While vacationing in Aruba, I fell in love with a diamond and chocolate diamond rose gold ring. I hadn't planned on buying jewelry; therefore, I hadn't researched the authenticity of the store or the value of the ring. Ash explained details of the ring. He let me use the diamond detector and guided me to look through the loop. I didn't purchase that day, and he didn't pressure me. He actually suggested that I sleep on it. I waited a couple of days and went back and still left without it. A couple of hours before my flight out I decided that I truly loved it and I went to the store and it was closed. I was able to reach Ash and he sent someone to open the store for me. I didn't have time to get it sized there. I'm back in the states now and I brought it to my jeweler. He confirmed the high quality of the diamonds and accuracy of the appraisal. Thank you Ash. I hope to vacation in Aruba again and will definitely shop again tell friends.

We have been shopping at Casablanca jewelers for over 12 years. We appreciate Paul and his staff's expertise, honesty, and patience. Truthfully, in the beginning, when we first started coming to Aruba (14+ years ago) we did not have the funds to buy jewelry, however it was always a pleasant experience to browse and admire the jewelry. As the years passed my husband I decided we would forgo exchanging gifts for me during the year and we would use that money when we visited Aruba each year to buy a pair of earrings, a necklace, etc. All the while we would compare prices back home and we realized that purchasing jewelry in Aruba was more economical, and the quality and selection much better, than here in the states. Recently, we asked Paul, the owner of Casablanca Jewelers, to design a customized ring to commemorate our upcoming milestone wedding anniversary. We asked him to create a ring with a 2+ carat emerald cut center diamond surrounded by graduated diamond baguettes on each side of the band. Together, we discussed various design options and prices. His wife Anna, a gemologist as well, provided helpful suggestions concerning the size of the center stone, the number of baguettes, and the height of the setting. Some of their design questions were things I hadn't originally considered! They were always professional, upfront, and mindful of our budget. Never once did we feel pressured to make the purchase. That applies to everything we have bought from Casablanca Jewelers through the years. We have never been pressured to make a purchase which is why we respect Casablanca Jewelers and patronize their store exclusively. This is something we cannot say about other jewelers, not only in Aruba but nationally and internationally as well. Casablanca's diamonds are GIA certified and Paul explained the 4 Cs of diamond selection. Once we agreed upon the design specifics he painstakingly created a one of a kind ring which is absolutely stunning! We couldn’t be happier with the final result! It is wonderful knowing that this one of a kind piece of art that I now proudly wear was created just for me! We purchased a chain and cross in December and Ash and Peter were so helpful in helping us to make the decision. He spent over an hour with us and helped us to make the right decision. We came back in May and I realize the chain was not staying right on my neck and they took it as a trade-in and we purchased some earrings. My friend Mark and Maria referred us to them and we will not go anywhere else in the future. We come to Aruba a few times per year and we will always keep them in mind and refer all our friends to them.

What an amazing store to encounter! I was needing to have a sentimental ring resized and I always hesitated having it done before because I couldn't bear to part with it for more than a few hours. I walked in to the store, Peter immediately warmly welcomed me and made contact with the owner - Paul to have the resize done in less than 24hours! I was so pleased I also made a purchase of diamond stud earrings which he had the posts redone to be screw backs which I feel much safer with. We had a wonderful experience with Paul and Casablanca Jewelry Aruba. When were in Aruba, we custom ordered a piece from them that was shipped to us a few weeks later. Once we received it, it needed to be needed to be re-sized. I contacted Casablanca and they handled it with the the jewelry maker for us and communicated great throughout every step with us. In a sea of jewelry stores in Aruba, Casablanca is the Pearl! Great selection, friendly staff, not too saleszy, but helpful and knowledgeable. Loads of jewelry at all price ranges. We were fortunate to go into Casablanca after visiting only about 4 other stores. Instantly noticed the difference walking in. My wife found some earrings she loves and she wasn't looking for anything like them. That may have been the best surprise about the experience. Casablanca staff showed her a few things, she decided to try them on, wasn't sure at first and an hour later she HAD TO HAVE THEM! Casablanca made everything comfortable and easy. 5 Star's for sure! Visit them first or last, it won't likely matter as you will likely buy here!
