One of our favorite jewelry stores in Aruba. Ronnie is very knowledgeable about his products. He does obviously want to sell jewelry but he doesn't push too hard. He presents the product and offers a price. The deals get better the more you buy. They do their best to take care of repeat customers.

Went to Aruba for a nice vacation and already had in mind i would try to buy a nice watch , went to a few places to check and found the watch that i wanted , after that i went to time square aruba and found the same piece but a way better price . Tony was more then helpfull and even when i tried on a few other watches that was way above my paygrade i still got to feel and wear them. I said i would think about it and will come back if i want the piece. After some research online about the brand and the store i was satisfied enough to buy it. And even got some nice goodies and also bought a nice big clock for a good price . The service and smile i got was absolute great and when i will visit aruba again and want to buy another piece i will go to the same place and ask for Tony Great great great

I don't write many reviews but in this case I feel it's necessary. We walked into this place in April 2019 because I'm a watch guy. I have a moderate collection of watches from cheap to expensive and I know a bit about them, their history and movements. This place is an authorized dealer for many brands, including the ones I was interested in. After reviewing a few samples, I purchased a watch for myself and one as a secret surprise graduation gift for my daughter when we returned to the States. To my surprise, when I returned to the States and inspected our watches closer the one for my daughter had an issue. I contacted my sales associate, Max, thinking I would be out of luck - this place is in another country, nothing will be done and I would be stuck with this defective sample. Instead, Max understood the issue and took it on himself, contacting his partner, Ronnie, and they both took personal responsibility in making it right. They went out of their way to make sure I received a replacement, contacting me every step of the way. This is true customer service, distinguishing themselves from all the other jewelry stores you will encounter, and I am forever grateful. They have a loyal customer and we will be back next time we are in town for sure.

I stopped at Time Square off a recommendation from a trusted buddy of mine. I had no intention of buying anything. However, this location has so many gorgeous pieces it was hard to resist. So I had the owner, Ronnie, price a few things out for me. He literally showed me multiple items with prices that competed with some of the best family friend jeweler prices I get back home in the NYC metropolitan area. He made me offers I couldn't refuse. So this trip, we are leaving Aruba with our tans, a breathtaking pair of diamond earrings and one of the nicest 2 ounce solid gold necklaces I've seen. If you're going to Aruba, you NEED to stop by Time Square and ask for Ronnie. You won't be disappointed.

My Family has been shopping at Time Square since 2005! What started out as just a regular shopping experience, transformed quickly into a multi-generational family shopping experience, Ronnie, the store manager, not only treats us like family, he has become part of our family, sharing stories of our families between visits to Aruba. His employees are always very professional and treat us like family also. Ronnie and his staff, go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you are shopping for, with great suggestions and patience! This past year, my Nephew and Son bought engagement rings for their fiancé’s, completing three generations of family that have shopped and bought jewerly at Time Square. Ronnie and his staff created a huge celebration for this milestone, and helped us celebrate with Champagne and pictures of this special moment. Reputable and honest business! Ronnie goes above and beyond! Last year we purchased a pair of earrings and returned this year to upgrade. Everyone was very helpful. They offer great prices and quality. Unfortunately, when we returned to the hotel room later that night I noticed one earring was loose, it was to late to go back we had to wait for the morning. Our flight was at 2pm on that day and we needed to be at the airport for 11. We went back when they opened at 10 arrived a few minutes before as Ronnie was opening the store we explained the situation and he took us right in, unable to fix them in his store he offered to fix them at his other business, we didn’t have time to wait but he offered to deliver them to airport for us since we had such a time crunch! Of course we were a little leery and nervous but we trusted him and he delivered! He showed up after we checked our bags and right when he said he would. What a great experience and I have to say I love my diamond earrings! Would recommend giving them your business. Can’t wait to go back.

Our 7yr old son loves going into Times Square, every time we visit Aruba. He is ALWAYS gets his friendly hug from Kendrick at the door. Last Christmas of 22, we purchase our sons first gold chain and Victor treated us great. This past week my husband purchased his chain from Victor as well. After we purcharce his chain we were about to walk out and my husband ended up buying me a new wedding band due to my broke over the years and they were able to reset my diamond into a new band and got back the next night. All 3 of us are Times Square customers for life! Victor and the staff is great and highly recommend asking for him on your next Aruba visit. We can't wait to be back on the island for Thanksgiving this year and we will stop in and say hi and hopefully buy a new pendent for our sons gold chain.

We visited Time Square Aruba during our stay In Aruba Jan 12 2023 , we ended up purchasing a piece of jewelry for my wife . Ronnie was such a pleasure to deal with , he was very knowledgable , very honest and had a huge selection of products . The level of service was outstanding as well . The most beautiful and unique pieces on the island. There are many jewelry stores in Aruba but this o e is by far the nicest! The service was impeccable and friendly. Ronnie could not have been nicer to work with,. He was both honest and accommodating. We will be buying all of our jewelry from him from now on!

Stopped in to look for a sapphire and diamond tennis bracelet. We found exactly what I was looking for! We ended up buying additional jewelry that was too reasonable to pass on. Times Square is always a tremendous shopping experience! They carry fantastic watch brands, and their jewelry can accommodate almost any price point or family member. We have been shopping with Ronny, Gary & team for six years now when we come to the island. Every single item has always appraised in the US better than expected. Times Square is a family run business that makes my wife and my entire family feel very warm and welcomed every time we come into the store! This year we bought a birthday gift for our son who did not travel with us, but Ronny reached out to him to make sure he truly liked it and was what he wanted. Took a cruise last week and 1st stop was to Aruba! I could not wait to pick up rental car and take rush off to Time Square to look for jewelry. I was last there in 2019 before the pandemic. Everyone who works there are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and will do everything to make sure that I am satisfied with the purchase. Great sales team w/out being pushy. While they certainly appreciated the business, they really value creating a relationship with their patrons going well beyond an initial visit/purchase. Went to Aruba in September and bought a beautiful ruby ring for my wife. We were on our honeymoon. I was leary of buying something outside of the states in case anything ever happened to it. The ensured they had jewelers in the states and if would be no problem if anything happened. In like December one of the diamonds fell out of the ring. I called Times Square Aruba and told them what happened. They send us and address to ship the ring to and said we would have it back in no time. We paid around $150 for the shipping with insurance. After a couple weeks we called to make sure it was received and when we would get it back. They said everything was fine and it won't be long. After a couple more weeks we called again and we were told the address they gave us to send it to was no longer the right address and someone at that address singed for it but they don't know who or where it was. Why was this not discovered the first time we called? No clue. Then for the next week or so they tried to find it and eventually did. Now it had to be shipped back to us and then resent to the correct address. That took another month before we finally got it back. My wife was at the point she couldn't even talk to them anymore and still refuses to. Now after all that after a couple weeks having it back the same exact diamond fell out. We were never reimbursed the shipping we paid or offered anything for all of the inconvenience it all caused. Now we will just pay ourselves out of pocket to have it fixed to just end the terrible experience. I just don't want anyone to have to go through the same issues. Dave B
