I want everyone to know, Not to visit this shop, Spend your monies elsewhere. My wife My daughter and Son in law walked in Yesterday to purchase Sun block, Coffee and souvenirs to take back home. The woman would not speak to us when we asked her questions and another family walked in after us They asked her a question and she immediately answered. My daughter thought “ Maybe she didn’t hear us” So she asked again. She just ignored her. I was picking up little plastic signs to take back home and she walked in front of me and stared at me as if I were going to shoplift. I was very embarrassed. I put the things back on the metal hooks and waited outside. My wife walked over to the register( My family was sure they had 2 registers, As they waited to pay Another family walked in and she waited on them, Yet we were standing ( My Daughter and Son in law) in line before the other family. The other customer looked over and asked “ Where you here before us? My daughter said yes. The woman just said sorry and walked away. ( Not her fault) My daughter AGAIN asked her a question about Cigars or Cigarettes THE WOMAN IGNORED US. All of a sudden it dawned on me. We are a Mixed color family. Well I will be writing this event on EVERY PLACE I CAN! I have never had this happen to me EVER. We chose Aruba AGAIN because of the diversity of people and how beautiful everyone is. Apparently not at the Market. Yelp, Google, Facebook, tick toc and any media that allows me to write this… I will, I was left in shock and it made us all feel badly. No one should be made to feel this way, Those days are over.

Great market to get any vacation needs. From food to snacks and alcohol. Serves freshly cooked food all day long as well.

The Market almost always has what you need. The prices are a bit higher than average, but that is to be expected as it is basically a convenience store. One thing to carefully consider, there is a "unwritten" no refund policy. They will offer an exchange of like value, but no credit back, even to a credit card. Buyer beware, don't purchase anything from The Market that you may need to return!

Don't go here, go shop at the Superfood. Small shop, not much to choose from. We bought 3 jugs of distilled water, paid $20! The water, though not expired, smelled like toilet from the bottle.

We thought it was awesome. Hats, shirts, booze, cigars, knickknacks, even pepto! ..and other medicines.. pretty much anything one would need.

Nice selection of a few things we needed. Just a quick walk from our resort so it's very convenient. And as is so true of folks on this island, service with kind words and a smile.

After checking in our first stop is always the Market to stock up on drinks for the room. Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. They closed the grill where you used to be able to get sandwiches which was a little disappointing.

The two Pilipino ladies that worked today and yesterday were rude to me on both days. Today, one of them yelled because I pulled the payment machine towards me; the machine's cord is ridiculously short I actually had to get into the cashier area to put my PIN. I was here the day before and made a big purchase and they never cared to provide assistance or customer service on either day. I would avoid this place due to poor customer service.

Nice place to have a good coffee or ice cream (a few tables to sit outside), read newspaper, buy souvenirs, something sweet or some little things you need...

Store has many basics you might need during a nearby hotel stay, including hot coffee and empanadas that are ok. Beer and wine as well.

Our resort was a two minute’s walk from The Market, so we stopped here several times during our stay. The prices were very fair but the selection wasn’t anything spectacular. As far as food, they had bread, rotisserie chicken, fruit, some Dutch cheeses, one or two processed lunch meats, and a whole bunch of chips, candies, and other prepackaged snack foods. They had a good variety of drinks and mixers at good prices. They also had travel necessities like sunscreen and toiletries as well as souvenirs, beach/pool toys, and snorkeling gear. Overall, this was a great place to buy alcohol and miscellaneous stuff that we forgot to pack, but if you’re wanting to buy proper fresh food you’ll still need to go to a grocery store.
