Our family went to this Cracker Barrel on Thanksgiving day for a brunch. We had 18 people and we were seated in about 20 minutes. Our servers were Alfred and “E” ( I know that’s not her real name) In my whole life I’ve NEVER had such great service. From the time they introduced themselves to the time we hugged and left- they were personable, attentive, kind, patient, efficient and just all around amazing. I’ve never had a server speak such blessing and kindness over us. My mother has cancer and has no appetite and usually people don’t understand why she barely eats- but “E” was so kind to her and treated her like a queen. I don’t know if I’ve ever hugged a sever after a meal- but these people were completely amazing and deserved a thank you and an embrace. These two deserve recognition and a huge thanks for representing your brand so well. I’m in awe of the energy, care and attention to detail they showed during our visit. Many blessings to them both. What an amazing lunch service was fabulous our server was Alfred man he was awesome funny polite and just a great person and he was fast let me tell you just awesome. Great job Cracker Barrel on hiring outstanding servers love coming here. I will be back again and hopefully Alfred will be my server again.

Excellent breakfast place. Wish we had this chain of restaurants back home in Southern California. Awesome customer service and great food, loved the whole atmosphere. Party of 2, around 8:20 am. Lots of parking, not a busy restaurant this early and during the week. Michele was our waitress this morning (4 stars on her apron). She was super nice, helped me pick something good, and very attentive. The food was soooo delicious! I had the Grandma’s Sampler $11.49 (Sweet ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash brown casserole). On point! Specially the hash brown casserole, never had that before. It was really good. Excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back here before going back to California. We loved it!

We hit a low point with this place and almost stopped going all together because of a waitress that said she was hard of hearing, and had to read our lips, and could not get our order right for anything in the world. It made my wife feel stupid, and it would take so long sending food back trying to get it right. Finally someone let us know we could ask to not be seated in certain areas, and from then on it has been better for everyone involved. We started being seated in Breas area and every single time she gets our order right, makes us feel comfortable and welcome and she even remembers our order because we get the same thing every time. She deserves a raise or a bonus and I feel like its important to say, she makes the Cracker Barrel experience feel like it’s suppose to. Down home, southern hospitality, like Nanas house. I’m sure she might have hard days or things in her own life but I mean every time she is very pleasant and amazing at her job.

Very bad experience. Took a while to get a waiter so another waiter had to step in and take our order. Gravy was BLAND sausage patties were room temperature. Grits bland. The order called for 2 eggs but was more like 1 1/2 eggs. Won't be back.

My wife and I have been eating at the Wells Road Cracker barrel since 1995. The food used to be of much better quality. Cracker Barrel used to serve a nice steak the country boy breakfast. Now it's just some tips full of gristle's. The sausage gravy used to be so delicious with real large chunks of sausage in the gravy. Like it's supposed to be. Now the gravy just tastes like liquid flower. Not very tasty!

Our server, Christina, was awesome. Great memory skills. Weekday’s are best. Nice portions. Love the store.

My mother and I had lunch here on New Year’s Day. Christine P was our server… she was absolutely exceptional!!! Anticipated our every need!! We did not need to ask for refills on drinks, butter, dressing… anything!!! I frequent many dining establishments throughout Florida and Georgia… I wish Christine was our server for all of these places!!! Great job!!!
