
Add
larger
wheel
sizes
to
your
stock.
28cm
diameter
hamster
wheels
are
the
minimal
size
for
Syrian
hamsters.
Reduce
the
amount
of
abusively
small
sized
hamster
cages
you
have
in
stock.
Introduce
bigger
cages
to
your
stock
that
meet
the
minimal
size
requirements
for
a
hamster.

near

be
a
more
positive
