    The bacon cheeseburger was good. Fresh tasting, however the fries tonight were not. Most times the fries are great. Tonight they were over cooked and had a slight burnt old oil taste to them. They were very dark in color. Little disappointed, but will return as most of the time they are great. Friendly staff all the time. Very very busy tonight.

    It’s classic and good! I can eat here in any city and get what I’m looking for! The fries are great and my family loves to order from here!

    Actually, I'd go 4.5 stars on the food if I could. The fries were too salty for me, but the burger was delicious. As usual, you get way more fries than you expect - good to share an order with a friend. I need to remember to order the smallest size Some day, I'll have to try one of the dogs (all beef or bacon) from the menu, but it's hard to pass up a burger from here. The atmosphere is just "fast food", but the peanuts in the shell are nice while waiting for your order, and it's interesting to see where the potatoes for the fries were grown. I'm still confused about tipping at this place, as I'm not sure if employees are paid a living wage or the lame restaurant worker minimums that the restaurant industry has shamelessly lobbied our politicians to allow. In any case, you get the usual percentage choices when paying, at least digitally.

    We love the burgers, we love the free peanuts, BUT the fries are terrible. We've specified the last few times that we want them extra crispy. We have never gotten them crispy...and we will never order them there again. I saw someone else complain that their fries were dark and the oil tasted burned. I wish my fries were that done. If I'm only looking to buy a burger, I'll go there...but if I'm hungry enough for fries, I'll go to Killer Burger.

    I didn't realize that Five Guys uses peanut oil for everything (my bad), but learned that at the register. I didn't want to chance it with a peanut allergy, so thanked them and went to leave when the guy offered a free shake for the disappointment. I thought that was incredibly kind and gracious service! If you don't have a peanut allergy, this is the type of service and kindness that should be rewarded!

    The food is delicious! The employee’s seemed a little stressed out, maybe understaffed, but they were doing their best. Oh I also had the milkshake for the first time peanutbutter and oreo cookies!!!!!!! I'll deffanatly be back

    I've been to many Five Guys but never before has the staff been kinder, warmer, or given me more fries. The staff I encountered here really brightened my day and the food was delicious.

    Everything was fabulous except the fries were a little cold but we had people waiting at home, When I do sit down there much better experience with the fries. The shakes are always stellar

    The service at this location is always great. They actually were hair nets, and I even saw a beard net. It is a clean place and everything is cooked to order. Burger, fries, hot dogs, and milk shakes are great. Our families choice for fast food.

    Ummm worst Five Guys experience. My husband had food poisoning all night. They also purposely added an extra patty to my grilled cheese WITHOUT US ASKING FOR IT. She claims someone had called about adding it.... why don't you just listen to the order in front of you? Had to drive all the way back. Disgusting and inconvenient. Never will be back. 🤢🤢🤢

    For the first time in years there was a mistake with my order and they completely remade both burgers for me and even comped my fries! This place really is one of a kind. Bacon burger is a must for sure

    Very disgusted and disappointed in the food and service I received this weekend. Shame on you Five Guys for serving me an uncooked burger, then having all the crew members ask me the same question, did you ask for it that way? Umm no! That's why I am bringing it to your attention! Where is your manager? Finally after 3-4 crew go back to get her, she comes out. She completely lays forward on the counter and says "I will just make you a new one, that is fully cooked". I said that is not the point, it should've been cooked completely the first time. I never specified in my order that I wanted a half raw burger. I told her you should really make sure your burgers are cooked or someone will get sick and you will have bigger problems. Then she looks at me says well I am sorry and goes back to her office or wherever and doesn't come back out. My mother and I left at that point appalled by the lack of customer service. On a 2nd note: Why is the manager just hanging out in the back, while she has crew members acting like fools, making high pitch squeling noises, gestures and jokes where the whole restaurant can hear. This location used to be good, it has really gone to the dumps. No customer service skills at all, one crew member was stocking cups by the soda machine when we were getting our drinks. I was talking with my Mother, this gal chimes in and says "oh did you just say, pain in my butt" to my mother. We looked at her oddly, Then she goes further to say "I like pains in my butt" and then runs behind the counter giggling. Who hired that crew member? Was she trained? Obviously not in customer service. I have never had bad service like this at Milwaukie Five guys, but all I can say is WOW!!! I understand people need jobs, but there are some serious issues with this Location. I will not be back again.

    Ukiah was very helpful and patcient with me as I gave my complicated order. The cooks in the back helped to keep things moving forward so food came out pleasingly fast and well done. The thing that always stands out to me at this particular Five Guys is the communication they use. You can tell they are a true team working to get great food to their customers.

👍👍 Food is amazing!! I got the shrimp and filet mignon dinner combo and it was way more than I could eat so had to get a to go box. The cook was skilled and he was very friendly. My first time and would definitely return and highly recommend.

👍👍 Wow! We should have visited this restaurant a long time ago! Portion sizes are more than adequate for two adults. Sweet tea is great. Flavor was really good. The food came out quickly and was piping hot! This place is a must try for comfort food.
