Great location 👌 Every day, they clean your room. Nice hospitality. 4 minutes from the beach ⛱️ 3 minutes from Palm Beach. Great pools and jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. When we arrived, there was a misunderstanding in which room we had reserved. But the employee immediately solved the issue. We had a studio pool view. She was the best 👌 (Jasmine) I will definitely recommend this resort.

Honestly will not return. The photos are enhanced, I’m sure purposely to be misleading. The rooms are very outdated, and the swim up bar was closed due to them I guess renovating it (which they did not bother to inform anyone upon booking nor was it on their website). To compensate their inconvenience, nothing was done. The beds were terrible, extremely uncomfortable to sleep on (hard as a brick) and the room that was booked was supposed to be a suite. Newflash, having a sofa in the room does not make it a suite. The sheets also had small brown stains on them when we checked in, and the shower would not get hot. Luke warm water the whole stay. Our TV also had no sound, and called the front desk to have things fixed, no one ever came. The only good thing about this places was the hospitality, and food/drinks. Other than that it’s not worth what they’re charging. The rental car company on site was convenient but I’m going to assumes they don’t check or clean the cars fully because there was a roach crawling around in our rental. Def a waste of money. Even if you’re on a budget book elsewhere. The only thing that saved them from getting 1 star was the food/drinks and hospitality.

Friendly and secure. Decent resort setting with plenty of pools, a pool bar and activities but only one on site dining option. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Good location if you plan to rent a car as the beaches are a 30 min walk in the sun and shuttles don't run very often. Taxis are also available and all attractions are 15 minutes or less away by car or shuttle.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and all had wonderful personalities. Anything you needed or wanted, they made it happen. The security people were amazing! Clean and spotless, a beautiful smile goes a long way.

The rooms are large, the suites 2brm. Are great . Furniture a little dated but excellent. Enjoyed our stay here. It was only for 1 night before leaving . We liked it.

Absolutely stunning! Away from the prime time area so it's quiet but close to the mall and palm beach which were amazing! Bar tenders did their job and gave us perfect service during and outside of happy hour! Lol pool is gorgeous and the cafe there has delicious food! Tip those servers and bar tenders well, they deserve every penny!! Excellent, and will be back in the coming years!

Don't let the exterior pale paint fool you, the place might be old but it is in great shape. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. They were very clean and plenty of towels. Jasmin at concierge was very pleasant and informative. The jacuzzi was cozy and the pools were refreshing. The servers at Ceviche were very polite and attentive. The food was delicious. Good value for the price. I didn't use the shuttles because the times did not align with our schedule, but concierge did not mind calling cabs for us. The small market in site was very useful, and there's a pharmacy walking distance away.

We love the staff. It has a nice layout with two pools. If you are retired this is your vacation retirement home. It is not a playful place for the active crowd under age 60. The rooms are spacious but are in need up updates. Yes their lighting is poor as noted in other reviews. The tv service is frustrating but wifi being so terrible, it will distract you from that problem. The gym reveals just how much this place needs proper care. Sweat stains on the equipment have turned a moldy black. But if you only sweat from sitting around all day by the pool, happy hour comes every day. Bring a pillow for your chair as the chairs are very hard. It will help during bingo, the daily highlight at the resort. By 8:30 pm nearly all staying here are in their rooms so it is a very quiet place at night. There are some nice places to eat at within walking distance and a great department store just steps away with great prices. The people who come here year after year come for the people.

The hotel is great to get away from the crowd and enjoy a relaxing vacation. It has a great restaurant with tasty food and excellent service. Only drawback is that it's outdated and that it's away from the beach but overall it's a great place to stay with great service, food and also very clean!!

This is a nice place. Definitely older, but it's been nicely refurbished. Our 1 bedroom had two baths and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper was not comfortable - needs a new mattress. All of the other aspects of the room were very nice - especially given the price which was very reasonable. We didn't go into the pools but they looked clean and inviting. Our breakfast at the on-site restaurant was very good. We didn't use it, but they have transportation to the available beaches. We may stay here for longer in the future.

The room we had smelled of mildew and the pull out mattress was horribly stained and worn. We asked to be moved and we're promptly accommodated. The rooms are very dated. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the pool area was great.

Hotel is nice . EVEYLN is amazing she comes in at 3pm she made me feel so comfortable I really love her . The restaurant on site . I went and got a platter . Omg. Chicken old, calamari, old . The only fresh thing was the French fries. Should be ashamed . Definitely don’t recommend eating here. The lady at the bar with the bun makes me feel very uncomfortable. How are you bothered I’m asking for extra condiments? This is why after the first day eating here when I was served old food with an attitude I stopped tipping . Can’t wait to go Home

I visited Caribbean Palm Village in Aruba for the first time in 2017 to celebrate my wedding with my husband and local family members. Despite the ongoing construction at the time, the resort offered a great experience with plenty of activities. Fast forward to 2023, and my return visit for a family reunion was equally delightful. Having witnessed the completion of the beautiful renovations, we enjoyed the convenience of having so much family together on the same resort. The resort's amenities, including pools and restaurants, provided a perfect setting for quality time with loved ones. The parrots, which had left an impression during my first visit, were still present, adding a charming touch to the surroundings. The overall cleanliness of the resort was impressive, and the hotel we stayed in this time even had an elevator, which was a welcome addition. I appreciated the practical facilities offered by Caribbean Palm Village, such as on-site laundry services, making it convenient for guests to take care of their clothes. Additionally, ample parking space was available for those who opted to rent a car. For families, the resort provided kid-friendly activities, although my own children were content spending their time at the pool. The thoughtful inclusion of such activities showcased the resort's commitment to ensuring a well-rounded experience for guests of all ages. In summary, my experience at Caribbean Palm Village during the family reunion was memorable, highlighting the resort's positive improvements and commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to future visits and creating more cherished memories at this lovely destination.

