The stay was comfortable, the beautiful food homemade and homegrown and their off-grid lifestyle is an example to all of us. I hope the use of psilocybin becomes more widely accepted and that Earth Awareness may play an important role in facilitating journeys far into the future. Wow! What a positively life-changing experience! The location, setting, facilities, staff are perfect. The ceremonies were inspirational and transformative. I arrived at the retreat suffering all my adult life with depression, anxiety and addiction since my sporting career was ended early due to injury. I felt lost, anxious, unhappy and disconnected from the 'real world'. I was in a downward spiral for years. I hit rock-bottom in February 2022 and was adamant that I was not going to take any prescribed medications. As an ex-addict this is not wise! So I researched the science for myself - which led me to want to try Psilocybin. I was anxious because of my addiction traits and because I had never done anything like this before. After 5 minutes of arriving at the retreat nd meeting the staff and the rest of my cohort - I was immediately put at ease. I met some of the most amazingly talented, committed, loving and caring people I had ever met. I was fortunate enough to have the 'full' experience whilst at the retreat - and I have come home 5 days later without anxiety, depression or my addiction traits. Simply mind blowing. The unique ethos and location of Earth Awareness and the Nature Temple was what attracted me. Quiet, calm, peaceful, yet energetic, loving and a togetherness that I have never experienced before. Putting my feelings about this place into words is quite a challenge. Squeezing them in a few sentences is even more difficult... It is rare and very encouraging to meet people who practice loving awareness in every step they take. One can clearly see that the plants in the garden, the facilities and the beautiful art and the overall atmosphere of the temple have grown organically with its creators. There is so much love to find in the small details that it is almost overwhelming. Spending time here really slows down my thoughts and calms my mind. In the past five years, I went through very difficult times. But today I feel incredibly privileged and grateful because all these experiences led me to the temple and I got to know Mark, Maya, Pascal and many other inspiring people.

I adore the temple and Mark & Maya! I had my first (ever) ceremony with them 2 years ago and was mind blown by everything - the ceremony, the music, the guidance, love and dedication of all the facilitators, all the incredible art, the wonderful breakfast…it was love at first sight. After that I’ve visited more ceremonies and special events at the temple and became part of the team. It’s a fairytale turned into reality, and a wonderful place where many people find deeper meaning for their lives. Come and experience it for yourself!

Words do not suffice to describe how amazing this place is. Also the people there and the experience I had. The world is in dire need of it to continue doing its work to recover from the pain, trauma and lost direction it suffers from. The moments spent recently on my weekend retreat at Stichting Earth Awareness have been both memorable and utterly amazing. Being guided by Mark and Maya along with the beautiful team on what can only be described as incredible journey of exploration, awareness and love is unparalleled. There is great love and support from these wise and kind souls. Along with the beautiful setting and energy of the Teuge your heart beats with Mother Earth as if in perfect sync.. life changing and life affirming all wrapped in one..! My experience at Earth Awareness Natuur Tempel was the best time of my life. Mark, Maya, and the ENTIRE team are experts. They have curated a masterful flow of workshops and ceremony experiences that exceeded all of my expectation by many fold. The setting and accommodations are rustic, but the quality of the program is top notch. They get to know you and help you to know and trust the others in your group in a genuine, heartfelt, and thoughtful way. I booked the 5 day retreat - (highly recommend it, obviously) - which includes two ceremonies. The first was a gorgeously assembled flow of live music performances that took me through my journey with astounding accuracy to reflect and compliment exactly what I was feeling. The second ceremony was entirely introspective and allowed me to live a fully different journey in a safe, loving, and respectful way. Mark’s connection and grasp on what the world is vs. what it could be with more love, and understanding is palpable in his words of inspiration and encouragement. I wouldn’t trade what I got at Natuur Tempel and their indoor camping with Earth minded accommodations for ANY 5 star hotel / well-known guest lecturer style of retreat. What Earth Awareness provides was everything I needed and a million more things that I didn’t know I needed. I left there loving everyone with a deep, soulful, gut felt kind of love. I will add that the beds in the indoor tents are actually quite comfortable and I slept very well throughout the retreat. I ALWAYS felt safe and I know that all of the females in my group who attended solo felt equally safe at ALL times. Of that I am positive. I’m so glad that I made the decision to fly from the U.S.A. to the Netherlands for this experience. It was worth everything. I would, in retrospect gladly pay two or three times what they asked for as a donation, to have this beautifully, awakening time. What I got out of being there is hopefully just a beginning of a more enlightened life, but I will carry it with me until my end here. It was nothing short of magical.

What can I say, without the magic mushrooms and without places like this, I don't know where I would be today. Last weekend was my third time at the nature temple with Mark and Maya. I can't put into words the love and kindness with which Mark Maya, Pascal, Judith, Ramona, Laura and Arendt-Jan look after the participants. With limitless knowledge about this medicine and how it can help humanity and each and every one of us, no matter what obstacle we face in life. You have to look closely when looking for a retreat; trust and the set and setting are the most important factors here. There is currently a gold rush in the field of psychedelics and startups are springing up everywhere. But you have to know exactly whose hands you are putting yourself in. The Nature Temple is unique and the knowledge that Mark and Maya impart and the use of this medicine looks back on over 20 years of experience. Besides, what place is more magical than this place. Once again I was able to let go of a lot of fear and tension and come back as a relieved person. I don't want to write more because words can't describe it all anyway. A truly magical, healing place, which I cannot recommend enough. The plant medicine, along with Mark & Maia, really helped me to release grief that had been held in me for a few decades and I now feel my heart is open for all that life has to offer, both the bitter and the sweet. I also received clarity on a way forward in my life, which I am really grateful for. The Natuur Temple is so well organised with excellent, practical workshops to support you in the process and for me, it was also important to have the historical, spiritual element of reconnecting to nature, which we need as a society. We will not protect that which we do not first have a connection with. I loved my time in this beautiful haven, that needs to be supported and I hope to be able to return soon. The Nature temple is full of warmth, love and openness. Participating in this journey under the guidance of Marc, Maya and their team helped me to reconnect to myself and the world around me. We need places like this where true spirituality can be experienced without religious doctrines (and believes that were interpreted out of books).
