Love this little spot. Probably one of the better coffee’s in Orillia. The price point is slightly above average, but for great product, so…. Their menu looks fun and tasty, but I can’t speak to that end as I haven’t tried their food. The staff are always friendly, and with good coffee, that’s a win in my book. Have been several times and will continue to visit. Visited again last week, (Early February 2022) with my better half….Everything was so delicious that I had to call them to let them know how I felt. I hate talking on the phone, this is something I almost never do, but I felt like I had to in this case. If you haven’t been here yet, WHAT are you waiting for ?!?!?

I love this place! The menu changes over time so you can always expect to try something new and exciting. I had a great club sandwich and soup. Friendly staff. Cook came out to ask how our meals were. Great decor. Great drinks! (Fancy water, coffee, etc.)

While passing through Orillia I was just looking for a quick bite. Randomly I choose Eclectic Cafe to stop by and what a surprise... The staff was very friendly and service impeccable but the wow factor was when ordered food arrived. Fresh ingredients and very tasty. We had a sandwiches with the soup of the day (asparagus). Everything was amazing and very, very clean! For sure this is a gem in Orillia even just as passer by not knowing other places this town has to offer I do not think that they can be beat. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

I learned of Eclectic Cafe when going to an anniversary party in Orillia. I am blown away of the quality of the food and the charcuterie boards were so well presented and tasty. Owners of the business are very friendly and willing to accommodate clients' needs. The risotto presented so good! Definitely / highly would recommend this place. The duck on the waffle is amazing!

What a find! If I could give out a sixth star in this review, I absolutely would. The food was incredible and Chef Mel Robinson put on a dazzling display for our breakfast that blew our expectations out of the water. This Sausage Hash featured flavourful veggies and proteins. It's a must-try if you're in Orillia.

Melanie & her team are some of the BEST chefs around!!! Eclectic Cafe's dishes are always so fresh and bursting with local flavours and colours. I have enjoyed many lunches not to mention some awesome Home Catering events.

We hired Eclectic Cafe for our 100 person wedding and they were incredible! Mel is an amazing chef who produced a fabulous, locally sourced menu and Alana was such a pleasure to work with. They created something that was truly us and they were so well organized and accessible throughout the process. There were many situations where they truly went above and beyond. Everything was perfect, would definitely recommend!

Eclectic Cafe catered our wedding this past weekend and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The food was absolutely incredible and our guests have been raving about it ever since. On top of this they made the process leading up to the wedding completely seamless, they had every detail organized and made it all so easy for us! Highly recommend!!!!

Melanie and her team catered our wedding and the food was phenomenal. The entire experience was amazing, from our very first meeting with Mel, where she walked us through choosing a custom menu, to our fun evening where we experienced our tasting, all the way to the amazing food she prepared for our cocktail hour and our dinner. If you want a flawless experience with the most amazing food, we could not recommend Mel and her team enough. Thank you!!!!

Take home Blueberry scones. These instructions for baking are way way off ! Awful. Cooked then much longer than directed. Blueberries were tasteless. But I am used to wild blueberries. Given all of the hype around these …… very disappointing!

This is a wow to me indeed. The combination of fresh ingredients, flavors and presentation was just perfect. I finished my whole portion (which I hardly accomplish) and enjoyed it to the last bite. Eclectic cafe is absolutely a gem in the neighborhood. Definitely come back when we revisit Orillia.

Great food! Second time here and never disappoints the food quality is great! Note:The acoustic of the place is not good and it sounds very loud, you can hear all the people talking inside the restaurant.

The Eclectic catering team did an INCREDIBLE job catering our wedding. Mel and Alana created a one-of-a-king delicious menu that highlighted local and seasonal products. Our guests loved the food (especially the duck confit waffles and the vegetarian main). They were also so kind and patient answering all of our questions and went above and beyond helping us get our DIY bar and table rentals all sorted. 10/10 recommend for your next event! We also love stopping by for a coffee, treat, or lunch. Orillia is so lucky to have Eclectic cafe!

Our server Clara was very attentive and kind! An absolute pleasure. Food was delicious and hot.
