Made an appointment for my dog 3 weeks ago, set it up with Samantha, confirmed the date 2 times with her and calendared it with her on the phone. I show up to the appointment and spoke with Claudia, she told me that her appointment was last week on the 21st. I explained to her that I was told Thursday the 31st and she kept repeating the date and looking at me as if it was my fault then went on to tell me that I will not be able to make another appointment until the end of next month. I advised her that I will just take my pet to someone else and proceeded to walk out irritated and unstratified. As I was heading towards the exit Natasha who was next to her made a hand motion clapping once like "there's the door then". I turned and asked if she just clapped at me to exit and she just gazed at me and said nah, I was looking at something on the Internet and repeated, have a good day several times loudly and sarcastically. I will never again give that place any money or business. I always recommend people to places that treat customers with respect and Mercy Pet does not know that concept and the staff is very unprofessional.

I would not recommend using this veterinary service. Three visits and $1300 later we can't even get a simple phone call back from the vet for our lab results regarding if our dog has a brain tumor and or Cancer. I called three separate times asking for the information and kept getting the runaround. I was assured several times by their staff that the vet would contact me within a reasonable time and I have still yet to hear back from them. When your pet is like a family member this information is crucial for their care moving forward. It breaks my heart to see my dog in the condition he is in but I cannot move forward with any treatment until they give me back the results from their lab tests. It is very hard to find quality care for your animals especially when most of these hospitals are just after the money. I do realize that they have a business to run an overhead to pay but come on give me a break. It is simply a two minute phone call to give me the results. I would not recommend taking your animal there if you care anything about them. I would actually give them zero stars if this site would've allowed me to.

Got all my puppy vaccinations here and I am afraid to admit I am very pleased with this clinic, so far! Don't want to spoil it! I have 7 pets, whom all I am planning to bring here first if I'll need to. I am loving how friendly the front desk associates are, and the wait time hasn't been all that bad at all. All the doctors and their assistants were pleasant as well as much as very attentive and sweet to my babies. Sometimes they have hot coffee in the front! Every visit has been very smooth, and the prices so far affordable.

They saved my dog and the price was more then reasonable this is his second surgery and the last place failed to tell me that he had a problem and needed special diet or he'd get sick again and I paid a lot of money for them to fail to inform me I highly recommend this hospital for your pet they're honest and tell you exactly what they need and are very thorough about what you need for your friend.They are checking up on my dog days after just how its supposed to be I will never take my dog anywhere else they are very busy but they always make it work everyone always complains about prices but people need to understand that vets are expensive in general

My Daimond had surgery a week ago and they took really good care of her and was real general with her. The staff was really nice and friendly.her is our Diamond 3 day's after her surgery.

My fur baby Lucy loved this place. The vet was understanding that shes protective of her owners so unfortunately we have to muzzle our pup but they treat her so well once she submits to them and her human is no longer in sit. They’re very informative and helpful. Prices are not bad for basic services. All in all this is our forever vet!! If Lucy (our dog) approves. So does her humans!! 🐕 woof woof 🐶

I have taken my dog Zeus here for two separate visits that were life threatening. And they saved his life both times. They are very caring and I highly them.

Says pet hospital but its not. Very frustrating when looking online for a hospital for your dog and Google clearly states this is a pet hospital but they do not offer services.

I finally found a veterinary clinic for my black lab pixie. They were so caring, so concerned and compassionate every step of the way I appreciate them so much, and will continue to go back for any needs for any of my animals. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. I have been to numerous clinics in the last two years. And have been continuously disappointed time and time again. I left there today in shock of how much of a wonderful experience I had with my baby. Thank you mercy pet Hospital.

I love all of the staff there, they really care about your fur baby and you. Last year my sweet Pickles became very sick, to the point she was not going to get better, I was a total wreck on our final trip to the office. Everyone was so patient and understanding and so gentle with both Pickles and myself that it made an absolutely devastating experience a little less lonely.

I love this vet. They're incredibly kind and affordable. We got our great pyrenees puppy spayed and a tooth extraction and that only costed us $1300.

The staff here is amazing. I had to put my Chloe down which broke my heart. They made it so much easier to deal with and were very attentive. Great service.

Always a pleasant experience taking my dog in here. The staff is always friendly and caring towards myself and my boy. We will continue to patron this vet no question.

Dr Lennon and her staff are just outstanding!! We drive from Antelope to Fair Oaks just to see Dr. Lennon. Natasha is an asset in so many ways out on the front desk greeting people with pets with a grand smile and kindness. Her phone calls to check on our Zoey meant so much to us. Zoey is going on 13 and needed major gum treatment and extractions. 15!! We left her there for 8 hrs as having such a time extensive oral surgery takes time. She needed more care and anesthesia for her treatment. Dr Lennon, Natasha and another vet tech kept us in the loop all day. They called the next day also to check on her recovery. This Mercy Pet Hospital is where we have told all fellow dog lovers to please try Mercy! Will never go elsewhere for anything. Please know- whomever- is reading this-to give praiseworthy employees their accolades when they get them. We are bringing our other rescue Maltese Poodle for her spaying this Friday. Not nervous at all because we know the exemplary care our Lilly Belle will receive. Thank you for the opportunity to at least tell you how pleased we are. Just started taking my 3 month old Yorkie here. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I'm grateful to have found them! She had a parasite , and they made my KiKi well again!

As an animal professional myself and as a service dog handler, I don't trust many people with my dogs. This is the only place i fully trust to handle my dogs without my presence, no matter which Doctor is seeing them. In 10+ years, I've never had any reason to doubt them, and they work hard to be one of the most affordable vets in the area. Our dogs get *excited* when we pull up!

They are very caring with their patients. My dog is very protective of me so I have to leave the room first so they can take care of him. Today I could help hold my dog for an ear exam and he didn't try to growl or snap at the vet.

The vets always take the time to explain everything and the staff are nice and easy to speak with. Prices are extremely reasonable!

THEY ARE NOT REASONABLE AS THE SIGN SAYS. I WAS LOOKING AROUND AND PRICING GROOMERS AND THEY ARE AVERAGE ( WHICH IS ALWAYS EXPENSIVE)... LOL OR CRY OUT LOUD. DEPENDS. THEY TAKE XRAYS FOR $100. THENS SEND OUT TO BE READ BY SOMEONE ELSE THAT ADDS ON ABOUT 300.00 now don't vets go to school to learn all that??? i tho' they do.

As a dog owner of over 40 years I have to say this is one of the best clinics I've been to with my babies. Not only the quickest appointment when most other places either not accepting new patients or 3-4 weeks out, but also a LOT of attention, follow up, and genuine care. They do not push their own agenda, don't judge alternative feeding, don't push unneeded treatments/shots, and listen to your particular concerns. Overall, super happy to be a new customer!!
