Edit 2/25/22 I did find a wonderful non-corporate veterinarian who’s responsive, kind, more affordable, and efficient. They do still exist! *** I’ve been taking my senior dog here for years. Unfortunately, I have to find a view veterinarian because they never have any appointments available for semi-urgent care needs. My dog gets bladder infections. She’s 14 in a breed with a life expectancy of 12. It happens every year or so. She doesn’t drink enough water. I’m told by reception that the doctor will not prescribe without an office visit AND they don’t have any openings for a week. AND they won’t prescribe antibiotics in the meantime so she’s not in pain. Then I speak to the doctor and get a long explanation of why they need to run a battery of tests and take X-rays in case it’s something very bad. Despite basic antibiotics having cured it within a day in the past. Enough! I’ve spent several thousand dollars there over the past few years. I guess a new vet will get my senior dog money.

We had an excellent first experience. All of the staff were friendly, from the front desk to the back office staff. Dr. Wu was incredible! Our dog is very anxious/nervous. The staff took their time and were patient and compassionate. We will definitely continue care here and recommend to others.

Wait times for an appointment is truly unexceptable for the prices that are being charged. Surely there is a better way, hire more people! Maybe levels of care should be addressed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are hands down the absolute rudest front desk staff of anyone I've ever met. They are so incredibly inept and rude. Want to get talked down to like a dog and in the most disgusting tone? Check. Hung up on instead of being put on hold and then put on hold forever when you call in from your car because you're not allowed inside until they feel safe and then they tell you when they finally answer the phone that youn're now past 15 minutes now and have to reschedule? Check. Be told they are afraid of your 7 year old so you can't come in? Check. I could go on. But I won't because they arent worth aby more of my time. Don't go here.

Julia and the staff are amazing! They were so compassionate when Henry was euthanized and now they are taking great care of Puff! We love them and will be using them for years to come!

Great vet and staff was wonderful, was able to see us the same day. And just as important, VERY HONEST AND REASONABLE! Unlike other places in town.🙄 oh and a great goodie bag💖

This place was very accommodating and able to get me scheduled very quickly. I once called with concern for a symptom my dog was having and they helped me over the phone and even offered to see him then and there which was amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful and I could tell they really cared about the well-being of my pet as if it was their own ❤️

This Vet is alright been taking my dog here for a year for her skin allergy and they just assumed it was skin allergy without testing my dog to see what her allergies were. They started giving her allergy shots every 4-6 weeks but those only help for like a week and then her skin is back to itchy and dry, you would think they would try something else after a dog doesn’t get better after a year. Very nice staff just feel they couldve been more proactive in finding a solution for her skin.

Samantha was absolutely wonderful! I even drive from Sacramento just because all the staff is perfection.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for over 2 years and still love it for my cat Lucy
