After to agreeing that due to lack of certain ingredients, my order was going to be modified. This was acceptable. As the bag was handed over to me, I asked the employee to have extra napkins. He said that there were lots of napkins in the bottom of the bag....I assumed under the food. After driving away I looked for the napkins under the food and found NONE, ZERO, NADA napkins. This is NOT acceptable....lying tirds of bass! Points for good food only.

We’ve been at this a&w location pretty often and always happy with food and service. This summer is absolutely different.. Rude staff (mostly kids), mixed orders and not the best food.. How can you mistake chubby chicken with teen burger? No idea.. Today our teen burgers didn’t look and taste like it should. When confronted with the staff the girl rudely said “oh, we don’t have lettuce today” and then expressing our thoughts that such things should be informed prior to ordering she just said “ok”. The dining room was usually closed and we had to eat in the car. The young staff do not follow basic health and safety rules. Until some changes are made we won’t be visiting this a&w location.

We have been coming here for quiet some time. The turn around of staff is very quick. We have had some kind customer service and we have had some that is really lacking, the last 6 months has been particularly awful. We ordered last, about a week and a half ago, got home and one of the orders was incorrect. So we had to drive back (15 min each way). Shannon was a touch snooty and lacked customer resolution skills. I asked if it was possible to get a refund and she said only the manager can give refunds and there is no manager in. In that moment I felt I understood the turn around of staff. Over worked and under supported by management. I have never seen a manager in. Only ever a cook and a cashier/server and this location can get really busy. This location also does not seem to support coupons, every other location I have been too from Huntsville to Toronto. Although different customer orders they will only process one coupon. Further to the review they have again had a turn around of staff. Seems to be flowing better and the experience has been much better again

I don’t REALY come to A&W to eat BUT my daughter like let’s try so to be on safe side I’m like onion rings lol nope never had then kids got there food went to give husband his mozza burger not even in bag we had drive away so I called she got my info went to pick up tonight I should off took the lost so cold just hole thing was a turn off so if you ever go check your food 1st fries were ok that was best part I think so $32 down the drain

These onion rings should never have been served. Almost every one was burnt.

This joint is doing the best it can however ir's certainly got too few staff. I ordered a BLT chicken burger and got a regular chicken burger instead. I can forgive the server for messing up my order though, it was the lunch rush and it looked like there was only two staff to deal with the in-store crowd as well as the massive line up at the drive-thru. Overall, I'd give this A&W some mercy and just get your food before or after the lunch. It'll be a better experience for you and the staff giving the food

Not willing to searve food before 17 minutes of closing time, that’s what they said, when We ask name they don’t want to say, just turn off speaking to drive through! I am writing this review at 10:48PM on 16th July.

This place sucks. I waited fifteen minutes for 2 burgers as two cars after my order in the drive thru blasted thru with their orders and no wait. Told me it was fresh and one of the burgers was Infact not. Actually the worst a&w ever been to.

Great food love the onion rings Best hash browns of any fast food place. My wife worked at A&W 29 Years ago and still loves the food.

I have been buying breakfast for the last couple of days, and the egg and bacon english muffins have been so greasy. They are tasty, but they are not being careful. I held up the sandwich and was dripping oil for at least a minute.

Very long time in drive thru. Waited 15 mins with 1 car infront of me at pickup window. I got to window & they asked me to wait out front when apple turnover only takes 6 mins. Somebody timing is way off. Took almost 30 mins for pie & onion rings. Too long for fast food

On Saturday (May 6th, 2023) a group of 4 of us were greeted sweetly & served promptly by 2 young ladies, Sea & Rae (so sorry if I butchered the spelling). I've been to many fast food establishments, but never have I ever received such great service nor experienced such positive attitudes. It appeared that they were running the whole place, which was clean and stocked, and these staff members deserve recognition + a raise. Cheers

Thought I would try the sweet potato fries today since they couldn't make poutine. If this is what the sweet potato fries are supposed to look like, I highly suggest you stay away from them

Service was slow but people were very helpful. The burger quality was amazing!

Went through drivethrough (claims to close at 11pm) at 9:20, no one was there and their was no posting or anything to notify consumers, other then that I've had extra bacon and cheese missing from many burgers from this location.

About 20 mins for a single teen burger. Is absolutely insane. Watching 3 people do absolutely nothing is mind blowing. I'm in shock how slow they are

Drive-thru - waited about 6 or 7 minutes, then we were given old fries. At least the teen burger was good. Not sure why they're handing out old fries but cost savings that result in lower quality will cost you customers. I doubt I'll eat there again after this visit. But then again, A&W is always hit and miss, no matter which location.
