We
booked
for
a
week
family
holiday
at
the
end
of
August.
We
were
aware
that
there
weren't
as
many
facilities
as
other
sites
but
the
price
was
good.
However
the
indoor
pool
was
small
and
the
same
depth,
1.3m,
in
the
entire
pool
so
our
7
year
old
couldn't
stand
anywhere.
It
was
routinely
full
of
school
trips
from
local
schools
(40-60
at
a
time)
so
not
very
child
friendly.
One
day
we
took
an
inflatable
ring
as
a
swimming
aid
but
were
told
we
can't
use
it
while
school
children
were
throwing
beach
balls
they'd
brought
with
them
into
the
slide.
The
outdoor
pool
area
looked
quite
good
but
the
weather
was
too
cold
to
use
it.
One
of
the
big
issues
was
the
high
climbing
and
mini
golf.
Again
it
would
be
booked
by
large
school
groups
and
they
would
just
lock
the
gates
so
you
couldn't
even
get
in
to
book
anything.
When
we
eventually
got
in
one
day
we
were
told
to
book
the
climbing
via
Snapchat
so
we
just
gave
up.
There
is
a
nice
area
in
the
basement
with
pool
tables
and
activities
for
younger
kids.
The
Eurocamp
accommodation
is
a
long
walk
from
the
facilities
too.
We
ended
up
going
to
places
around
Venlo
such
as
monkey
land.
The
shop
is
very
well
run
and
the
staff
are
all
nice.
But
the
facilities
and
access
to
them
are
shocking
really
compared
to
other
sites.
The
Eurocamp
accommodation
was
very
clean
but
tired.
Don't
forget
to
bring
your
mosquito
repellent!
