I read a review stating that the beds here were hard. Well I'm right here right now and these beds aren't that hard. Only a little hard but still comfortable to fall a sleep. Also is a perfect low cost for those on a budget. Wifi and AC but the AC. Just make sure the AC is on "cool" not "auto". Also the room light is low dim not bright enough. Close walking distance to Renaissance Resort. Lots of small restaurants, bars and clothing store. Even a pharmacy and grocery store.

Definitely not what we expected, the biggest issue I had was that the bed was hard as a brick and after traveling all day I at least wanted to be comfortable. No tv in the bedroom, the price didn't match the conditions at all!

I made a reservation on booking but then cancelled it (the day after). Pista Q charged my credit card anyway two days after the reservation was cancelled and despite cancelation was completely free acording to policies listed on the website!! That is not honest and they do not respond to any of my messages.

Had a very friendly and welcoming overall experience. Suyen was awesome, pleasant in every aspect from giving directions on must go to places and things to do to how to get around the island, where to shop for groceries and miscellaneous. Upon arrival she welcomed me by addressing my name and had my reservation all set and ready. I booked to stay and share a dorm with 3 other girls. The room was cleaned and all beds perfectly manicured with freshly washed sheets, the A/C was super cold and maintained, the shower was cleaned daily by herself, there are 2 kitchens- one on the top floor and other on the first floor of the building. There is also an Argentine Restaurant right next door of the Hostel and a Chinese across the street if you don't feel like cooking. Main and central bus terminal is located in the historic center in Oranjestad roughly a 12 min. walk from Pista Q. From there your options are an open box of chocolates, just pick and choose where you want to go and do. My original stay was for 8 days but ended up staying 15 (^.^) in the One Happy Caribbean Island. Had loads of fun and relaxation at the same time, made new friends and left with wonderful memories to last a lifetime.🙂

Neat hostel with a generous common room where they're building a pool. It's not a big hotel directly on the beach but you can walk or cycle there. Good place to stay. Only thing I missed was warm water.

I was here for 12 days and it was fire, the price was a little higher than i expected for hostel. The family and lady on site was amazing and super friendly with any of your needs. It was always clean and spotless. The location is very central to both north and south, beaches, shopping, bus, etc.

Can be loud but for the price, you can't beat it. Staff is friendly. Knowing Spanish will make your stay here much easier.

Pista Q is the ideal place for anyone that has a day or three to kill before they can check into their hotel/resort or if they have a few days left before they are due to return home. The price is most reasonable, it is located downtown, close to shops and two resturants a short walk away.

The room said 35 sqm but it was barely 20. Nothing to hang towels on, nothing to hang clothes on. On top of that no hot water which we were told is kind of standard on Aruba. The picture of the ”pool area” doesnt lie. Its an oversized tub in an alley If youre looking for anything more than a bed to sleep in i advice you to go somewhere else

They never clean the rooms!

The location was amazing for downtown Oranjestad. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was great for the price. The wifi held up very well for my work video calls, considering it's a Caribbean island. Would recommend!

Really friendly place run by absolutely lovely Dominican Republic couple. Uber helpful, and the lady keeps the place spotless. The people always smile and have exceptional customer service.