Lovely central location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Two pools and a great restaurant. Especially the grouper sandwich. Activities suited to clientele. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Aruba every year.

Loved the place, it is about a 5 min. drive from the beach and the hotel zone. The staff is very friendly from the person checking you in, security to the baristas 🤗 The AC in our room did go out while we stayed there, but they quickly moved us to another room because it was not going to be a quick fix. The room they changed us to was an upgrade from what we originally had booked. Would definitely stay there again!

Was a really relaxing stay here. Maybe not the most updated, but was clean and had really friendly people who helped with anything we needed. I would go back. It is a but away from things so had to take a taxi when we went anywhere.

Poor lightening, had to use the light on our phones to see In the evening. Microwave was disgusting, the toaster looks like it was burnt up a couple of times, cupboards stunk when you open then to get plates. The key for the hallway and room door, took several swipes to get in. People were letting other people in the hallway, cause the key wouldn’t open the door. Not enough towels in room. Plus only gave us little soap. No shampoo. Cleaning ladies were like begging for money. Like letting you know they were off the next day

The room price was great. The location wasn't on the beach but so close it didn't matter. The room service was implacable. We would go somewhere and the room was always done when we came back including any dirty dishes we left in the sink. The pool bar was nice with good service and food including 2 for one during happy hour on most drinks and beer.

Autovermietung ist nervig. Hat am Ende nie das was sie verspricht. Sonst ist der Ort und der Service und das Ambiente der Hammer. Haben oft einfach nur pool Tage gemacht. Viele Amis hier - kann also etwas lauter sein, aber trotzdem wunderschön.

It was an amazing experience. I love the location. It's not in the tours area it's in the neighborhood. That way, you get the true feel of 🇦🇼 Aruba.

A very nice resort. Staff here are friendly and helpful. The pool area is really nice and at night the lights in the pool go on making it super cozy and relaxing. The have a small gym that works fine. I needed more gym-equipment so I went about 100 meters down the road and got a card but for most people this gym will do. The restaurant had good food even though I mostly ate around the island. My only negative comment and why I give 4 stars instead of 5 was the cleaning of the room which was done poorly. The did my dishes though which I didn’t expect. Regarding dirt in the room and bathroom we let reception know and they cleaned better but still not good enough for my standard. All and all I would visit again and I recommend other to come here. But cleaning in the room needs improving. Love /David

I was a visitor who was not allowed entry. My friends were staying at the Hotel, but the Security didnt let me in.

The service was great but I do not recommend using Airbnb for this place. The staff is great but when we showed up with a room booked moths in advance we were downgraded and my 6’1 son had to sleep on a sleeper sofa. The whole island is expensive so please tip your servers. Staff was great but I think they just found us a tiny room other than the one we paid for to provide customer service at last moment. I’m a host back home and you have to tel the hotel. Regular hotel essentials and not provided and all pricy! I can get the same at home for a better price. But again, the customer service was nice, besides the front desk. We just came for a wedding. The jacuzzi was soaked in urine. That’s all, one and done

A nice older property that is well kept and very attentive to their owners. The property has 2 beautiful swimming pools. The restaurant has great food. Activities director does a nice job and helps arrange any activities or reservations you need.

Good value. Pool bar and restaurant were good. I thought the restaurant menu was a bit weak. The rooms are dated but clean. Everything worked. Definitely do yourself a favour and rent a car if you don’t mind driving. There is lots to see on the island. Seems like a great resort for families. Lots of kids.

The location is great, 10 minutes from almost anything so long as you have a car. Rooms are nice, but dated. Had to call maintenance a few times during our 2 week stay, mostly for the same 2 problems. Because the appliances are gas and old, if you use the oven, most likely you won't be able to get the stove to light, which can cause a big problem if you trying to have things ready at the same time. And the oven just has a dial for the temperature, you have no idea when it or if it actually gets up to temp or not. The dishwasher is also ancient, so it doesn't always clean dishes properly. And there's only dishes and cutlery for 6. The pool area is nice, but mostly filled with people who have already reached retirement age.

Great place, friendly staff. Shuttle you to and from beach. They even have an activities director who plans and makes reservations for you. Does all the work for you, which is nice.

One of the older resorts on the island, but well kept including its charm and the loyal repeat guests. I was just visiting friends staying there but I got the desire to maybe book a week there for a "local vacation". Located in Noord with supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants and of course the beaches all closeby. Visit the mexican foodtruck next door; a must-do!

Nice resort with plans on updating rooms and other facilities. Great food at Civeches . 2 pools and pool bar. Laundry facilities available. Everyone I have met is friendly. Staff is welcoming and ready to help in any way possible.

I Love this place. The location is conveniently located, the service is over the top. The food from the restaurant on-site is delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and customer oriented.

The 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped definitely needs upgrading. The staff was friendly and area was well kept. We had a problem with the door and service was provided within minutes.

This Hotel is a very well kept older hotel with great atmosphere and lots of friendly smiling faces.
