Couldn’t finish my food. As an African-American woman who’s used to seasoned food, it’s a hard no for me. Food had no taste. I ordered a bowl with jasmine rice, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and Brussel sprouts. It was just not good. The veggies were dried out. To each its own, but I didn’t enjoy the food.

The presentation is top notch but I wish the food quality was as good. Brussel sprouts were a bit tough for my taste and the sweet potato noodles are a little soggy, flavor was almost there but the plate felt unbalanced like it was a tad too salty. I would come back though to try a different dish.

This is my favorite fast food place in the Lake Nona area. Great flavors and portion size. My go to order is kale salad, sweet potato noodles, ginger broccoli, and lemon chicken (and no sauce). I wish they had Bolay in California!

This is 3er time I eat here the first 2 I had no issue but today the rice was undercook when I address the issue I had to have the manager try his own rice to believe me, like he said is crunchy to avoid saying is under cook. I request my food be remake some employees were ok with it but some other make slick comments when they should be happy someone tells them their food is undercook before they get more unsatisfied cust or bad reviews like this one on Ubereats or DoorDash. This store need to be more customer service oriented and have employees hold their comments at least until the customer leave. we are paying for quality food not undercook if you can delivery on this then they need to remake it or refunded.

If you like So so Fresh, Fresh Kitchen, and Evo this is very similar. Pretty good experience! Definitely recommended! Check the photos

The family and I disagree, but that’s fine. They would rate this higher, but here is my problem. Flavors were great and blended well. But why was each element of the bowl so dry? My topping was guacamole so it would douse the entire bowl. And each element was pretty poor on its own. I was disappointed because had they been fresh and cooked well, it would have been incredible. Please step it up before I return.

I love this place, very happy we got one in Lake Nona…. but DO NOT use Uber Eats. I’ve ordered Uber eats twice (just for myself) and BOTH times there have been errors in my order. 1. Forgot cookies 2. Left garlic sauce off my bowl. These aren’t complex orders for the office where they could forget to throw something in the bag for 1 person of the group. The only order is messed up. It’s disappointing because you pay a ton more for Uber eats than going there and then you end up missing items. Will only be getting food here in person from now on.

Awesome to have a dedicated GF place in Orlando. Staff is very friendly, place is very clean and the food is really good. It tastes amazing. The pesto dressing must have crack in it. Super addictive 😂

Great food! But, you stand in line to order and carry yourself to the table, so not great atmosphere. However, we come here fairly often and bring friends. Good for vegetarians better for carnivores. Regular size will fill the average person. Hungry people should order the large.

I couldn’t have expected a more pleasing dining experience. The weather was a perfect 79 degrees with a gentle breeze, which made eating outside amazing. Besides the weather and the inviting patio, the staff was cheerful and patiently explained how to use their app. Unfortunately, the initial $5 discount did not apply as the app said it would, so the kind and wonderful manager went out of her way to compensate me for the inconvenience, which left me as a customer with a very grateful and happy feeling. I will be back and highly recommend this Bolay location (Lake Nona).

Excellent food. I am from MD and only wish they had a Bolay near me. I'd go there everyday. Literally. The food was delicious and the service was great. You will leave feeling comfortable without bloating, while having the clear conscience of knowing that you ate something health. They were patient and friendly. Would recommend 👌🏻 Ps: will be going back tomorrow

Didn’t try Bolay for years because the name threw me off. But tonight we went and I found Bolay means bold flavors and build your own “bols” (bowls). I’ll definitely return for what I had: the new Salmon Bol (grilled salmon with pineapple habanero sauce on roasted Brussels sprouts, spinach almond mix, and cauliflower rice). Every element of my meal tasted fresh and packed a flavorful punch. We came around 8:05 pm on Friday and one of the staff was mopping at the front door. He opened it and said, “Come on in,” assuring me they weren’t closing. The team taking and filling orders at the counter were also friendly. The music was fast paced American pop music. Patrons included a lot of skinny people in workout clothes and college age students at a table chatting. The space was brightly lit. Parking here was very difficult to find. I noticed more than one bicyclist picking up a to go order which seemed a smart way to handle the parking. Lots of tables outside and inside.

First time here. Everything tastes extremely good and was fresh. I had a the pulled pork, rice, broccoli, potatoes. It was $13 for a regular bowl and drink which I thought was a good deal for the amount you get. I felt the ordering process was a little more confusing than it needed to be. But the staff were more than happy to explain how it works. I would definitely return.

Really good casual restaurant with healthy options. The spicy Thai shrimp bowl tasted great, loved their sweet potato options, and the quantity was very filling. Need more of these healthy restaurants, certainly coming back here.

I can’t believe I’ve driven past this restaurant so many times, not knowing it was soon to be my favorite place. I’m just blown away! Each small bowl is plenty of food and priced under $10. How often can you eat unique, fresh, and healthy meals for under $10? I can tell you it’s hard to find but when I do find it, I promptly post a review. I ordered the Vegan, the Garden, and made my own creation with the forbidden black rice, mushrooms, and Brussels sprouts since those items are not in the first two bowls. I didn’t even add sauce to anything because the flavor was so good I forgot I was supposed to add sauce. The forbidden rice is to die for. I thought they put one of the sauces I ordered on it so I called to ask but they did not. It just comes perfectly flavored because they cook it in coconut milk, tamari, and ginger. The tofu...I’m so picky about tofu and they nailed it, thank God. It has a perfect texture and flavor. Kale- it’s kind of salad-like, again perfectly flavored. Broccoli- cooked just soft enough for my baby to use it as a teether yet firm enough to retain the nutrition. Cilantro noodles- my son loved them. What a great way to sneak in some extra greens. Potatoes- yummy. I would have liked the garlic herb sauce or cilantro sauce with them but they shine solo. Brussel sprouts- this is the only one I think needs a sauce lol. Very bitter by design but cooked crispy-tender and healthy for you. Definitely give your support to one of the few restaurants in the area that support true healthy living! Edit: the day after I wrote this review I placed another order! This time, all of the food was warm which was a surprise to me since I thought the bowls were served cold (that’s how it was served yesterday- guess the uber Eats driver did not use a thermal bag). Suffice to say, it’s good no matter the temperature (but warm is better!). I’m looking forward to dining in the restaurant next.

We love Bolay. Eat here about twice per month. The food is always fresh and you can be as healthy as you want to be! My personal favorite is lemon chicken with ginger broccoli.

Bolay has great food! Super high quality taste and it feels healthy when you eat it! They take call in orders, deliver to your car in the parking lot, and dine in! We felt safe going into Bolay with the Pandemic, and we happy with the food! Personally I really like the black rice and teriyaki chicken. And the potatoes and protein beans are so yummy! 😋

Good quality build your bowl style restaurant. Food quality is worth the $$. Try the cilantro noodles and teriyaki chicken or tofu if vegan. Best flavors of the proteins for my 2 cents.

Fresh and absolutely delicious! The black rice is amazing. If you want to taste it just ask.

Food/taste: 3.8/5 Service: N/A (takeout) Presentation of food: 4.7 The best part of this meal was the presentation. Unfortunately, even though each item is healthy, the taste of everything together was not satisfying.

Its a healthier Chipotle. It's a big difference honestly. The food was fresh, really flavorful, nice presentation. The staff however I don't know, they weren't rude but kept forgetting the add on to our order, sauces that came.with the dish we had to ask for ever if we told them it was our first time.
