Very
disgusted
and
disappointed
in
the
food
and
service
I
received
this
weekend.
Shame
on
you
Five
Guys
for
serving
me
an
uncooked
burger,
then
having
all
the
crew
members
ask
me
the
same
question,
did
you
ask
for
it
that
way?
Umm
no!
That's
why
I
am
bringing
it
to
your
attention!
Where
is
your
manager?
Finally
after
3-4
crew
go
back
to
get
her,
she
comes
out.
She
completely
lays
forward
on
the
counter
and
says
"I
will
just
make
you
a
new
one,
that
is
fully
cooked".
I
said
that
is
not
the
point,
it
should've
been
cooked
completely
the
first
time.
I
never
specified
in
my
order
that
I
wanted
a
half
raw
burger.
I
told
her
you
should
really
make
sure
your
burgers
are
cooked
or
someone
will
get
sick
and
you
will
have
bigger
problems.
Then
she
looks
at
me
says
well
I
am
sorry
and
goes
back
to
her
office
or
wherever
and
doesn't
come
back
out.
My
mother
and
I
left
at
that
point
appalled
by
the
lack
of
customer
service.
On
a
2nd
note:
Why
is
the
manager
just
hanging
out
in
the
back,
while
she
has
crew
members
acting
like
fools,
making
high
pitch
squeling
noises,
gestures
and
jokes
where
the
whole
restaurant
can
hear.
This
location
used
to
be
good,
it
has
really
gone
to
the
dumps.
No
customer
service
skills
at
all,
one
crew
member
was
stocking
cups
by
the
soda
machine
when
we
were
getting
our
drinks.
I
was
talking
with
my
Mother,
this
gal
chimes
in
and
says
"oh
did
you
just
say,
pain
in
my
butt"
to
my
mother.
We
looked
at
her
oddly,
Then
she
goes
further
to
say
"I
like
pains
in
my
butt"
and
then
runs
behind
the
counter
giggling.
Who
hired
that
crew
member?
Was
she
trained?
Obviously
not
in
customer
service.
I
have
never
had
bad
service
like
this
at
Milwaukie
Five
guys,
but
all
I
can
say
is
WOW!!!
I
understand
people
need
jobs,
but
there
are
some
serious
issues
with
this
Location.
I
will
not
be
back
again.
